本发明连续送料挤压成型机构,将板材送入该机构中,直到板材的端头全部进入工作位置,通过操作压模向下挤压板材,在压模和凹模的作用下,加工出需要的工件形状。本发明能够通过滚轮对输入的板材进行导向和支撑,使得整个机构能够在连续的板材上进行间歇式的冲压加工。配合对应的冲裁模,能够在完成挤压成型之后,接着一次动作完成冲裁的动作,将已经挤压成型的工件冲裁下来。本发明将成型和剪裁合而为一,避免了传统的分步骤加工的加工方式费时费力的问题,能够在挤压成型的之后完成冲裁加工,提高了加工效率。

本发明涉及一种挤压成型机构,具体涉及一种连续送料挤压成型机构。
背景技术
冲裁模是冲压生产中不可缺少的工艺装备,良好的模具结构是实现工艺方案的可靠保证。冲压零件的质量好坏和精度高低,主要取决于冲裁模的质量和精度。冲裁模结构是否合理、先进,有直接影响到生产效率及冲裁模本身的使用寿命和操作的安全、方便性等。由于冲裁件形状、尺寸、精度和生产批量及生产条件不同,冲裁模的结构类型也不同。冲裁模主要用于各种板材的落料与冲裁,模具的工作部位是凸、凹模的刃口,刃口工作时承受冲击力、剪切力、弯曲力,以及剪切材料的强烈摩擦力,因而对冲裁模的性能要求主要是指对模具刃口的性能要求。冷冲裁模具可分为薄板冲裁模(板厚≤1.5mm)和厚板冲裁模(板厚>1.5mm)两种。对于钣金件的加工,要求模具用钢具有高的耐磨性。但是薄板件本身材料容易剪切加工,在加工中,往往会预先将钣金件剪切成符合加工大小的尺寸,再进行挤压成型,得到需要的工件,这种方式将剪裁和挤压分离进行,无形之中增加了加工时间,降低了加工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连续送料挤压成型机构,改变现有的加工方式,采用送料整体的冲压成型的方式进行加工,将冲压成型和剪切放在一起进行,在保证加工精度的同时,提高了加工效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:连续送料挤压成型机构,包括底座,所述底座上设有竖向的凹模,所述凹模的上端面为弧面;所述底座上还设有两个滚轮架,所述两个滚轮架对称设置在凹模的两侧,所述滚轮架的顶端铰接有一个传动滚轮;所述底座上还包括一个压模,所述压模位于凹模的正上方,所述压模的下方设有与凹模的弧面配合的凸面。

如图1所示,本发明连续送料挤压成型机构,包括底座1,底座1上设有竖向的凹模2,凹模2的上端面为弧面。底座1上还设有两个滚轮架3,两个滚轮架3对称设置在凹模2的两侧,滚轮架3的顶端铰接有一个传动滚轮4;底座1上还包括一个压模5,压模5位于凹模2的正上方,压模5的下方设有与凹模2的弧面配合的凸面。滚轮架3通过沉头螺钉6固定在底座1上。凹模2的下端固定有贯穿底座1的顶杆7。滚轮架3上设有安装键块8。设置安装键块8,能够通过安装键块8安装适合的剪裁凸模,适应不同的加工需求。
