埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管,属塑料管材技术领域。其目的是提供一种性能优良的适合埋地式施工工程使用的PVC-C电缆护套管。其特征在于其原料组分及其重量份:重质碳酸钙:150,聚氯乙烯树脂PVC:73~78,氯化聚氯乙烯:4.5~5.6,铅盐复合稳定剂:2.8~3.2,石蜡:1.3~1.8,硬脂酸:0.8~1.2。上述原料经磨粉并在135~150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180~210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管,属塑料管材技术领域。
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种性能优良的适合埋地式施工工程使用的PVC-C电缆护套管。
其技术方案是:一种埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管,其特征在于其原料组分及其重量份:重质碳酸钙:150,聚氯乙烯树脂PVC:73---78,氯化聚氯乙烯:4.5--5.6,铅盐复合稳定剂:2.8--3.2,石蜡:1.3--1.8,硬脂酸:0.8--1.2。
将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。
其技术效果是:经检验,本发明PVC-C管材的质量指数分别为:管径压扁60%无破裂(普通管只能达到50%);维卡软化温度达到95℃(标准值:≥93℃);纵向回缩率<2.0%;摩擦系数≤0.18;体积电阻率≥1.63×1013Ωcm;标准落锤冲击检测时未出现破裂和裂缝。表明本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小利于使用,产品寿命长,并具有施工方便,降低工程造价等特点,是一种较为理想的埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管。
具体实施方式
实施例1。取重质碳酸钙150份,聚氯乙烯树脂76份,铅盐复合稳定剂(为北京光明浩宇塑料助剂公司生产的GM-III型号,下同)3份,石蜡1.6份,硬脂酸1份,氯化聚氯乙烯5.5份,色(红)粉0.1份。将上述原料经磨粉并在150℃拌料,机械混合均匀后,分别加入SJSZ-65A和SJSZ-80两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在200℃时共同挤出红色成型产品电缆护套管。
实施例2。取重质碳酸钙150份,聚氯乙烯树脂75份,铅盐复合稳定剂2.8份,石蜡1.3份,硬脂酸0.8份,氯化聚氯乙烯4.5份,色粉0份。将上述原料经磨粉并在150℃拌料,机械混合均匀后,分别加入SJSZ-65A和SJSZ-80两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在210℃时共同挤出白色成型产品电缆护套管。
实施例3。取重质碳酸钙重钙150份,聚氯乙烯树脂78份,铅盐复合稳定剂3.2份,石蜡1.8份,硬脂酸1.2份,氯化聚氯乙烯5.6份,色(黑)粉0.1份。将上述原料经磨粉并在135℃拌料,机械混合均匀后,分别加入SJSZ-65A和SJSZ-80两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180℃时共同挤出黑色成型产品电缆护套管。

1.一种埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管,其特征在于其原料组分及其重量份:重质碳酸钙:150,聚氯乙烯树脂PVC:73---78,氯化聚氯乙烯:4.5--5.6,铅盐复合稳定剂:2.8--3.2,石蜡:1.3--1.8,硬脂酸:0.8--1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的埋地式PVC-C电缆护套管,其特征在于其制备方法:将上述原料经磨粉并在135-150℃拌料,机械均匀混合后,分别加入两台锥形双螺杆挤出机在180-210℃时共同挤出电缆护套管。
