本发明涉及车辆轮胎，具体地说，涉及一种含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎。本发明具有以下优点：1、一周圈均布有约700份细致钢片，将花纹块区域分割成细密小块，可极大降低轮胎噪音，并提高乘坐舒适性，享受极致静音舒适效果；2、双“Y”形仿生设计，Y字形花纹块和反Y字形花纹块互相配合，在提高抓地力的同时不会降低花纹块的刚性，并能缩短制动距离，提高行车安全；3、经典的波纹状花纹主沟，具备良好的行驶稳定性，使乘坐更为舒适、稳定；4、设有一周圈宽度为20mm的宽白边，美观大方，适用于爱车改装，乘坐也更为舒适。

本发明涉及车辆轮胎，具体地说，涉及一种含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎。
背景技术
目前，市场上的皮卡轮胎大多数以越野花纹为主，花纹块较为粗狂，虽然载重性能和通过性能较好，但是，噪音大，整体颠簸较为强烈，乘坐舒适性非常差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，以解决上述的技术问题。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，包括胎冠和胎肩；所述胎冠为轮胎与地面相接触的部位，所述胎肩包括位于胎冠左侧的左侧胎肩和位于胎冠右侧的右侧胎肩，其特征在于：所述胎冠上从左至右均匀设置有三条纵向的波纹状的花纹主沟，分别是：左侧花纹主沟、中间花纹主沟和右侧花纹主沟；所述三条花纹主沟将胎冠分隔为四个花纹块区域，从左到右依次是：第一花纹块区域、第二花纹块区域、第三花纹块区域和第四花纹块区域；所述三条花纹主沟的凸起点与花纹块区域相接的部位设有花纹块缺口；所述四个花纹块区域都是由横向的Y字形花纹块和横向的反Y字形花纹块相间排列组合而成，每个Y字形花纹块和反Y字形花纹块上都设置有横向的花纹块钢片。
进一步地说：
所述左侧胎肩上均匀设有横向的左侧胎肩花纹沟，所述左侧胎肩花纹沟的内端延伸到第一花纹块区域的反Y字形花纹块上；相邻的左侧胎肩花纹沟之间设有倾斜的左侧胎肩细沟槽，所述左侧胎肩细沟槽的上端连接位于上方的左侧胎肩花纹沟的中部，其下端连接位于下方的左侧胎肩花纹沟的外端。
所述右侧胎肩上均匀设有横向的右侧胎肩花纹沟，所述右侧胎肩花纹沟的内端延伸到第四花纹块区域的Y字形花纹块上；相邻的右侧胎肩花纹沟之间设有倾斜的右侧胎肩细沟槽，所述右侧胎肩细沟槽的上端连接位于上方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的外端，其下端连接位于下方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的中部。
所述左侧胎肩的外侧设有纵向的左侧筋条；所述右侧胎肩的外侧设有纵向的右侧筋条。
所述左侧筋条的外侧设有宽度为20mm的左侧宽白边；所述右侧筋条的外侧设有宽度为20mm的右侧宽白边。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
参照图1，本实施例所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，包括胎冠和胎肩；所述胎冠为轮胎与地面相接触的部位，所述胎肩包括位于胎冠左侧的左侧胎肩43和位于胎冠右侧的右侧胎肩53。所述胎冠上从左至右均匀设置有三条纵向的波纹状的花纹主沟，分别是：左侧花纹主沟1、中间花纹主沟2和右侧花纹主沟3；经典的波纹状花纹主沟，具备良好的行驶稳定性，使乘坐更为舒适、稳定。
所述三条花纹主沟将胎冠分隔为四个花纹块区域，从左到右依次是：第一花纹块区域6、第二花纹块区域7、第三花纹块区域8和第四花纹块区域9；所述三条花纹主沟的凸起点与花纹块区域相接的部位设有花纹块缺口13；所述四个花纹块区域都是由横向的Y字形花纹块11和横向的反Y字形花纹块12相间排列组合而成。双“Y”形仿生设计，Y字形花纹块和反Y字形花纹块互相配合，在提高抓地力的同时不会降低花纹块的刚性，并能缩短自动距离，提高行车安全。
每个Y字形花纹块11和反Y字形花纹块12上都设置有横向的花纹块钢片10。轮胎一周圈均布有约700份细致钢片，将各个花纹块区域分割成细密小块，可极大降低轮胎噪音，并提高乘坐舒适性，享受极致静音舒适效果。

本实施例所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，与实施例1的区别在于：所述左侧胎肩43上均匀设有横向的左侧胎肩花纹沟41，所述左侧胎肩花纹沟41的内端延伸到第一花纹块区域6的反Y字形花纹块上；相邻的左侧胎肩花纹沟41之间设有倾斜的左侧胎肩细沟槽42，所述左侧胎肩细沟槽42的上端连接位于上方的左侧胎肩花纹沟的中部，其下端连接位于下方的左侧胎肩花纹沟的外端。
实施例3：
本实施例所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，与实施例2的区别在于：所述右侧胎肩53上均匀设有横向的右侧胎肩花纹沟51，所述右侧胎肩花纹沟51的内端延伸到第四花纹块区域9的Y字形花纹块上；相邻的右侧胎肩花纹沟51之间设有倾斜的右侧胎肩细沟槽52，所述右侧胎肩细沟槽52的上端连接位于上方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的外端，其下端连接位于下方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的中部。
实施例4：
本实施例所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，与实施例3的区别在于：所述左侧胎肩43的外侧设有纵向的左侧筋条44；所述右侧胎肩53的外侧设有纵向的右侧筋条54。
实施例5：
本实施例所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，与实施例4的区别在于：所述左侧筋条44的外侧设有宽度为20mm的左侧宽白边45；所述右侧筋条54的外侧设有宽度为20mm的右侧宽白边55。宽白边的结构设计，不仅美观大方，而且，适用于爱车改装，乘坐也更为舒适。

3.根据权利要求2所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，其特征在于：所述右侧胎肩(53)上均匀设有横向的右侧胎肩花纹沟(51)，所述右侧胎肩花纹沟(51)的内端延伸到第四花纹块区域(9)的Y字形花纹块上；相邻的右侧胎肩花纹沟(51)之间设有倾斜的右侧胎肩细沟槽(52)，所述右侧胎肩细沟槽(52)的上端连接位于上方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的外端，其下端连接位于下方的右侧胎肩花纹沟的中部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含细致钢片的皮卡专用轮胎，其特征在于：所述左侧胎肩(43)的外侧设有纵向的左侧筋条(44)；所述右侧胎肩(53)的外侧设有纵向的右侧筋条(54)。
