Abstract

本发明属于建筑、建材、节能和新材料领域,特别涉及岗亭、企业厂房、农村住宅和简易房等建设用墙板。本发明彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板,由三层构成,上下表层为彩钢板,中间夹层为发泡水泥板。彩钢板设有冲孔翻边结构,上下表层两块彩钢板通过各自的翻边实现限位和定位,再通过焊接连接为一体。中间夹层板由密度在(200‑500)kg/m3发泡水泥制成,发泡水泥板两侧有保证卡接装配的凸凹结构,发泡水泥板与彩钢板充分贴合胶结,并对彩钢的冲孔翻边包裹,最终实现上下表面两层彩钢板和中间层发泡水泥板牢固地连接为一块整体。本发明彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板的有益效果在于:结构稳定、质轻、强度高、防火、保温、隔音、环保,施工简单方便。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑、建材、节能和新材料领域,特别涉及岗亭、企业厂房、农村住宅和简易房等建设用墙板。
背景技术
彩钢板以其外形美观、成本低和施工方便等优点被广泛用于建筑、家电、机电、交通运输、室内装饰和办公器具等各行业领域,其中带有保温夹层的复合彩钢墙板则被普遍应用于岗亭、工厂厂房、农村住宅和简易房等建筑。但传统带有保温功能的复合彩钢墙板使用的保温材料多为苯板和岩棉,存在结构强度低、与彩钢板连接不可靠、易燃和不环保等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决前述传统复合彩钢墙板存在的问题,提供一种以发泡水泥板为保温层替代苯板或岩棉的结构稳定、质量轻盈、强度高、防火、保温、隔音、环保和施工简单方便的彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板,由三层构成,上下表层为彩钢板,中间夹层为发泡水泥板。
所述的彩钢板可以为瓦楞、压花和滚花等各型结构及单面涂层或双面涂层的彩钢板,厚度范围在(0.5-2)mm,同时规则或不规则分布若干冲孔翻边,翻边结构形状不限,两块彩钢板间以冲孔翻边限位并定位然后焊接为一体,其中冲孔翻边形成两块彩钢板间的连接拉筋。
所述的发泡水泥板由密度在(200-500)kg/m3发泡水泥制成,制成方法可以是物理法,也可以是化学法,厚度范围在(60-300)mm,两侧带有用于卡接装配的凸凹结构,凸凹结构形状不限。
本发明彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板的有益效果在于:结构稳定、质轻、强度高、防火、保温、隔音、环保,施工简单方便。

具体实施方式
结合附图所示,本发明彩钢复合水泥发泡墙板,由两块上下表层为彩钢板1和中间夹层为发泡水泥板2构成。彩钢板1为瓦楞结构,厚度在(0.5-2)mm,带有十六个翻边5和十六个冲孔6,两块彩钢板1以三十二翻边5和三十二冲孔6为限位及定位,通过三十二个焊接点7连接在一起,三十二个翻边5构成两块彩钢板1的连接拉筋。发泡水泥板2密度范围在(200-500)kg/m3,厚度在(60-300)mm,制成方法可以是物理法也可以是化学法,两侧带有凸起结构3和凹槽结构4,便于施工中的卡接装配。发泡水泥板2和彩钢板1充分贴合胶结,同时发泡水泥板2紧密包裹翻边5并嵌入冲孔6,整体上表层两块彩钢板1对中间发泡水泥板2形成严密包裹,最终形成具备结构稳定、质量轻盈、强度高、防火、保温、隔音和环保等性能优点且施工简单方便的彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板。

Claims (3)

1.一种彩钢复合发泡水泥墙板,其特征在于:上中下三层构成,上下表层为彩钢板,中间夹层为发泡水泥板。
2.如权利要求1所述的彩钢板可以为瓦楞、压花和滚花等各型结构及单面涂层或双面涂层的彩钢板,厚度范围在(0.5-2)mm,同时规则或不规则分布若干冲孔翻边,翻边结构形状不限,两块彩钢板间以冲孔翻边限位并定位然后焊接为一体,其中冲孔翻边形成两块彩钢板间的连接拉筋。
3.如权利要求1所述的发泡水泥板由密度在(200-500)kg/m3发泡水泥制成,厚度范围在(60-300)mm,两侧带有用于卡接装配的凸凹结构,凸凹结构形状不限。
