本发明公开了一种空调通风管,包括内管和外管,所述外管采用铝箔软管,内管为发泡保温棉,所述外管与内管之间设有弹簧圈,所述弹簧圈与外管、内管之间设有粘接层,所述弹簧圈通过粘接层与外管、内管固定连接。与现有风管相比较,本发明所述外管采用铝箔软管,铝箔本身材质就具有保温特性,从而让风管获得更好的保温效果,内管为发泡保温棉,取代了玻璃纤维,且保温效果好,所述外管与内管之间设有弹簧圈,增强其轫性,方便弯曲,所述弹簧圈与外管、内管之间设有粘接层,所述弹簧圈通过粘接层与外管、内管固定连接,使连接更稳固。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风管,尤其涉及一种空调通风管。 
背景技术
目前空调通风管大都采用玻璃纤维保温层,其当风管受到损坏,在冷风持续吹袭下,玻璃纤维为剥离成絮状飞出来,玻璃纤维飞到人体上会造成皮肤瘙痒。而且一些通风管的较硬不方便弯曲,铝箔软管与保温层只是套接成,容易松散。 
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种解决了以上问题的空调通风管。 
本发明的技术方案是:一种空调通风管,包括内管和外管,所述外管采用铝箔软管,内管为发泡保温棉,所述外管与内管之间设有弹簧圈,所述弹簧圈与外管、内管之间设有粘接层,所述弹簧圈通过粘接层与外管、内管固定连接。 
作为优选,所述弹簧圈空隙处填充有阻燃层。 
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述外管采用铝箔软管,铝箔本身材质就具有保温特性,从而让风管获得更好的保温效果。内管为发泡保温棉,取代了玻璃纤维,且保温效果好。所述外管与内管之间设有弹簧圈,增强其轫性,方便弯曲,所述弹簧圈与外管、内管之间设有粘接层,所述弹簧圈通过粘接层与外管、内管固定连接,使连接更稳固。所述弹簧圈空隙处填充有阻燃层,去除管道内的空气,且具有防火性能,达到防火性要求。

实施例:作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图1、图2所示,一种空调通风管,包括内管3和外管1,所述外管1采用铝箔软管,铝箔本身材质就具有保温特性,从而让风管获得更好的保温效果,内管3为发泡保温棉,取代了玻璃纤维,且保温效果好,所述外管1与内管3之间设有弹簧圈2,增强其轫性,方便弯曲,所述弹簧圈2与外管1、内管3之间设有粘接层4,所述弹簧圈2通过粘接层4与外管1、内管3固定连接,使连接更稳固,所述弹簧圈2空隙处填充有阻燃层,去除管道内的空气,且具有防火性能,达到防火性要求。

1.一种空调通风管,包括内管(3)和外管(1),其特征在于:所述外管(1)采用铝箔软管,内管(3)为发泡保温棉,所述外管(1)与内管(3)之间设有弹簧圈(2),所述弹簧圈(2)与外管(1)、内管(3)之间设有粘接层(4),所述弹簧圈(2)通过粘接层(4)与外管(1)、内管(3)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种空调通风管,其特征在于:所述弹簧圈(2)空隙处填充有阻燃层。
