本发明公开了一种汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置,它包括底座(1)、第一定位装置、第二定位装置、垫块(3)和定位支架(4),所述第一定位装置、第二定位装置、垫块(3)和定位支架(4)均固定在底座(1)上,所述第一定位装置设有可伸缩的顶杆(5),所述定位支架(4)下部设有夹紧块(7),所述夹紧块(7)上设有弧形凹槽,该弧形凹槽的中部设有缺口(7.1),所述垫块(3)上设有凹槽(3.1),所述第二定位装置设有两组可夹紧或者松开汽车前悬挂支架尾部的夹块(8),所述夹块(8)内侧设有防滑橡胶垫。该装置能快速装夹、适合大批量生产,加工效率高、给实际加工带来方便。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及夹具技术领域,具体讲一种汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置。
背景技术
汽车前悬挂支架包括支架本体,所述支架本体的头部设有一个球头和一个定位孔,所述支架本体的尾部设有一圆柱体。汽车前悬挂支架浇注成型后,需要对其侧边进行磨边打磨处理,使侧面能达到尺寸和粗糙度要求。目前在磨边时,一般只能采用手工操作,这样加工效率较低,而且也无法机械化批量生产,费工费时。在流水线生产上,汽车前悬挂支架浇注后,快速开始处理,上一道工序紧接下一道工序时,由于浇注后还存在一定的温度,这种情况根本无法采用手工磨边,这样给实际加工带来非常不便。

本发明要解决的技术问题就,是提供一种能快速装夹、适合大批量生产,加工效率高、给实际加工带来方便的汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案的一种汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置,它包括底座、用于定位汽车前悬挂支架头部的第一定位装置、用于定位汽车前悬挂支架尾部的第二定位装置、垫块和定位支架,所述第一定位装置、第二定位装置、垫块和定位支架均固定在底座上,所述第一定位装置设有可伸缩的顶杆,所述定位支架上部设有挡板,所述顶杆与挡板之间设有间距,所述定位支架下部设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块上设有弧形凹槽,该弧形凹槽的中部设有缺口,所述垫块上设有凹槽,所述第二定位装置设有两组可夹紧或者松开汽车前悬挂支架尾部的夹块,所述夹块内侧设有防滑橡胶垫。
所述第一定位装置还包括第一气缸和固定块,所述气缸通过固定块固定在底座上,所述顶杆与气缸的活塞杆固定。
所述第二定位装置还包括固定在底座上的两个第二气缸,每一个第二气缸的活塞杆与对应的夹块固定。
所述防滑橡胶垫由以下质量份数的材料制成:
丁苯橡胶:90-110
氧化锌:8-12
硬脂酸:0.5-3
丙酮与二苯胺高温缩合物:1-4
2-巯基苯并咪唑:0.8-2
促进剂TMTD:1-4
促进剂DM:0.7-5
高耐磨炭黑:10-50
液体古马隆:3-6
石油树脂:2-8
碳酸钙:1-6。
采用以上结构后,本发明专利与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:通过第一定位装置、第二定位装置、垫块和定位支架对汽车前悬挂支架的多方位定位和固定,使汽车前悬挂支架固定住,并且使需要加工的侧面朝上,供磨削加工,能快速装夹、适合大批量生产,加工效率高、给实际加工带来方便。
作为改进,所述防滑橡胶垫由以下质量份数的材料制成:
丁苯橡胶:90-110
氧化锌:8-12
硬脂酸:0.5-3
丙酮与二苯胺高温缩合物:1-4
2-巯基苯并咪唑:0.8-2
促进剂TMTD:1-4
促进剂DM:0.7-5
高耐磨炭黑:10-50
液体古马隆:3-6
石油树脂:2-8
碳酸钙:1-6。
由于浇注后的汽车前悬挂支架在批量磨边时还有一定的余温,采用上述材料后,使橡胶垫能耐热,防老化,能更加的夹紧具有一定温度的汽车前悬挂支架,耐用性也好。

所述第一定位装置还包括第一气缸9和固定块10,所述气缸9通过固定块10固定在底座1上,所述顶杆5与气缸9的活塞杆固定。
所述第二定位装置还包括固定在底座1上的两个第二气缸11,每一个第二气缸11的活塞杆与对应的夹块8固定。
所述防滑橡胶垫由以下质量份数的材料制成:

1.一种汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置,其特征在于:它包括底座(1)、用于定位汽车前悬挂支架头部的第一定位装置、用于定位汽车前悬挂支架尾部的第二定位装置、垫块(3)和定位支架(4),所述第一定位装置、第二定位装置、垫块(3)和定位支架(4)均固定在底座(1)上,所述第一定位装置设有可伸缩的顶杆(5),所述定位支架(4)上部设有挡板(6),所述顶杆(5)与挡板(6)之间设有间距,所述定位支架(4)下部设有夹紧块(7),所述夹紧块(7)上设有弧形凹槽,该弧形凹槽的中部设有缺口(7.1),所述垫块(3)上设有凹槽(3.1),所述第二定位装置设有两组可夹紧或者松开汽车前悬挂支架尾部的夹块(8),所述夹块(8)内侧设有防滑橡胶垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前悬挂支架的磨边定位装置,其特征在于:所述第一定位装置还包括第一气缸(9)和固定块(10),所述气缸(9)通过固定块(10)固定在底座(1)上,所述顶杆(5)与气缸(9)的活塞杆固定。
