Abstract
本发明公开了一种油甘露的制备方法,该方法采用油甘果为原料,经洗果、碎果、去核后进行蒸馏,得到的馏出液即为油甘露。本发明的油甘露无色、清澈透明,具有口味独特、营养丰富、健身防病等功效,是一种极为理想的保健饮品。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,特别是一种油甘露的制备方法及其制得的产品。
油甘果是一种极为珍有的野生植物之果,主产于广东粤东福建等地的荒山野岭之中,是天然的独秀佳果。果型似手指头大小,绿色的果皮镶裹着腊色的厚实果肉,除核外,果肉全可生吃,颇为爽脆。其味主要是“甘”、“香”,微带“涩”、“酸”、“苦”、“甜”。据书载及科学和民间采用验证,该果含有丰富的多种营养成分,且具有清热、健脾胃、滋心润肺等作用。而且发现其果汁能阻断N硝基化合物的合成,对预防癌症有一定的效果。同时,油甘果还具有解酒之奇能。油甘果的成分及含量列表如下:油甘子(果)各种元素成分及含量

本发明的目的是提供一种以油甘果为原料的口味独特、营养丰富、防病保健饮料的制备方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种采用上述方法制得的产品。
本发明的油甘露的制备方法包括下述步骤:
将油甘果洗净、切碎、去核,然后进行蒸馏后即制得本发明的油甘露。
所述洗果步骤优选用温水浸泡,然后用冷清水洗净,再晾干。所述蒸馏,可采用常压间歇蒸馏,蒸馏后将蒸馏剩汁过滤,添加鲜汁和果皮肉后再进行蒸馏,如此循环进行。蒸馏釜中油甘果和水的重量比优选为1∶2-16。
本发明的方法中所用的蒸馏用水可采用近百米深的地下优质清泉。
本发明的油甘露无色、清澈透明,具特有的原果香味,甘和、微甜,口感滑润、清爽,口腔甘味绵绵久回,饮后朗胸、润腹、怡神,比其它饮料更为解渴,而且可清滞除疾、解暑除热、驱郁闷、增食欲、解酒、解困倦和晕车船、防癌、抑癌。
油甘露对胃溃疡、肾炎、糖尿病、厌食、气急、疴急尿、心血管病、精神不振等病的辅助治疗确实有奇功妙效。
本发明制得的油甘露是含有油甘果的各种有效成分的蒸馏水,实乃一种极为理想的保健饮品。
下面用实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
将油甘果用60℃左右的温水浸泡10分钟,捞起后用冷清水冲洗干净,再用60℃左右的温水浸泡20分钟,再用清水冲洗,然后晾置20分钟至干,将油甘果切碎,去核,取果肉和汁8公斤放入有80公斤取自近百米深的地下优质水的蒸馏釜中进行蒸馏, 蒸馏后卸出蒸馏剩汁,过滤后加入鲜果肉和汁与剩汁一起蒸馏,如此循环进行,将馏出液装瓶后即得本发明的油甘露。
实施例2
除了将果肉和汁30公斤放入有80公斤水的蒸馏釜中进行蒸馏外,其余步骤同实施例1。
Claims (6)
1、一种油甘露的制备方法,其特征是包括将油甘果洗净、切碎、去核,然后进行蒸馏,所得馏出液即为油甘露。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是所述洗果为用温水浸泡油甘果,然后用冷清水洗净,并晾干。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是所述蒸馏用常压间歇蒸馏。
4、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是蒸馏后将蒸馏剩汁过滤,添加鲜汁和果皮肉后再进行蒸馏,如此循环进行。
5、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是所述蒸馏时所用油甘果和水的重量比为1∶2-16。
6、一种权利要求1-5之一的方法制得的产品。
