外墙自洁净功能漆,具组份和质量比为:10%-15%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂;16%-20%的金红石型的钛白粉;6%-8%的超细重质碳酸钙;7%-10%的超细煅烧高岭土;6%-9%的超细硅灰石;6%-8%的颗粒便面经过处理的氧化镁;30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.3%的漆膜自清洁助剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。外墙自洁净功能漆中用的漆膜自清洁助剂是硅氧烷类亲水化助剂,加入到涂料中,能快速使漆膜亲水,能有效提高漆膜的抗沾污性能。

技术领域
本发明是将墙自洁净功能漆,改变了一般外墙漆的日久不洁净的弊端,每次的细雨的洗礼都会让彩瓦展现出原有的光彩,让富丽堂皇的楼阁展现出原有的威严,本发明的自洁净能力极强。属于化工涂料的范畴。 
背景技术
为解决外墙涂料,不易清洗的问题,发明了该涂料。 
发明内容
1外墙自洁净功能漆,具组份和质量比为:10%-15%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂;16%-20%的金红石型的钛白粉;6%-8%的超细重质碳酸钙;7%-10%的超细煅烧高岭土;6%-9%的超细硅灰石;6%-8%的颗粒便面经过处理的氧化镁; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.3%的漆膜自清洁助剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。外墙自洁净功能漆中用的漆膜自清洁助剂是硅氧烷类亲水化助剂,加入到涂料中,能快速使漆膜亲水,能有效提高漆膜的抗沾污性能。 
  
具体实施方式    
具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
1将24%的去离子水加入分散釜中,在加入0.1%-0.15%的异噻唑啉酮系列的防腐剂,开启分散剂缓慢搅拌至均匀。
2加入0.3%的自清洁助剂,搅拌均匀。 
3加入0.2%的对有机物分散效果明显的水性分散剂,再加入1%对无机物分散效果显著的水性分散剂,加入0.1%的不含APEO(烷基酚)类润湿剂,加入0.15%消泡剂,搅拌5分钟,缓慢搅拌均匀。 
4加入10%左右的超细重质碳酸钙,加入煅烧型的超细高岭土7%左右,超细硅灰石8%左右。 
5待分散充分后进行对漆浆料的研磨,研磨的细度用细度计测量其细度应该在60um一下,检测标准是GB/T 1724,通过研磨机的研磨,使涂料的细度达到标准。 
6将浆料打入调漆釜中,缓慢加入30%左右的丙烯酸改良型乳液,在加入乳液的过程中要缓慢的搅拌,让乳液充分包裹住浆料的染填料小分子。 
7待搅拌均匀后缓慢加入少量的成膜助剂,以便在涂料在成膜的过程中成膜效果更好,成膜更加的致密,但在加入的过程中速度一定缓慢加入 
8待搅拌均匀后加入适量的流平剂和增稠剂,以提高涂料在施工过程中的施工性,增加施工中漆膜单层的施工厚度,提高涂料的品质和提高施工后的装饰效果。
9待各项指标都检测合格后装桶等待出厂。

1.外墙自洁净功能漆,具组份和质量比为:10%-15%的去离子水;0.1%-0.15%的防腐剂;1%-1.5%的分散剂;0.2%的不含APEO(烷基酚)的润湿剂;16%-20%的金红石型的钛白粉;6%-8%的超细重质碳酸钙;7%-10%的超细煅烧高岭土;6%-9%的超细硅灰石;6%-8%的颗粒便面经过处理的氧化镁; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆; 30%-35%的改性乳液调漆;0.3%的漆膜自清洁助剂;成膜助剂、流平剂、增稠剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外墙自洁净功能漆,其特征在于,外墙自洁净功能漆中用的漆膜自清洁助剂是硅氧烷类亲水化助剂,加入到涂料中,能快速使漆膜亲水,能有效提高漆膜的抗沾污性能。
