本发明涉及管材领域,特别涉及一种抗氧化阻燃型铝塑管。
背景技术
铝塑管(英文名称:Aluminum Plastic Tube),主要作为饮用水管,天然气管和太阳能管使用。这种铝塑管从外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其中胶合层的重量百分比的组份有:增粘剂30-60、增塑剂40-70, 这种结构的铝塑管在长期使用的过程中,聚乙烯塑胶外层易老化,而且与火易燃烧。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种抗氧化阻燃型铝塑管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗氧化阻燃型铝塑管,由外到内依次包括聚乙烯塑胶外层、第一胶合层、铝管、第二胶合层和聚乙烯塑胶内层,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加有抗氧化剂和阻燃剂;
聚乙烯塑胶外层包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂            40~50;
二氧化硅              20~30;
色母粒                5~10;
四溴双酚A            10~20;
抗氧化剂                5~10;
阻燃剂              5~10;
其中抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂SRE-701(广州市侗富贵化工原材料有限公司);阻燃剂为三氧化二锑(益阳市久通冶炼有限公司)。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:在聚乙烯塑胶外层中添加抗氧化剂和阻燃剂,这样不仅可以防止铝塑管不易老化,而且还可以具有一定的阻燃效果。

阻燃剂              5~10;

聚乙烯塑胶外层(1)包括如下重量百分比的组份:
聚乙烯树脂            40~50;
二氧化硅              20~30;
色母粒                5~10;
四溴双酚A            10~20;
抗氧化剂                5~10;
阻燃剂              5~10;
其中抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂SRE-701;阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。
