技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物及其制剂的制备方法，属于中医药领域。
背景技术：
心神经官能症是由于高级神经功能失调，引起心血管一系列症状的功能性疾病，在病理解剖上无心脏血管器质性病变。本病可发生于任何年龄，大多发生在中、青年，20～50岁较多见；女性多于男性，尤多见于更年期妇女。临床上无器质性心脏病的证据，预后良好，但长期症状严重的患者可明显影响正常生活和工作。常因情绪激动，持续过度兴奋，长期忧虑，导致中枢神经正常活动发生紊乱，受植物神经调节的心血管系统继而失调。临床上以心悸、心前区痛、呼吸憋闷，全身乏力、易激动、多汗、颤抖、失眠为特点，是以心血管疾病的有关症状为主要表现的临床综合征，属于功能性神经症的一种类型。
心神经官能症在日常临床工作中非常多见，可占全部心脏科患者的三分一到四分之一，尤其在一些特定人群，如更年期妇女、高中级白领、空巢患病中老年人、心梗中风后患者，甚至是某些青少年，临床上大量心脏神经症患者事实上并没有被及时诊断与治疗。
心神经官能症的西药在治疗上没有特效药物，应用中医治疗心神经官能具有广阔的前景，针对病因起效，而且疗效肯定。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原材料制成：丹参25-35份、蝉蜕5-15份、酸枣仁5-15份、远志5-15份、黄连6-10份、莲子心5-15份、太子参5-15份。
作为上述技术案的进一步优选，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原材料制成：
丹参30份、蝉蜕10份、酸枣仁10份、远志10份、黄连8份、莲子心10份、太子参10份。
所述中药组合物药物剂型为：水煎剂、散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂或水丸剂。
根据本发明，一种中药组合物制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a、按比例取各原料成分，混合，加水煎煮30分钟，成水煎剂。
b、将丹参、蝉蜕、酸枣仁、远志、黄连、莲子心太子参一起混合，加水煎煮两次，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩至滤液体积的1/2，得浓缩液，浓缩至相对密度1.20～1.24(80℃测得)的稠浸膏。
c、将上述步骤b的稠浸膏移进烘箱，50-70℃烘干至水分低于5％，加入辅料制成散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂或水丸剂。
在以上原料中
丹参活血祛瘀，除烦安神，消肿止痛。功用活血祛瘀、凉血消肿、清心除烦等作用，主要适用于血热瘀滞的月经不调、经闭痛经、腹部肿块以及产后瘀阻、恶露不尽、少腹作痛。
蝉蜕散风除热.利咽，透疹，退翳.解痉。用于风热感冒，咽痛，音哑，麻疹不透，风疹瘙痒，目赤翳障，惊风抽搐，破伤风。
酸枣仁养心安神，益阴敛汗。用于心肝血虚引起的心烦不安、心悸怔忡、失眠，自汗、盗汗。适于肝血不足、虚烦不眠及体虚多汗、津伤口渴之证。
远志安神益智，祛痰.消肿。用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦，健忘惊悸，神志恍惚，咳痰不爽，疮疡肿毒，乳房肿痛。
黄连泻火解毒，清热燥湿功效，可治时行热毒、高热烦躁、泄泻痢疾、口疮、痈疽疔毒等症。
莲子心清心，去热，止血，涩精。治心烦，口渴，吐血，遗精，目赤肿痛。
太子参补益脾肺，益气生津。治肺虚咳嗽，脾虚食少，心悸，怔忡，水肿，消渴，精神疲乏。用于脾气虚弱，胃阴不足，食少体倦，口渴舌干；肺虚燥咳，咽干痰粘；气阴不足，心悸失眠。
本病的中医病机主要涉及虚实两方面，虚力气、血、阴、阳的亏虚，导致心脏气血亏虚，心神失养；实则多为肝郁气滞，瘀血阻络，饮邪上泛，以致心脉不畅，心神失宁。总之，本病虚实之间常互相挟杂，互为因果，相兼为患。本发明应用丹参除烦安心神，蝉蜕除风安神，酸枣仁养心安神，远志交通心肾，黄连泻火，莲子心清心除烦，太子参益气生津、补益脾肺。
本发明采用以上技术方案，与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本发明君、臣、佐、使各施其效，具有用药少，见效快，临床观察证实无毒副作用，可达到标本兼顾的目的，治疗效果好。无化学药物的毒副作用，可长期服用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：一种用于治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物，该中药包括以下原料：
丹参30份、蝉蜕10份、酸枣仁10份、远志10份、黄连8份、莲子心10份、太子参10份。
制备方法一，包括以下步骤：
a、按比例取各原料成分，混合，加水煎煮30分钟，成水煎剂；

对比试验：
疗效标准；疗效评价：1.治愈：症状消失，血压、心电图、心率正常。2.好转：症状改善，但心率仍较快或偶有期前收缩，心电图仍有非特异性ST、T波改变。无效：症状无好转，血压、心电图、心率无改善。
选取300例的患者，随机选取300例作为治疗组，另外100例作为对照组，其中300例患者分为治疗组1、治疗组2和治疗组3，每个治疗组治疗随机选取的100例患者，治疗组1使用本发明实施例1制备的汤剂进行治疗，治疗组2使用本发明实施例2制备的汤剂进行治疗，治疗组3使用本发明实施例3制备的汤剂进行治疗。对照组应用谷维素配合安定治疗。

从以上数据表可以看出，治疗组有效率治愈率明显高于对照组，治疗组1的治愈率有效率高于其余治疗组2和治疗组3，综上所述治疗组1组方最为有效。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物，其特征是：由以下重量份的原材料制成：丹参25-35份、蝉蜕5-15份、酸枣仁5-15份、远志5-15份、黄连6-10份、莲子心5-15份、太子参5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物，其特征是：由以下重量份的的原材料制成：丹参30份、蝉蜕10份、酸枣仁10份、远志10份、黄连8份、莲子心10份、太子参10份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物，其特征是：所述药物剂型为：水煎剂、散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂或水丸剂。
4.一种权利要求1或2所述的治疗心神经官能症的中药组合物制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a、按比例取各原料成分，混合，加水煎煮30分钟，成水煎剂。
b、将丹参、蝉蜕、酸枣仁、远志、黄连、莲子心太子参一起混合，加水煎煮两次，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩至滤液体积的1/2，得浓缩液，浓缩至相对密度1.20～1.24(80℃测得)的稠浸膏。
c、将上述步骤b的稠浸膏移进烘箱，50-70℃烘干至水分低于5％，加入辅料制成散剂、胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂或水丸剂。
