Abstract
本发明公开了一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其配方由60%-70%的PVC树脂、15%-40%的增塑剂、5%-10%的阻燃剂、2%-5%的增料、2%-5%的内外滑剂和2%-5%的稳定剂。本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆套管,具体涉及一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套。
背景技术
目前工程用电缆套管是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主料、重质碳酸钙为填料、及氯化聚乙烯、石蜡等小料混合制成,并具备一定的耐腐蚀、耐高温、阻燃、绝缘耐磨重量轻、无污染等特性。但其不足之处是抗压强度差,与施工应用要求还有差距,其阻燃性能也不够理想;另外其维卡软化温度徘徊在90℃左右,内外管壁摩擦系数大等,增加了施工使用的难度。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种性能优良的高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:其配方由60%-70%的PVC树脂、15%-40%的增塑剂、5%-10%的阻燃剂、2%-5%的增料、2%-5%的内外滑剂和2%-5%的稳定剂。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为光稳定剂和热稳定剂的混合物。
作为优选,所述热稳定剂为铅盐类。
作为优选,所述光稳定剂为UV-531。
作为优选,所述阻燃剂为氯化石蜡和氯化梯体系的混合物。
作为优选,所述填料为烧陶土。
作为优选,所述内外滑剂为PE石蜡。
本发明产品具有耐高温和抗老化性能好,能适应电力电缆使用过程因过载短路而产生的高温,材料具有高绝缘强度和体积电阻率;柔性好且抗压强度大、抗不均匀沉降,在施工现场无须包封浇混凝土;内壁表面磨擦系数小,利于使用,产品寿命长。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其配方由60%-70%的PVC树脂、15%-40%的增塑剂、5%-10%的阻燃剂、2%-5%的增料、2%-5%的内外滑剂和2%-5%的稳定剂。
值得注意的是,所述稳定剂为光稳定剂和热稳定剂的混合物。

1.一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,其配方由60%-70%的PVC树脂、15%-40%的增塑剂、5%-10%的阻燃剂、2%-5%的增料、2%-5%的内外滑剂、抗氧化剂20%和2%-5%的稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为光稳定剂和热稳定剂的混合物。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为铅盐类。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为UV-531。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氯化石蜡和氯化梯体系的混合物。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种高改性耐磨PVC材料电缆护套,其特征在于,所述填料为烧陶土。
