Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其配方为PVCSG-3?100g、增塑剂50g、环氧大豆油5g、氯化石蜡8g、氧化锑5g、抗氧剂0.5g、煅烧陶土5g、填料10g、稳定剂7g、光稳定剂3g、DOS?30g和适量内外滑剂制作而成。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆套管,具体涉及一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管。
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种性能优良的用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:其配方为PVCSG-3 100g、增塑剂50g、环氧大豆油5g、氯化石蜡8g、氧化锑5g、抗氧剂0.5g、煅烧陶土5g、填料10g、稳定剂7g、光稳定剂3g、DOS 30g和适量内外滑剂制作而成。
作为优选,所述稳定剂钙锌复合稳定剂。
作为优选,所述光稳定剂为UV-5。
作为优选,所述热稳定剂为碳酸钙。
作为优选,所述增塑剂为TOTM。
本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其配方为PVCSG-3100g、增塑剂50g、环氧大豆油5g、氯化石蜡8g、氧化锑5g、抗氧剂0.5g、煅烧陶土5g、填料10g、稳定剂7g、光稳定剂3g、DOS30g和适量内外滑剂制作而成。
值得注意的是,所述稳定剂钙锌复合稳定剂。
值得注意的是,所述光稳定剂为UV-5。
值得注意的是,所述热稳定剂为碳酸钙。
值得注意的是,所述增塑剂为TOTM。

1.一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其特征在于,其配方为PVCSG-3 100g、增塑剂50g、环氧大豆油5g、氯化石蜡8g、氧化锑5g、抗氧剂0.5g、煅烧陶土5g、填料10g、稳定剂7g、光稳定剂3g、DOS 30g和适量内外滑剂制作而成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其特征在于,所述稳定剂钙锌复合稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为UV-5。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为碳酸钙。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种用于保护电缆的PVC保护套管,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为TOTM。
