本实用新型涉及一种移动式吸附剂加料装置，包括：拖挂移动底盘，及底盘上的机架，机架内设有吸附剂集料箱，喷射机构。所述喷射机构含有空压机、文丘里管、输送管、喷嘴；所述空压机输出管与文丘里管的入口圆筒段连接，文丘里管的圆筒喉管段的负取压管与吸附剂集料箱连接，文丘里管的圆锥扩散段通过输送管与喷嘴连接。本实用新型的优点:本实用新型制造成本低，布局灵活、移动方便、作业面宽、输送量大且省时省力，从而提高了工作效率，而且加料时不会扬尘，改善了工作环境。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种运输或贮存设备，尤其是涉及一种移动式吸附剂加料装置。
背景技术
目前变压吸附技术广泛用于石油化工、煤化工、精细化工、空分制氮等方面气体分离方面，是一种新型其他分离技术。在国内化工项目中广泛使用变压吸附技术提取氢气、氮气等，一般采用双塔吸附、四塔吸附、及多塔吸附，而现在吸附塔内吸附剂由于使用量根据装置情况，吸附剂的装填量差别很大。目前，这种加料大多采用人力操作，一方面严重地影响了加料速度，降低了生产效率，另一方面人工投加时易发生扬尘，造成环境污染。还有一个存在的问题是需加料的点位多，过长的输送管道带来的负面问题也需认真考虑。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而提供一种既能稳定自动输送吸附剂、又能灵活加料并有效地防止环境污染的移动式吸附剂加料装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现：一种移动式吸附剂加料装置，包括拖挂移动底盘、及底盘上的机架，其特征在于，机架内设有吸附剂集料箱，喷射机构，所述喷射机构含有空压机、文丘里管、输送管、喷嘴；所述空压机输出管与文丘里管的入口圆筒段连接，文丘里管的圆筒喉管段的负取压管与吸附剂集料箱连接，文丘里管的圆锥扩散段通过输送管与喷嘴连接。
与现有技术相比，采用了本实用新型提出的一种移动式吸附剂加料装置，具有如下优点：本实用新型制造成本较低，布局灵活、移动方便、作业面宽、输送量大且省时省力，从而提高了工作效率，可以转移到任意指定地点加料，而且，加料时不会扬尘，改善了工作环境。

下面结合附图对具体实施方式作详细说明：图1为本实用新型的一个实施例。图中，一种移动式吸附剂加料装置，包括拖挂移动底盘1、及底盘上的机架2，机架内设有吸附剂集料箱3，喷射机构，所述喷射机构含有空压机4、文丘里管5、输送管6、喷嘴7；所述空压机4输出管与文丘里管5的入口圆筒段连接，文丘里管5的圆筒喉管段的负取压管与吸附剂集料箱3连接，文丘里管5的圆锥扩散段通过输送管6与喷嘴7连接。

1.一种移动式吸附剂加料装置，包括拖挂移动底盘、及底盘上的机架，其特征在于，机架内设有吸附剂集料箱，喷射机构，所述喷射机构含有空压机、文丘里管、输送管；所述空压机输出管与文丘里管的入中圆筒段连接，文丘里管的圆筒喉管段的负取压管与吸附剂集料箱连接，文丘里管的圆锥扩散段通过输送管与喷射口连接。
