一种增压活塞,包括活塞机构、贮存机构、控制机构,所述活塞机构的活塞1中设置有气门杆孔6,活塞1前端设置有气门口5,连杆腔11前端的活塞壁内设置有贮气腔4;所述控制机构的活塞前端设置有气门7,气门7的气门杆8尾部设置有复位弹簧9、后端设置有压盖10;本发明利用活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门让作功后期的高压燃气进入设置于连杆腔前端的贮存腔中,储存作功后期的高压燃气;采用吸气冲程时活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门放出储存的高压燃气加压吸入的空气,使缸内得到更高的压缩比,充分利用燃气高压提高发动机的动力性和经济性。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机缸内增压技术,具体地说是一种增压活塞。
背景技术
根据机动车燃烧室压缩力越强,输出动力及爆发力度越大的工作原理,相同排量的发动机,压缩比越高,其动力性和经济性越好。为此利用尾气能量的外加压涡轮增压器得到普及与推广,但它的增压效应存在滞后性,配制复杂费用高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种增压活塞,利用作功后期的高压燃气内增压。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种增压活塞,包括活塞机构、贮存机构、控制机构。
所述活塞机构的活塞1中设置有连杆腔11,连杆腔11两侧设置有连杆销孔2、气门杆孔6,活塞1前端设置有气门口5,活塞1外壁上设置有活塞环槽3,连杆腔11前端活塞壁内设置有贮存机构。
所述贮存机构设置有贮气腔4。
所述控制机构的活塞前端设置有气门7,气门7的气门杆8尾部设置有复位弹簧9、后端设置有压盖10。
本发明的技术效果在于:采用设置于连杆腔前端活塞壁内的贮存腔让燃料作功活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门让作功后期的高压燃气进入,储存作功后期的高压燃气;采用吸气冲程时活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门放出储存的高压燃气加压吸入的空气,得到更高的压缩比,充分利用高压燃气提高发动机的动力性和经济性。

下面结合附图对本发明中的具体实施方式作进一步说明。

按照本发明一种增压活塞,包括活塞机构、贮存机构、控制机构。
所述活塞机构包括活塞1、连杆腔11、连杆销孔2、气门杆孔6、气门口5、活塞环槽3;连杆腔11设置于活塞1的后侧中;气门杆孔6分后气门杆孔与前气门杆孔;连杆销孔2、后气门杆孔6设置于连杆腔11两侧的裙部中,前气门杆孔6设置于贮气腔4的前侧;气门口5设置于活塞1的前端面中,活塞环槽3设置于活塞1的外壁上。
所述贮存机构的贮气腔4设置于连杆腔11前端的活塞壁内。
所述控制机构包括气门7、气门杆8、复位弹簧9、压盖10;气门7设置于气门口5中,气门7的气门杆8设置于气门杆孔6中,复位弹簧9设置于气门杆8的后部,压盖10与气门7的尾端连接。
本发明采用燃料作功活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门让作功后期的高压燃气进入设置于连杆腔前端活塞壁内的贮存腔中,储存作功后期的高压燃气;利用吸气冲程时活塞运动到后至点时触压压盖顶开气门放出储存的高压燃气,使缸内得到更高的压缩比,充分利用高压燃气提高发动机的动力性和经济性。

1.一种增压活塞,其特征是:包括活塞机构、贮存机构、控制机构;
所述活塞机构的活塞(1)中设置有连杆腔(11),连杆腔(11)两侧设置有连杆销孔(2)、气门杆孔(6),活塞(1)前端设置有气门口(5),活塞(1)外壁上设置有活塞环槽(3),连杆腔(11)前端的活塞壁内设置有贮存机构;
所述贮存机构设置有贮气腔(4);
所述控制机构的活塞前端设置有气门(7),气门(7)的气门杆(8)尾部设置有复位弹簧(9)、后端设置有压盖(10)。
