本发明公开了一种PVC电缆软套管,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的热稳剂、2%-5%的光稳定剂、3%-5%的抗氧剂、2%-5%的辅助稳定剂、1%-2%的增塑剂、1%-2%的着色剂、1%-2%的润滑剂、1%-2%的抗冲改性剂、1%-2%的阻燃剂、1%-2%的发泡剂、1%-2%的生物抑制剂和1%-2%的其他助剂制作而成。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆套管,具体涉及一种PVC电缆软套管。 
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。 
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种性能优良的PVC电缆软套管。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的热稳剂、2%-5%的光稳定剂、3%-5%的抗氧剂、2%-5%的辅助稳定剂、1%-2%的增塑剂、1%-2%的着色剂、1%-2%的润滑剂、1%-2%的抗冲改性剂、1%-2%的阻燃剂、1%-2%的发泡剂、1%-2%的生物抑制剂和1%-2%的其他助剂制作而成。 
作为优选,所述热稳定剂为金属皂类,所述热稳定剂为复合稳定剂。 
作为优选,所述复合稳定剂为三盐、二盐和金属皂的混合物。 
作为优选,所述增塑剂为DINP。 
作为优选,所述润滑剂为硅油。 
作为优选,所述抗冲改性剂为CPE。 
本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。 [0011] 下面结合具体实施方式来详细说明本发明。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:PVC电缆软套管,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的热稳剂、2%-5%的光稳定剂、3%-5%的抗氧剂、2%-5%的辅助稳定剂、1%-2%的增塑剂、1%-2%的着色剂、1%-2%的润滑剂、1%-2%的抗冲改性剂、1%-2%的阻燃剂、1%-2%的发泡剂、1%-2%的生物抑制剂和1%-2%的其他助剂制作而成。

1.一种PVC电缆软套管,其特征在于,其原料由70%-80%的聚氯乙烯树脂、5%-10%的热稳剂、2%-5%的光稳定剂、3%-5%的抗氧剂、2%-5%的辅助稳定剂、1%-2%的增塑剂、1%-2%的着色剂、1%-2%的润滑剂、1%-2%的抗冲改性剂、1%-2%的阻燃剂、1%-2%的发泡剂、1%-2%的生物抑制剂和1%-2%的其他助剂制作而成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种PVC电缆软套管,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为金属皂类,所述热稳定剂为复合稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种PVC电缆软套管,其特征在于,所述复合稳定剂为三盐、二盐和金属皂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种PVC电缆软套管,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为DINP。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种PVC电缆软套管,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硅油。
