Abstract

本发明提供了一种阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维40-50重量份、阻燃棉纤维35-45重量份和碳纤维5-10重量份。本发明的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,同时具有芳砜纶纤维、阻燃棉纤维和碳纤维的性能,具备良好的耐高温阻燃性能。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种阻燃耐高温混纺纱,属于功能性化纤技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性的要求也越来越高,人们对于织物不仅追求漂亮的外观,还需要织物具备其他的功能,比如某些情况下可以阻燃隔热,这对面料的阻燃隔热功能提出了更高的要求。
芳砜纶(聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺纤维),简称:PSA. 除强力稍低外,其他性能与芳纶相似,但它在抗燃和抗热氧老化上显著优于芳纶,在300℃热空气中加热100h,强力损失小于5%,极限氧指数超过33;还有良好的染色性、电绝缘、抗化学腐蚀性、抗辐射等。
碳纤维(carbon fiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量纤维的新型纤维材料。它是由片状石墨微晶等有机纤维沿纤维轴向方向堆砌而成,经碳化及石墨化处理而得到的微晶石墨材料。碳纤维“外柔内刚”,质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,在国防军工和民用方面都是重要材料。它不仅具有碳材料的固有本征特性,又兼备纺织纤维的柔软可加工性,是新一代增强纤维。
阻燃棉纤维是利用棉纤维所具有的微孔结构,将Ba^2+离子渗透到棉纤维内部.再与PO3^3-离子接触,在棉纤维的微孔中生成磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡结晶沉淀,从而将磷酸钡和磷酸氢钡粒子组装到棉纤维的内部结构中,形成无机粒子/棉纤维复合材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种阻燃耐高温混纺纱。
本发明的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维40-50重量份、阻燃棉纤维35-45重量份和碳纤维5-10重量份。
所述的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列材料混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维45重量份、阻燃棉纤维40重量份和碳纤维8重量份。
制备阻燃耐高温混纺纱的方法,步骤如下:
(1)清花:通过清花机将原料制成三种卷;
(2)梳棉:通过梳棉机将三种卷分别制成生条;
(3)并条:通过并条机将不同的生条合并成熟条;
(4)粗纱:通过粗纱机将合并的熟条欠伸变细成为粗纱条;
(5)细纱:通过细纱机将粗纱欠伸为一定支数的纱;
(6)络筒:通过络筒机将细纱卷成圆锥形筒子纱;
(7)称重打包成品。
本发明的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,同时具有芳砜纶纤维、阻燃棉纤维和碳纤维的性能,具备良好的耐高温阻燃性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维40重量份、阻燃棉纤维45重量份和碳纤维10重量份。
生产方法步骤如下:
(1)清花:通过清花机将原料制成三种卷;
(2)梳棉:通过梳棉机将三种卷分别制成生条;
(3)并条:通过并条机将不同的生条合并成熟条;
(4)粗纱:通过粗纱机将合并的熟条欠伸变细成为粗纱条;
(5)细纱:通过细纱机将粗纱欠伸为一定支数的纱;
(6)络筒:通过络筒机将细纱卷成圆锥形筒子纱;
(7)称重打包成品。
实施例2
本实施例的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维50重量份、阻燃棉纤维35重量份和碳纤维5重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维45重量份、阻燃棉纤维40重量份和碳纤维8重量份。

Claims (3)

1.阻燃耐高温混纺纱,其特征在于,由下列纤维混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维40-50重量份、阻燃棉纤维35-45重量份和碳纤维5-10重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐高温混纺纱,其特征在于,由下列材料混纺而成:芳砜纶纤维45重量份、阻燃棉纤维40重量份和碳纤维8重量份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制备阻燃耐高温混纺纱的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)清花:通过清花机将原料制成三种卷;
(2)梳棉:通过梳棉机将三种卷分别制成生条;
(3)并条:通过并条机将不同的生条合并成熟条;
(4)粗纱:通过粗纱机将合并的熟条欠伸变细成为粗纱条;
