Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:一、将经过真空脱水处理的大分子二醇置于烧瓶中,加入过量的二异氰酸酯,并通入氮气保护,在60℃下反应5h,得端异氰酸酯基预聚体;二、将上述预聚体降至室温,加入溶剂和聚硫橡胶,搅拌,然后加入催化剂,反应1.5h后升温至70℃,反应6h,减压蒸馏将产物中的溶剂抽去,即得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶。本发明以聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料合成的预聚体作为嵌段,引入到液态聚硫橡胶的大分子主链中制得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶,提高了物理机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶的制备方法,具体涉及一种聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
聚硫橡胶作为密封胶的主要品种之一,是以二氯二乙基缩甲醛、三氯丙烷、多硫化钠为主要原料合成制造,其最终制品具有优良的耐油性、耐溶剂性、气密性等特点,被广泛的应用于建筑行业和涂料、胶粘剂的工业生产,以及一些特殊的应用领域,如火箭固体燃料的粘接剂等场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法,制得的聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶,提高了物理机械性能。
所述聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
一、将经过真空脱水处理的大分子二醇置于烧瓶中,加入过量的二异氰酸酯,并通入氮气保护,在60℃下反应5h,得端异氰酸酯基预聚体;
二、将上述预聚体降至室温,加入溶剂和聚硫橡胶,搅拌,然后加入催化剂,反应1.5h后升温至70℃,反应6h,减压蒸馏将产物中的溶剂抽去,即得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶。
本发明提供的聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法,其有益效果在于,以聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料合成的预聚体作为嵌段,引入到液态聚硫橡胶的大分子主链中制得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶,提高了物理机械性能。

下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法进行详细的说明。
实施例
一、将经过真空脱水处理的大分子二醇置于烧瓶中,加入过量的二异氰酸酯,并通入氮气保护,在60℃下反应5h,得端异氰酸酯基预聚体;
二、将上述预聚体降至室温,加入溶剂和聚硫橡胶,搅拌,然后加入催化剂,反应1.5h后升温至70℃,反应6h,减压蒸馏将产物中的溶剂抽去,即得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶。

1.一种聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
一、将经过真空脱水处理的大分子二醇置于烧瓶中,加入过量的二异氰酸酯,并通入氮气保护,在60℃下反应5h,得端异氰酸酯基预聚体;
二、将上述预聚体降至室温,加入溶剂和聚硫橡胶,搅拌,然后加入催化剂,反应1.5h后升温至70℃,反应6h,减压蒸馏将产物中的溶剂抽去,即得聚氨酯改性聚硫橡胶。
