本发明公开了一种网面防散焊接装置,涉及编织机械技术领域;它包括机架,在机架的横梁上设置有两个由控制模块控制的动力装置,动力装置连接有点焊机,点焊机下方正对由纵向网带和横向网带编成的网面,点焊机的焊点位置对应着网面两侧边的纵向网带和横向网带交叉的位置;所述动力装置为连接有电机的丝杆,所述丝杆一端与所述点焊机连接,所述点焊机为超声波焊接机或针孔热熔焊接机。本发明可以解决自动化网面编织中出现的网面松散或脱落的问题,使得横向带与纵向带之间能够固定连接,大大的增强了编织过程中网面的稳定性,保证编织和后续生产的顺利进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及编织机械技术领域,尤其是一种用于焊接网面交叉节点的焊接装置。
背景技术
为了减少人工成本和工人劳动强度,弹力网床垫自动化网带自动化编织技术已经渐渐开发成熟,但在自动化编织过程中,由于纵向网带和横向网带相互间没有固定连接,在编织和后续生产过程中难免出现网带松散或脱落的情况,大大影响了弹力网床垫生产的稳定性和产量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种网面防散焊接装置,它可以解决自动化网面编织中出现的网面松散或脱落的问题,使得横向带与纵向带之间能够固定连接,大大的增强了编织过程中网面的稳定性,保证编织和后续生产的顺利进行。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种网面防散焊接装置,包括机架,在所述机架的横梁上设置有数个由控制模块控制的动力装置,所述动力装置连接有点焊机,所述点焊机下方正对由纵向网带和横向网带编成的网面,所述点焊机的焊点位置对应着所述网面两侧边的所述纵向网带和所述横向网带交叉的位置。
上述网面防散焊接装置技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述点焊机为超声波焊接机或针孔热熔焊接机。
进一步:所述动力装置为连接有电机的丝杆,所述丝杆一端与所述点焊机连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明通过对最边端的两根纵向带与网面上每一根横向网带的交错点均通过点焊进行了焊接,加固了纵横网带的连接,防止网面散落,大大增强了整个网面的稳定性,保证了编织和后续生产的顺利进行。
2、焊接完毕后点焊机能利用动力装置离开网面,不会影响网面编织工作的连续进行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1的网面防散焊接装置,包括机架1,在机架1的横梁上安装有两个由控制模块6控制的动力装置2,动力装置2由电机连接丝杆的一端,丝杆的另一端与点焊机3连接,点焊机3为超声波焊接机,在其他实施例还可以是针孔热熔焊接机或其他形式的焊接机;由纵向网带5和横向网带4编成的网面在两台点焊机3下方进行平移运动,每台点焊机3的焊点位置对应着网面两侧边纵向网带5和横向网带4的交叉位置。
当网面的任一横向网带4经过点焊机3焊点对应的位置,控制模块6通过动力装置2控制点焊机3向下运动,同时,控制模块6控制点焊装置3对侧边纵向带与每根横向带的交叉位置通过点焊固定,点焊完成后,控制模块6控制动力装置2驱动点焊机3向上运动回到初始位置,重新进行下一步操作。

1.一种网面防散焊接装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于:在所述机架(1)的横梁上设置有数个由控制模块(6)控制的动力装置(2),所述动力装置(2)连接有点焊机(3),所述点焊机(3)下方正对由纵向网带(5)和横向网带(4)编成的网面,所述点焊机(3)的焊点位置对应着所述网面两侧边的所述纵向网带(5)和所述横向网带(4)交叉的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网面防散焊接装置,其特征在于:所述点焊机(3)为超声波焊接机或针孔热熔焊接机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的网面防散焊接装置,其特征在于:所述动力装置(2)为连接有电机的丝杆,所述丝杆一端与所述点焊机(3)连接。
