本发明公开了一种单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱,包括箱体,箱体内设置有K10轴、K11轴、K1轴、K2轴、K4轴、K6轴、K7轴、K8轴、K9轴、K12轴、K13轴、K15轴、K3轴、K5轴、K14轴;K1轴上固结有C1齿轮、K2轴上固结有C221、C222齿轮、K3轴上固结有C31、C32齿轮,C1齿轮与C221齿轮啮合,C222齿轮与C31齿轮啮合;C32齿轮通过K4轴、K5轴、K7轴、K8轴、K9轴、K6轴、K5轴、K10轴、K11轴上固结的齿轮与K12轴、K13轴、K14轴、K15轴上固结的齿轮啮合;上层输出轴K12轴和下层输出轴K13轴、K14轴、K15轴通过联轴节分别与挤压机成型腔内的螺旋铰刀固定连接。该机生产的T型轻质隔墙条板应用在两垂直墙体的交接处,在条板与条板之间不存在对接缝,克服了存在已久的对接缝问题。

单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质隔墙板挤压机的减速箱,特别涉及一种单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱。
背景技术
目前,轻质隔墙板成型设备中,广泛应用且比较成熟的轻质隔墙板挤压机只能生产单层孔的轻质隔墙条板,在两垂直墙体的交接处应用这种轻质隔墙条板,在条板的平面与条板的侧面之间存在对接缝,使条板与条板之间的对接强度差,若在两垂直墙体的交接处应用T型轻质隔墙条板,在条板与条板之间不存在对接缝,提高了两垂直墙体交接处条板之间的对接强度,克服了存在已久的对接缝问题。该机生产的品种比较单一,限制了挤压机的应用范围。用户需要一种单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机,其关键是单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱的研究与设计,本公司工程技术人员根据用户需求,采用双层输出轴设计,经过反复试验成功研制出单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱,经检索,尚没有发现单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
单排T型轻质隔墙板挤压机双层输出轴减速箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括I箱体、II箱体、III箱体,所述I箱体内设置有K10轴、K11轴;所述I箱体、II箱体内设置有K1轴、K2轴;所述III箱体内设置有K4轴、K6轴、K7轴、K8轴、K9轴、上层输出轴K12轴和下层输出轴K13轴、K15轴;所述I箱体、II箱体、III箱体内设置K3轴、K5轴和下层输出轴K14轴;所述K1轴上固结有C1齿轮、K2轴上固结有C221、C222齿轮、K3轴上固结有C31、C32齿轮,C1齿轮与C221齿轮啮合,C222齿轮与C31齿轮啮合;所述C32齿轮与K4轴上固结的C4齿轮啮合,C4齿轮分别与K5轴上固结的C52齿轮、K7轴上固结的C7齿轮啮合;所述C7齿轮分别与K12轴上固结的C12齿轮、K8轴上固结的C8齿轮啮合;所述C8齿轮与K9轴上固结的C9齿轮轮啮合,C9齿轮与K15轴上固结的C15齿轮啮合;所述C52齿轮与K6轴上固结的C6齿轮啮合,C6齿轮与K13轴上固结的C13齿轮啮合;所述K5轴上固结的C51齿轮K10轴上固结的C10齿轮啮合,C10齿轮与K11轴上固结的C11齿轮啮合,C11齿轮K14轴上固结的C14齿轮啮合;所述的上层输出轴K12轴和下层输出轴K13轴、K14轴、K15轴通过联轴节分别与挤压机成型腔内的螺旋铰刀固定连接。
所述箱体的底部设置有高筋槽。
所述的K1轴与驱动电动机传动连接。
所述的箱体与所述的挤压机的大梁的前部固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:
该减速箱的上层输出轴K12轴和下层输出轴K13轴、K14轴、K15轴通过联轴节分别与成型腔内的螺旋铰刀固定连接,能够生产出单排T型轻质隔墙条板,扩大了轻质隔墙板挤压机的应用范围。该机生产的T型轻质隔墙条板应用在两垂直墙体的交接处,在条板与条板之间不存在对接缝,提高了两垂直墙体交接处条板之间的对接强度,克服了存在已久的对接缝问题。
