本发明公开了一种全钢子午线轮胎耐磨胎冠的胶料配方,其特征在于:所述原料重量配比为:生胶SMR20#50—70份;高顺势顺丁胶20—40份;松香丁苯胶10—20份;高结构超耐磨炭黑与高结构中超耐磨炭黑并用55—60份;普通硫磺1—1.5份;环己基苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1.3—1.8份;氧化锌2—6份;硬脂酸1.5—3份;全天候防老剂+防热氧老化防老剂2.8—3.5份;微晶蜡1—1.5份;脂肪酸锌皂的复合物1—3份。该全钢子午线轮胎耐磨胎冠配方提供优质耐磨性能胎冠配方及其物理性能,从而提高子午线轮胎的耐磨耗性能。

技术领域:
本发明属于橡胶轮胎制造领域,特别涉及一种全钢子午线轮胎耐磨胎冠的胶料配方。
背景技术
众所周知,20世纪50年代末我国开始研制子午线轮胎。1964年生产载重汽车子午线轮胎。由于子午线轮胎技术难度高、投资大及其他一些因素,影响我国子午线轮胎的发展,直到20世纪70年代末仍未形成工业化生产规模。改革开放后,我国轮胎工业得到持续、高速发展,生产规模、轮胎品种和规格等均发生了质的变化,除了能适应国民经济发展的需要,并能积极投入到国际轮胎市场中去,参与国际轮胎市场的竞争。然而想要在日趋激烈的市场竞争中不被淘汰,提高子午线轮胎的质量显得尤为突出。轮胎耐磨性能是轮胎质量的重要指标,提高轮胎的耐磨耗性能是轮胎行业中一直不断研究的重要课题。
现有技术中,轮胎胎冠耐磨性较差,减少了轮胎的使用寿命、缩短轮胎的行驶里程。
发明内容
针对现有技术得不足,本发明提供一种全钢子午线轮胎耐磨胎冠的胶料配方,该全钢子午线轮胎耐磨胎冠配方提供优质耐磨性能胎冠配方及其物理性能,从而提高子午线轮胎的耐磨耗性能。
