Abstract
本发明属化工技术领域,涉及一种复合肥的生产配方及其制作方法,该复合肥主要由尿素、氯化钾、磷酸二氢铵、硫化锌、有机硫TMT‑15、泥炭和硅藻土所组成。复合肥中除了含有植物生长所需要的氮、磷、钾外,还含有植物生产所需要的微量元素锌、铁、钙、镁、钠、硅、硫等以及含有改良土壤团粒结构的泥炭。此外,还含有能与土壤中重金属络合的络合剂硫化锌和螯合剂有机硫TMT‑15,可以与土壤中的汞、铅、铜、镉、镍、锰、铬等重金属结合形成不溶于水的硫化物,从而避免植物对土壤中重金属的吸收,实现对土壤中重金属治理的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明属化肥制造技术领域,涉及一种能够治理土壤污染的复合肥的生产配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国部分地区土壤污染比较严重,土壤中铅、镉、汞等重金属超标,这种情况严重影响了农作物生产的安全。由于工业污染和汽车使用总量的增加,重金属粉尘以气溶胶的形式进入大气,经过自然沉降和降水进入土壤,造成了土壤污染。汽车行驶对公路沿线的污染尤其严重,江苏省高速公路两边的土壤严重污染,公路两边成为铅污染区,铅对土壤的污染已深达30cm,而这一深度正是农作物生长的深度,直接导致蔬菜、茶叶等农作物中铅含量超标,汽车尾气排放的铅和未燃尽的四乙基铅的粉尘进入土壤,电动车铅酸电池的生产过程中和旧电池翻新过程中也产生了一定的铅污染。现有复合肥中主要含有氮、磷、钾等元素,而不具有清除土壤中有害重金属元素的功能,此外长期使用现有复合肥,还会出现土壤板结的情况。
发明内容
本发明的复合肥提供了一种既含有氮、磷、钾等植物生长的元素,同时又含有特殊的化学成分能够与土壤中的重金属元素生成不溶于水的化合物,使其不能够被农作物吸收,从而实现在对农作物施肥的同时又治理了土壤中的重金属元素,复合肥中的泥炭成分使得土壤团粒化,有利于植物的生长,该复合肥具有多种功能,可谓一举多得。
本发明的复合肥由尿素、氯化钾、磷酸二氢铵、硫化锌、有机硫TMT-15、泥炭和硅藻土所组成。其配方组成和重量百分比为:尿素20~60%、氯化钾10~20%、磷酸二氢铵20~40%、硫化锌1~10%、有机硫TMT-15 1~5%、泥炭1~10%、硅藻土1~10%,配方中各组之和为100%。
所述泥炭经雷蒙磨粉机磨成细粉,过500目筛,所述硅藻土的细度为500目。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的复合肥除了含有植物生产所需要的氮、磷、钾元素外,还含有植物生产所需要的微量元素锌、铁、钙、镁、钠、硅、硫等以及含有改良土壤板结,使之具有团粒化结构的泥炭。此外,复合肥中的硫化锌和有机硫TMT-15可以与土壤中的汞、铅、铜、镉、镍、锰、铬等重金属结合形成不溶于水的硫化物,从而避免植物对土壤中重金属的吸收,实现治理土壤中重金属的目的。
具体实施方式
1、将泥炭放入雷蒙磨粉机中磨成细粉,过500目筛,筛粉为泥炭粉,待用。
2、将尿素加入搅拌机中,然后再向搅拌机中加入有机硫TMT-15,开启搅拌机,控制搅拌速度为900~1200γ/min,搅拌3-10 min后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机,向搅拌机中依次加入硫化锌、磷酸二氢铵、氯化钾、泥炭粉和硅藻土,继续搅拌10-15 min后将物料放出并送入DZJ型对辊挤压式造粒机中对物料进行造粒,控制复合肥粒子大小为Φ3.2~Φ4mm,造粒好的物料即为复合肥。
实施例1
1、将泥炭3%放入雷蒙磨粉机中磨成细粉,过500目筛,筛粉即为泥炭粉,待用。
2、将尿素55%加入高速搅拌机中,然后向搅拌机中加入有机硫TMT-15 3%,开启搅拌机,控制搅拌速度为1200γ/min,搅拌3min后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机,向搅拌机中依次加入硫化锌3%、磷酸二氢铵25%、氯化钾10%、泥炭粉和硅藻土1%,继续搅拌15min后将物料放出并送入DZJ型对辊挤压式造粒机中对物料进行造粒,控制复合肥粒子大小为Φ4mm,造粒好的物料即为复合肥。
实施例2
1、将泥炭3%放入雷蒙磨粉机中磨成细粉,过500目筛,筛粉即为泥炭粉,待用。
2、将尿素60%加入高速搅拌机中,然后向搅拌机中加入有机硫TMT-15 3%,开启搅拌机,控制搅拌速度为900γ/min,搅拌5min后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机,向搅拌机中依次加入硫化锌3%、磷酸二氢铵20%、氯化钾10%、泥炭粉和硅藻土1%,继续搅拌15min后将物料放出并送入DZJ型对辊挤压式造粒机中对物料进行造粒,控制复合肥粒子大小为Φ3.5mm,造粒好的物料即为复合肥。
Claims (3)
1.一种能够治理土壤污染的复合肥,其特征是它是由尿素、氯化钾、磷酸二氢铵、硫化锌、有机硫TMT-15、泥炭和硅藻土所组成,其配方组成和重量百分比为:尿素20~60%、氯化钾10~20%、磷酸二氢铵20~40%、硫化锌1~10%、有机硫TMT-15 1~5%、泥炭1~10%、硅藻土1~10%,配方中各组之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够治理土壤污染的复合肥,其特征是,
(1)将泥炭放入雷蒙磨粉机中磨成细粉,过500目筛,筛粉为泥炭粉,待用;(2)将尿素加入搅拌机中,然后再向搅拌机中加入有机硫TMT-15,开启搅拌机,控制搅拌速度为900~1200γ/min,搅拌3~10 min后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机,向搅拌机中依次加入硫化锌、磷酸二氢铵、氯化钾、泥炭粉和硅藻土,继续搅拌10~15 min后将物料放出并送入DZJ型对辊挤压式造粒机中对物料进行造粒,控制复合肥粒子大小为Φ3.2~Φ4mm,造粒好的物料即为复合肥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够治理土壤污染的复合肥,其特征是,所述泥炭经雷蒙磨粉机磨成细粉,过500目筛,所述硅藻土的细度为500目。
