Abstract
本发明公开了属于模压门技术领域的一种三聚氰胺生态门皮。它由高密度板材,三聚氰胺浸渍纸,防火层和无纺布吸附层构成,无纺布吸附层贴附在防火层上,防火层贴附在高密度板材上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸设置于无纺布吸附层上。本发明的门皮无纺布吸附层上的吡啶为催化剂,催化二羧酸类化合物与门皮残留甲醛发生化学反应,生成无害物质,高密度板材上开有孔,孔中填充防虫剂防止虫类破坏,防火层能有效阻燃,增加了门抗火灾的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于模压门技术领域,具体涉及一种吸附甲醛兼有防虫效果的三聚氰胺生态门皮。
背景技术
模压门是指采用中密度板或高密度板或钢板为基材,表面贴饰水曲柳、黑胡桃、花梨和沙比利等天然实木皮,或者贴饰三聚氰胺纸,在高温高压高热环境下,采用“一次成型”或“两次成型”技术生产出来的门。
门皮是模压门的重要部件,采用三聚氰胺纸材质的门皮,一般含有较多的甲醛,危害人的身体健康。由于采用木质结构,久用会生虫,损坏门皮。木质结构的门遇明火也容易燃烧。
紫叶罗勒属于唇形科植物,气味芳香,紫花绿叶,有很好的驱虫效果,观尝性也很好。
目前,市场上尚没有一种既吸附甲醛,防虫又防火的三聚氰胺生态门皮。
发明内容
本发明针对目前的三聚氰胺门皮释放有害气体甲醛,不防虫,易燃的问题,提出一种三聚氰胺生态门皮。
一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,由高密度板材,三聚氰胺浸渍纸,防火层和无纺布吸附层构成,无纺布吸附层贴附在防火层上,防火层贴附在高密度板材上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸设置于无纺布吸附层上。
所述无纺布吸附层上涂布有吡啶和二羧酸类化合物。
所述二羧酸类化合物为丙二酸或丁二酸。
所述防火层材质为石棉,珍珠岩,硼酸铝,聚氯乙烯,过氯乙烯,氯化橡胶,氯丁橡胶乳液,环氧树脂,酚醛树脂中的一种或者一种以上。
所述高密度板材上开有孔,孔中填充防虫剂。
所述防虫剂为樟脑丸或紫叶罗勒。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的门皮无纺布吸附层上的吡啶为催化剂,催化二羧酸类化合物与门皮残留甲醛发生化学反应,生成无害物质,高密度板材上开有孔,孔中填充防虫剂防止虫类破坏,防火层能有效阻燃,增加了门抗火灾的功能。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,如图1所示,由高密度板材4,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1,防火层3和无纺布吸附层2构成,无纺布吸附层2贴附在防火层3上,防火层3贴附在高密度板材4上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1设置于无纺布吸附层2上。
所述无纺布吸附层2上涂布有吡啶和丙二酸。
所述防火层3材质为石棉。
所述高密度板材4上开有孔,孔中填充樟脑丸。
上述生态门皮的甲醛释放量为0.04mg/m3,生态门皮放入储藏室3个月无虫叮咬破坏。
实施例2
一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,如图1所示,由高密度板材4,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1,防火层3和无纺布吸附层2构成,无纺布吸附层2贴附在防火层3上,防火层3贴附在高密度板材4上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1设置于无纺布吸附层2上。
所述无纺布吸附层2上涂布有丁二酸。
所述防火层3材质为珍珠岩和硼酸铝的混合物。
所述高密度板材4上开有孔,孔中填充紫叶罗勒。
上述生态门皮的甲醛释放量为0.02mg/m3,生态门皮放入储藏室3个月无虫叮咬破坏。
实施例3
一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,如图1所示,由高密度板材4,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1,防火层3和无纺布吸附层2构成,无纺布吸附层2贴附在防火层3上,防火层3贴附在高密度板材4上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1设置于无纺布吸附层2上。
所述无纺布吸附层2上涂布有吡啶和丙二酸。
所述防火层3材质为过氯乙烯。
所述高密度板材4上开有孔,孔中填充紫叶罗勒。
上述生态门皮的甲醛释放量为0.06mg/m3,生态门皮放入储藏室3个月无虫叮咬破坏。
实施例4
一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,如图1所示,由高密度板材4,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1,防火层3和无纺布吸附层2构成,无纺布吸附层2贴附在防火层3上,防火层3贴附在高密度板材4上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸1设置于无纺布吸附层2上。
所述无纺布吸附层2上涂布有吡啶丙二酸。
所述防火层3材质为氯化橡胶和环氧树脂。
所述高密度板材4上开有孔,孔中填充樟脑丸。
上述生态门皮的甲醛释放量为0.05mg/m3,生态门皮放入储藏室3个月无虫叮咬破坏。

1.一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,由高密度板材,三聚氰胺浸渍纸,防火层和无纺布吸附层构成,无纺布吸附层贴附在防火层上,防火层贴附在高密度板材上,三聚氰胺浸渍纸设置于无纺布吸附层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,所述无纺布吸附层上涂布有吡啶和二羧酸类化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,所述二羧酸类化合物为丙二酸或丁二酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,所述防火层材质为石棉,珍珠岩,硼酸铝,聚氯乙烯,过氯乙烯,氯化橡胶,氯丁橡胶乳液,环氧树脂,酚醛树脂中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,所述高密度板材上开有孔,孔中填充防虫剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种三聚氰胺生态门皮,其特征在于,所述防虫剂为樟脑丸或紫叶罗勒。
