Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的稳定剂、3%-5%的润滑剂、3%-5%的填充剂、1%-2%的增色剂、1%-2%的抗压剂和1%-2%的其他材料制作而成;其制备方法:将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

一种散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆套管,具体涉及一种散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管。 
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种性能优良的散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的稳定剂、3%-5%的润滑剂、3%-5%的填充剂、1%-2%的增色剂、1%-2%的抗压剂和1%-2%的其他材料制作而成; 
其制备方法:将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套 管。 
作为优选,所述稳定剂为有机锡类。 
作为优选,所述润滑剂为油酸。 
作为优选,所述填充剂为实心微珠。 
作为优选,所述抗压剂为苯乙烯共聚物,所述抗压剂还含有增塑剂。 
本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。 
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的稳定剂、3%-5%的润滑剂、3%-5%的填充剂、1%-2%的增色剂、1%-2%的抗压剂和1%-2%的其他材料制作而成; 
其制备方法:将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合 后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。

1.一种散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管,其特征在于,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的稳定剂、3%-5%的润滑剂、3%-5%的填充剂、1%-2%的增色剂、1%-2%的抗压剂和1%-2%的其他材料制作而成;
其制备方法:将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种散热性良好又节能的PVC电缆套管,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为有机锡类。
