本发明提供了一种针状焦用精芳烃油,由混合蒽醌与精芳烃油混合而成,其中,混合蒽醌的质量为总质量的1‑20%,制备成的芳烃含量稳定在50%‑60%,为稳定针状焦生产创造条件,同时提高了针状焦收率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种精芳烃油,具体涉及一种制备针状焦用的原料-精芳烃油。
背景技术
由于炼油厂催化裂化装置外甩的催化油浆产品没有相应的质量标准,使各大炼油厂的催化油浆的密度和油浆中的芳烃含量差别很大,多数催化油浆中的芳烃含量不高,只有35-45%,用该油浆萃取生产的精芳烃油达不到针状焦原料要求的芳烃含量(50%以上),也影响了该类油浆的利用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种针状焦用精芳烃油。
本发明利用焦油加工装置所产副产品-混合蒽油作为调和剂,按一定比例加入精芳烃油中,提高了芳烃含量,为稳定针状焦生产创造条件,同时提高了针状焦收率。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种针状焦用精芳烃油,由混合蒽醌与精芳烃油混合而成,其中,混合蒽醌的质量为总质量的1-20%。
混合蒽油是高温煤焦油加工过程中300℃~360℃馏分。混合蒽油中芳烃和胶质总含量接近100%,主要由蒽、菲、咔唑、萤蒽和芘等几种三环、四环芳烃化合物组成的混合物,三环、四环芳烃化合物是形成针状焦的主要成分,混合蒽油加入精芳烃油中可以改善精芳烃油的芳烃含量,使其符合针状焦原料要求。
所述混合蒽油的密度为 1.08-1.18g/cm3
所述精芳烃油的密度为 0.98-1.05g/cm3;沥青质为0 ;灰分≤0.003%;芳烃含量≥45%。
本发明在制备时把储存在储槽中的混合蒽油和精芳烃油各自用泵打出,通过流量计控制要求的混合比例(混合蒽油加入量为1-20%),一起进入管道式静态混合器,混合物料输送至延迟焦化缓冲槽,再用泵打入针状焦生产装置。
本发明制备简单,制备成的芳烃含量稳定在50%-60%,为稳定针状焦生产创造条件,同时提高了针状焦收率(1-5%)。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
储存在储槽中的混合蒽油和精芳烃油各自用泵打出,通过流量计控制要求的混合比例使混合蒽油加入量为1%,一起进入管道式静态混合器,混合物料输送至延迟焦化缓冲槽,再用泵打入针状焦生产装置;精致芳烃油中芳烃含量达到60%,针状焦收率40%。
实施例2
储存在储槽中的混合蒽油和精芳烃油各自用泵打出,通过流量计控制要求的混合比例使混合蒽油加入量为10%,一起进入管道式静态混合器,混合物料输送至延迟焦化缓冲槽,再用泵打入针状焦生产装置;精芳烃油中芳烃含量56%,针状焦收率38%。
实施例3
储存在储槽中的混合蒽油和精芳烃油各自用泵打出,通过流量计控制要求的混合比例使混合蒽油加入量为20%,一起进入管道式静态混合器,混合物料输送至延迟焦化缓冲槽,再用泵打入针状焦生产装置,精芳烃油中芳烃含量50%,针状焦收率36.5%。

所述混合蒽油的密度为 1.08-1.18g/cm3
所述精芳烃油的密度为 0.98-1.05g/cm3;沥青质为0 ;灰分≤0.003%;芳烃含量≥45%;
所述混合蒽油是高温煤焦油加工过程中300℃~360℃馏分。
