Abstract

本发明公开了一种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配制方法,这种漆在130±10℃固化30分钟,硬度达到4H以上,且高光泽,涂膜性能优异。本发明是通过提高丙烯酸树脂的酸值和羟值,选用适当的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂来解决上述问题的;这种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配方各组分成分及重量比为:660份丙烯酸树脂(质量分数60%)、200份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(甲、丁混合醚化)、12-20份三乙胺、100纯水。

一种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电泳漆及其配制备方法,尤其是一种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配制方法。
背景技术
目前市场上流行的丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的固化条件是:180℃×30min,硬度可达4H以上,这种技术的缺点是固化温度较高、消耗较多的能源。原因是现有的技术下,采用的丙烯酸树脂的酸值及羟值较低。而当丙烯酸树脂的酸值和羟值较高时,树脂粘度高,制造困难,涂膜耐水性不好,硬度较低,很难达到国标要求。现有的技术下,当固化温度低于150℃时,硬度难以达到国家标准,光泽度低,涂膜性能差。
发明内容
本发明能解决上述技术问题。
本发明是通过提高丙烯酸树脂的酸值和羟值,选用适当的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂来解决上述问题的。
本发明采用的丙烯酸树脂的酸值为大于120mgKOH/g,羟值为大于150mgKOH/g,丙烯酸树脂的质量分数为60%-80%。
一种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆,其特征是,这种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配方各组分成分及重量比为:660份丙烯酸树脂(质量分数60%)、200份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(甲、丁混合醚化)、12-20份三乙胺、100份纯水。
本发明所用每份丙烯酸树脂的配方各组分成分及重量比为:丙烯酸48-50份、丙烯酸羟乙酯67-73份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯77-110份、丙烯酸丁酯30-37份、丙烯酸异辛酯0-15份、苯乙烯30份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯0-15份、偶氮二异丁腈0-6份、过氧化异丙苯0-9份。
本发明所述的丙烯酸树脂的酸值可以由丙烯酸提供。
本发明所述的丙烯酸树脂的羟值由下列物质提供,如丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
本发明中所述的丙烯酸树脂的玻璃化温度可用下列物质调整:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等,树脂的玻璃化温度最佳为20-30℃。
本发明中的丙烯酸树脂采用溶液聚合,溶剂采用乙二醇丁醚、异丙醇。引发剂可采用偶氮类、过氧化物等化合物,如偶氮二异丁腈。
本发明中的丙烯酸树脂分子量在12000~50000范围之内,最佳范围为15000~30000。
本发明采用的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为高醚化度甲丁混合醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,其丁基醚化度为10%-40%,该树脂的质量分数为20%-40%。
本技术的原理是:
丙烯酸树脂的酸值低于120mgKOH/g,失去低温固化性能,高于180mgKOH/g,涂膜耐水性不好,树脂粘度大。丙烯酸树脂的羟值羟值低于150mgKOH/g,不能低温固化羟值高于200mgKOH/g,耐水性不好,树脂粘度大。甲丁混合醚化树脂、丁基醚化度为10%-40%,低于10%时,电泳共进性不好、水溶性过强、槽液不稳定;高于40%时,水溶性差、乳化不好、产生沉淀物。三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的质量份数低于20%时,不能低温固化;大于40%时,涂膜脆性大。
采用本发明的技术方案,可以使丙烯酸阳极电泳漆在130±10℃固化30分钟,达到硬度4H以上,高光泽,涂膜性能优异。这种漆可以满足烘烤温度不能过高的物品,同时由于固化温度低,经实验测定,可节约能源20%左右,降低了成本,较好地解决了低温固化硬度不达标和涂膜性能差的问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例来说明这种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配制方法。
实例1
1.配制电泳漆原漆
将异丙醇100份、乙二醇丁醚100份投入反应容器中,加热至回流温度(90-100℃),在缓慢回流的同时用4小时滴加丙烯酸50份、丙烯酸羟乙酯73份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯80份、丙烯酸丁酯37份、苯乙烯30份、偶氮二异丁腈6份的混合物,滴料完毕后,保温2小时,所得丙烯酸树脂不挥发份为60%,羟值160mgKOH/g,酸值130mgKOH/g。
在此树脂中加入R755树脂200份,搅拌30分钟,加三乙胺12份、纯水100份,所得电泳漆原漆,不挥发份为60%。
2.电泳操作
2.1开槽:将所得电泳漆用纯水稀释到不挥发份6%,用三乙胺调PH值为7.8。
2.2制板:将50×150mm的6063铝板,经除油、硫酸阳极氧化10m,在硫酸亚锡10g/l,硫酸15g/l的电解液着色1分钟,20V。将着色铝板清洗干净后,在上面电泳槽液中,电泳漆膜10μ,然后在130℃×30min条件固化。冷却后,放置24小时做性能试验,至少三块样板。性能试验结果见下表:
实施案例2
1.配制电泳漆原漆
将异丙醇100份、乙二醇丁醚100份投入反应容器中,加热至回流温度(90-100℃),在缓慢回流的同时用4小时滴加丙烯酸48份、丙烯酸羟乙酯70份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯77份、丙烯酸丁酯30份、丙烯酸异辛酯15份、苯乙烯30份、偶氮二异丁腈6份的混合物,滴料完毕,保温2小时,所得丙烯酸树脂,不挥发份为60%,羟值为156mgKOH/g,酸值为128mgKOH/g。
在此树脂中加入R757树脂200份,搅拌30分钟,加三乙胺16份、纯水100份,得一电泳漆原漆,不挥发份为60%。
2.电泳操作
2.1开槽:将所得电泳漆用纯水稀释到不挥发份6%,用三乙胺调PH值为7.8。
2.2制板:将50×150mm的6063铝板,经除油、硫酸阳极氧化10,μ在硫酸亚锡10g/l,硫酸15g/l的电解液着色1分钟,20V。将着色铝板清洗干净后,在上面电泳槽液中,电泳漆膜10μ,然后在130℃×30min条件固化。冷却后,放置24小时做性能试验,至少3块样板。性能试验结果见下表:

在此树脂中加入1130树脂200份,搅拌30分钟,加三乙胺20份、纯水100份,所得电泳漆原漆,不挥发份为60%。
2.电泳操作
2.1开槽:将所得电泳漆用纯水稀释到不挥发份6%,用三乙胺调PH值为7.8。

1.一种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配制方法,其特征为,这种这种丙烯酸阳极电泳漆的配方各组分成分及重量比为:660份丙烯酸树脂(质量分数60%)、200份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(甲、丁混合醚化)、12-20份三乙胺、100纯水。
