Abstract
本发明涉及一种无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂及其制备方法,其中无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂由质量份数如下的原料制成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯0.1~10份,甲基丙烯酸丁酯1~8份,三甲基己二胺0.2~5份,羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂10~30份,甲基丙二醇30~50份,聚己二酸乙二醇18~28份,聚四氢呋喃1~6份,催化剂0.1~0.4份。本发明的聚氨酯涂层树脂无有机溶剂,不但降低了成本,而且对环境友好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯树脂的合成通常是由二元或多元异氰酸酯与含两个或多个活泼氢基团化合物通过逐步聚合反应而成。除了生成氨基甲酸酯基团外,还生成脲、缩二脲等基团。聚氨酯化学结构的特征是其大分子主链中含有重复的氨基甲酸酯链段。聚氨酯大分子主链是由玻璃化温度低于室温的柔性链段和玻璃化温度高于室温的刚性链段嵌段而成的,低聚物多元醇构成软链段、二异氰酸酯和小分子扩链成硬链段。
现有技术中聚氨酯涂层树脂均含有有机溶剂,而有机溶剂的存在提高了成本,而且也存在对环境的危害。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题和缺陷,本发明提出一种无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂及其制备方法。
为了达到以上目的,本发明一种无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂,由质量份数如下的原料制成:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 0.1~10份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 1~8份
三甲基己二胺 0.2~5份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 10~30份
甲基丙二醇 30~50份
聚己二酸乙二醇 18~28份
聚四氢呋喃 1~6份
催化剂 0.1~0.4份。
各成分质量份数优选为:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 5份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 3份
三甲基己二胺 2份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 20份
甲基丙二醇 40份
聚己二酸乙二醇 23份
聚四氢呋喃 3份
银催化剂 0.2份。
所述无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将甲基丙二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃加入到反应釜里充分搅拌后,投入50%以上的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在80℃下反应4小时;
2)保持反应釜温度为80℃,投入银催化剂,分批次投入余下的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三甲基己二胺、羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂,直到树脂的粘度达到80000cps/25℃、固含量为65%时,投入终止剂和流平剂;
3)保持反应釜温度为70℃,调节树脂粘度至60000cps/25℃,固含量为50%。
有益效果
本发明的聚氨酯涂层树脂无有机溶剂,不但降低了成本,而且对环境友好。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂,由质量份数如下的原料制成:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 0.1份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 1份
三甲基己二胺 0.2份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 10份
甲基丙二醇 30份
聚己二酸乙二醇 18份
聚四氢呋喃 1份
催化剂 0.1份。
所述无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将甲基丙二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃加入到反应釜里充分搅拌后,投入50%以上的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在80℃下反应4小时;
2)保持反应釜温度为80℃,投入银催化剂,分批次投入余下的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三甲基己二胺、羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂,直到树脂的粘度达到80000cps/25℃、固含量为65%时,投入终止剂和流平剂;
3)保持反应釜温度为70℃,调节树脂粘度至60000cps/25℃,固含量为50%。
实施例2:
无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂,由质量份数如下的原料制成:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 10份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 8份
三甲基己二胺 5份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 30份
甲基丙二醇 50份
聚己二酸乙二醇 28份
聚四氢呋喃 6份
催化剂 0.4份。
所述无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将甲基丙二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃加入到反应釜里充分搅拌后,投入50%以上的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在80℃下反应4小时;
2)保持反应釜温度为80℃,投入银催化剂,分批次投入余下的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三甲基己二胺、羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂,直到树脂的粘度达到80000cps/25℃、固含量为65%时,投入终止剂和流平剂;
3)保持反应釜温度为70℃,调节树脂粘度至60000cps/25℃,固含量为50%。
实施例3
各成分质量份数优选为:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 5份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 3份
三甲基己二胺 2份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 20份
甲基丙二醇 40份
聚己二酸乙二醇 23份
聚四氢呋喃 3份
银催化剂 0.2份。
所述无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将甲基丙二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃加入到反应釜里充分搅拌后,投入50%以上的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在80℃下反应4小时;
2)保持反应釜温度为80℃,投入银催化剂,分批次投入余下的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三甲基己二胺、羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂,直到树脂的粘度达到80000cps/25℃、固含量为65%时,投入终止剂和流平剂;
3)保持反应釜温度为70℃,调节树脂粘度至60000cps/25℃,固含量为50%。
三种实施例试验效果表明,采用该配方完全可以达到有溶剂时的效果,因此,可以替代现有的含有溶剂的树脂。

1.一种无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂,其特征在于,由质量份数如下的原料制成:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 0.1~10份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 1~8份
三甲基己二胺 0.2~5份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 10~30份
甲基丙二醇 30~50份
聚己二酸乙二醇 18~28份
聚四氢呋喃 1~6份
银催化剂 0.1~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂,其特征在于:其各成分质量份数优选为:
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 5份
甲基丙烯酸丁酯 3份
三甲基己二胺 2份
羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂 20份
甲基丙二醇 40份
聚己二酸乙二醇 23份
聚四氢呋喃 3份
银催化剂 0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述无溶剂型聚氨酯涂层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)将甲基丙二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃加入到反应釜里充分搅拌后,投入50%以上的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在80℃下反应4小时;
2)保持反应釜温度为80℃,投入银催化剂,分批次投入余下的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三甲基己二胺、羟基含量0.2~4%的含羟基聚氨酯树脂,直到树脂的粘度达到80000cps/25℃、固含量为65%时,投入终止剂和流平剂;
3)保持反应釜温度为70℃,调节树脂粘度至60000cps/25℃,固含量为50%。
