Abstract

本发明公开了一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其原料由60%-70%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的邻苯甲酸二辛酯、2%-5%的稳定剂、2%-5%的增塑剂、2%-5%的无机填充物、1%-3%的着色剂、2%-4%的润滑剂、2%-5%的抗氧剂和1%-3%的其他助剂制作而成。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆套管,具体涉及一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套。 
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种性能优良的增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:其原料由60%-70%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的邻苯甲酸二辛酯、2%-5%的稳定剂、2%-5%的增塑剂、2%-5%的无机填充物、1%-3%的着色剂、2%-4%的润滑剂、2%-5%的抗氧剂和1%-3%的其他助剂制作而成。 
作为优选,所述增塑剂为DINP。 
作为优选,所述无机填充物为活化重质碳酸钙。 
作为优选,所述润滑剂为大豆油。 
作为优选,所述稳定剂为金属皂类。 
作为优选,所述稳定剂为月桂酸钙。 
本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。 
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其原料由60%-70%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的邻苯甲酸二辛酯、2%-5%的稳定剂、2%-5%的增塑剂、2%-5%的无机填充物、1%-3%的着色剂、2%-4%的润滑剂、2%-5%的抗氧剂和1%-3%的其他助剂制作而成。 
值得注意的是,所述增塑剂为DINP。

1.一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,其原料由60%-70%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的邻苯甲酸二辛酯、2%-5%的稳定剂、2%-5%的增塑剂、2%-5%的无机填充物、1%-3%的着色剂、2%-4%的润滑剂、2%-5%的抗氧剂和1%-3%的其他助剂制作而成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为DINP。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,所述无机填充物为活化重质碳酸钙。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为大豆油。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为金属皂类。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种增塑剂固定润滑的PVC护套,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为月桂酸钙。
