Abstract
本发明涉及一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、铝管和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶外层与铝管之间设有第一粘结层,铝管和聚乙烯塑胶内层之间设有第二粘结层,第一粘结层和第二粘结层的组分相同,聚乙烯塑胶外层内添加有抗氧化剂;本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:将原先的胶合层改成目前的粘结层,这样粘结层与聚乙烯塑胶外层和聚乙烯塑胶内层粘结的效果更好;在聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加抗氧化剂,从而使铝塑管的聚乙烯塑胶外层不易老化。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材领域,特别涉及一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管。
背景技术
铝塑管(英文名称:Aluminum Plastic Tube),主要作为饮用水管,天然气管和太阳能管使用。这种铝塑管从外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其中胶合层的重量百分比的组份有:增粘剂30-60、增塑剂40-70, 这种结构的铝塑管在使用的过程中聚乙烯塑胶外层与第一胶合层之间易脱落,聚乙烯塑胶内层与第二胶合层之间易脱落,而且这种结构的铝塑管长期使用后聚乙烯塑胶外层易老化,从而导致铝塑管无法正常使用。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、铝管和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶外层与铝管之间设有第一粘结层,铝管和聚乙烯塑胶内层之间设有第二粘结层,第一粘结层和第二粘结层的组分相同,聚乙烯塑胶外层内添加有抗氧化剂;
其中第一粘结层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 50~60;
增粘剂 10~20 ;
稀释剂 10~20 ;
增塑剂 5~10;
聚乙烯塑胶外层包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
二氧化硅 20~30;
色母粒 5~10;
四溴双酚A 10~20;
抗氧化剂 5~10;
其中抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂SRE-701(广州市侗富贵化工原材料有限公司)。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:将原先的胶合层改成目前的粘结层,这样粘结层与聚乙烯塑胶外层和聚乙烯塑胶内层粘结的效果更好;在聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加抗氧化剂,从而使铝塑管的聚乙烯塑胶外层不易老化。

如图1所示,一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层1、铝管2和聚乙烯塑胶内层3,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶外层1与铝管2之间设有第一粘结层4,铝管2和聚乙烯塑胶内层3之间设有第二粘结层5,第一粘结层4和第二粘结层5的组分相同,聚乙烯塑胶外层1内添加有抗氧化剂;
其中第一粘结层中4包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 60;
增粘剂 20 ;
稀释剂 10;
增塑剂 10;
聚乙烯塑胶外层1包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40;
二氧化硅 20;
色母粒 10;
四溴双酚A 20;
抗氧化剂 10;
其中抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂SRE-701(广州市侗富贵化工原材料有限公司)。

1.一种高粘度抗氧化型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)、铝管(2)和聚乙烯塑胶内层(3),其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)与铝管(2)之间设有第一粘结层(4),铝管(2)和聚乙烯塑胶内层(3)之间设有第二粘结层(5),第一粘结层(4)和第二粘结层(5)的组分相同,聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)内添加有抗氧化剂;
其中第一粘结层中(4)包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 50~60;
增粘剂 10~20 ;
稀释剂 10~20 ;
增塑剂 5~10;
聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂 40~50;
二氧化硅 20~30;
色母粒 5~10;
四溴双酚A 10~20;
抗氧化剂 5~10;
其中抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂SRE-701 。
