Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶内层中添加有抗菌剂;聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加有阻燃剂。本发明所具有的优点是:在聚乙烯塑胶内层中添加抗菌剂,从而时铝塑管在使用的过程中具有抗菌的效果;在聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加阻燃剂,从而时铝塑管在使用的过程中具有一定的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材领域,特别涉及一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管。
背景技术
铝塑管(英文名称:Aluminum Plastic Tube),主要作为饮用水管,天然气管和太阳能管使用。这种铝塑管从外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其中胶合层的重量百分比的组份有:增粘剂30-60、增塑剂40-70, 这种结构的铝塑管在长期使用的过程中,聚乙烯塑胶的内层易滋生大量细菌,而且遇明火易燃烧。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶内层中添加有抗菌剂;聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加有阻燃剂;
聚乙烯塑胶内层包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
二氧化硅 10~20;
色母粒 5~10;
四溴双酚A 5~15;
抗菌剂 5~20;
其中抗菌剂为阴离子抗菌剂(深圳洁尔爽高科技有限公司);
聚乙烯塑胶外层包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
二氧化硅 20~30;
色母粒 5~10;
四溴双酚A 10~20;
阻燃剂 5~10;
其中阻燃剂为三氧化二锑(益阳市久通冶炼有限公司)。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:在聚乙烯塑胶内层中添加抗菌剂,从而时铝塑管在使用的过程中具有抗菌的效果;在聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加阻燃剂,从而时铝塑管在使用的过程中具有一定的效果。

如图1所示,一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层1、第一胶合层4、铝管2、第二胶合层5和聚乙烯塑胶内层3,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶内层3中添加有抗菌剂;聚乙烯塑胶外层1中添加有阻燃剂;
聚乙烯塑胶内层3包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 50;
二氧化硅 20;
色母粒 5;
四溴双酚A 5;
抗菌剂 20;
其中抗菌剂为阴离子抗菌剂(深圳洁尔爽高科技有限公司);
聚乙烯塑胶外层1包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 50;
二氧化硅 20;
色母粒 10;
四溴双酚A 10;
阻燃剂 10;
其中阻燃剂为三氧化二锑(益阳市久通冶炼有限公司)。

1.一种抗菌阻燃型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)、第一胶合层(4)、铝管(2)、第二胶合层(5)和聚乙烯塑胶内层(3),其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶内层(3)中添加有抗菌剂;聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)中添加有阻燃剂;
聚乙烯塑胶内层(3)包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
二氧化硅 10~20;
色母粒 5~10;
四溴双酚A 5~15;
抗菌剂 5~20;
其中抗菌剂为阴离子抗菌剂;
聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
