Abstract

本发明公开了一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,采用超声波震荡法,包括以下步骤:(1)醋酸锌前驱体溶液的配制;(2)将木材浸渍于醋酸锌前驱体溶液中;(3)再将木材放入氨水溶液中,同时进行超声处理;(4)对浸渍后的湿木材进行干燥处理。本发明工艺简单、成本低、稳定性极高,制得的ZnO涂层能够较为稳定地键接在木材表面,不易脱落且该涂层无毒无害,透明度高,仍旧保持木材的纹理美观性,同时木材产品的耐候性、抗紫外、表面疏水性均得到改善。

Description

一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法
技术领域
本发明属于材料制备领域,具体涉及一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法。
背景技术
木材广泛应用于工程材料和生产生活领域,其用量大、成本低、可再生,与钢材、水泥、塑料等有着显著的差异,具有一些独特的性质如纹理美观性等。木材作为天然高分子材料,其在紫外光的作用下,易发生变色和降解,对木材进行抗紫外保护,对于木材来说具有积极的意义。通常采用木材表面涂层的方法,使木材隔绝外界环境。目前木材表面涂层的主要成分以有机化合物居多,当具有有机涂层的木材置于自然环境中时,一旦脱落或者磨损,易造成自然环境的污染等问题,所以国内外一直关注对无机物涂层的研究,目前木材表面无机物涂层的制备主要是应用水热法,但水热法操作过程较复杂,能耗损失也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,工艺简单、成本低、稳定性极高,制得的ZnO涂层能够较为稳定地键接在木材表面,不易脱落且该涂层无毒无害,透明度高,仍旧保持木材的纹理美观性,同时木材产品的耐候性、抗紫外、表面疏水性均得到改善。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法包括如下步骤:
(1)配制前驱体溶液:将醋酸锌、水和醇混合均匀;
(2)将木材浸渍于室温-200℃的前驱体溶液中;
(3)将木材从前驱体溶液中取出,浸没于pH=7-13的氨水溶液中,超声处理0.5-20h;再浸没于超纯水中,超声处理0.5-5 h;
(4)将超声后的木材进行干燥处理。
木材为杨木、桦木、松木、杉木或轻木。
前驱体溶液中醋酸锌的摩尔浓度为0.1-5 mol/L。
醇为乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或两种。
木材在前驱体溶液中的浸渍时间为0.5-50 h。
干燥处理包括热风干燥和冷冻干燥。
化学反应如下:
Eqs.1-6是在超声波作用下由醋酸锌与氨水反应生成ZnO的化学反应过程。Eq.1是氨水的电离反应,由于氨水是过量的,Eqs.3-4发生的几率较小,Eqs.2发生的几率较大,所以生成ZnO的反应主要是在超声作用下羟基的缩合反应即Eqs.5-6。由于该过程为非自发反应,所以只有在超声的作用下,才会制备得到ZnO。同时,Eqs.5-6中的Zn(OH)2、Zn(OH)4 2- 在超声的作用下,与木材中的-OH发生作用,使得ZnO与木材形成化学键接。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明利用超声波震荡浸渍法使ZnO在木材表面形成较为连续的涂层。通过化学反应及超声作用使ZnO与木材细胞壁羟基形成稳定的化学键接牢固地结合在木材表面。由于ZnO无毒无害,透明度高,所以对环境不会造成污染且还保持了木材本身所具有的天然纹理、色泽和花纹。同时赋予木材优良的性能,如耐候性能、疏水性能、热稳定性等。
本发明的方法工艺简单、成本低、稳定性极高,制备得到的ZnO涂层较为稳定的键接在木材表面,不易脱落且该涂层无毒无害,透明度高,仍旧保持木材的纹理美观性,同时木材产品的耐候性、抗紫外、表面疏水性得到改善。

具体实施方式
实施例1
木材表面ZnO涂层的制备方法是通过以下步骤实现的:
配制前驱体溶液,即将醋酸锌/水/乙醇均匀混合,醋酸锌的摩尔浓度为0.6 mol/L,水与乙醇的体积比为1:9;(2)将木材浸没于前驱体溶液中,在温度为50℃下浸渍并保持8h;(3)将木材从前驱体溶液取出后,浸没于pH值为8的氨水溶液中,同时置于型号为KQ–100TDE的超声波振荡器中进行超声处理2 h,其中超声频率为80 kHz,超声功率为50 W;再将木块放入超纯水中超声0.5 h;(4)超声处理完成后,取出木块放入冷冻干燥机进行干燥处理,最终得到木材表面ZnO涂层。
本实施例得到的木材表面ZnO涂层的微观形貌扫描电镜照片如图1,2,3所示,放大倍数依次分别为250×,1000×和10000×,由图中可以看出ZnO是以薄片粘结相连、连续生长成大范围的膜层覆盖在木材表面,构成了木材的无机保护层。图4为未处理的木材与具有ZnO涂层的木材在实验室条件下用紫外灯照射240 h,表面颜色的变化情况,具有ZnO涂层的木材表面基本不变色而未处理的木材则变黄,表明具有ZnO涂层的木材具有较好的抗紫外性能。图5为具有ZnO涂层的木材表面疏水性照片,用型号为SL200B的接触角仪测定其接触角可达120°。
实施例2
木材表面ZnO涂层的制备方法是通过以下步骤实现的:
配制前驱体溶液,即将醋酸锌/水/乙醇均匀混合,醋酸锌的摩尔浓度为0.6 mol/L,水与乙醇的体积比为1:9;(2)将木材浸没于前驱体溶液中,在温度为50℃下浸渍并保持5h;(3)将木材从前驱体溶液取出后,浸没于pH值为9的氨水溶液中,同时置于型号为KQ–100TDE的超声波振荡器中进行超声处理1 h,超声频率为80 kHz,超声功率为100 W;再将木块放入超纯水中超声0.5 h;(4)超声处理完成后,取出木块放入冷冻干燥机进行干燥处理,最终得到木材表面ZnO涂层。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)配制前驱体溶液:将醋酸锌、水和醇混合均匀;
(2)将木材浸渍于室温-200℃的前驱体溶液中;
(3)将木材从前驱体溶液中取出,浸没于pH=7-13的氨水溶液中,超声处理0.5-20 h;再浸没于超纯水中,超声处理0.5-5 h;
(4)将超声后的木材进行干燥处理;
前驱体溶液中醋酸锌的摩尔浓度为0.1-5 mol/L;
木材在前驱体溶液中的浸渍时间为0.5-50 h;
超声处理的频率为80 kHz,功率为50-100 W。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,其特征在于:木材为杨木、桦木、松木、杉木或轻木。
3.根据权利要求1所述的在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,其特征在于:醇为乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的在木材表面制备ZnO涂层的简便方法,其特征在于:干燥处理包括热风干燥和冷冻干燥。
