本发明涉及一种散堆粮的收集装置，属于农业机械技术领域。
背景技术
目前不能使用粮食脱皮机的谷场、麦场等场合，脱皮后的谷场、麦场等场合散堆粮食的收集均是依靠人工收集，耗时耗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、外型轻巧、操作方便并能移动的散堆粮收集装置。本发明的目的是这样实现的：本发明涉及一种散堆粮的收集装置，收集装置包括小推车1、空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5、柔性物料管6、散堆粮收集车7组成，其特征在于所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置可以手推移动，通过强力气力输送器5使用小流量的压缩空气将大面积散堆的粮食收集起来。所述的小推车1具有滚轮，其上安装着空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5。所述的压缩空气管道4领域强力气力输送器5的接口相连。所述的强力气力输送器5一端接近散料堆，另一端通过柔性物料管6接入散堆粮收集车7。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、外型轻巧，操作方便；
2、便于推移，适合大型农业机械无法作业的场合，代替了人工收集。

本发明涉及一种散堆粮的收集装置，收集装置包括小推车1、空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5、柔性物料管6、散堆粮收集车7组成，其特征在于所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置可以手推移动，通过强力气力输送器5使用小流量的压缩空气将大面积散堆的粮食收集起来。所述的小推车1具有滚轮，其上安装着空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5。所述的压缩空气管道4领域强力气力输送器5的接口相连。所述的强力气力输送器5一端接近散料堆，另一端接通过柔性物料管6接入散堆粮收集车7。
实施例2 一种散堆粮的收集装置的工作过程：
使用时，将小推车1推移到需要收集散堆粮前，手持强力气力输送器5的小端面向散堆粮，启动空气压缩机2，散粮则通过强力气力输送器5的大端口经由柔性物料管6排向散堆粮收集车7。

1.本发明涉及一种散堆粮的收集装置，收集装置包括小推车1、空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5、柔性物料管6、散堆粮收集车7组成，其特征在于所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置可以手推移动，通过强力气力输送器5使用小流量的压缩空气将大面积散堆的粮食收集起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置，其特征在于所述的小推车1具有滚轮，其上安装着空气压缩机2、储气罐3、压缩空气管道4、强力气力输送器5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置，其特征在于所述的压缩空气管道4领域强力气力输送器5的接口相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种散堆粮的收集装置，其特征在于所述的强力气力输送器5一端接近散料堆，另一端通过柔性物料管6接入散堆粮收集车7。
