Abstract
本发明具体为一种大速比中型六档汽车变速箱,解决了现有六档变速器受结构限制存在速比范围较小不适应多种路况需求的问题。主箱输出轴的右侧设置有副箱,主箱输出轴上连接有位于副箱内的副箱低档齿轮,主箱输出轴的右端套有副箱输出轴,副箱输出轴上套有副箱高档齿轮,且副箱输出轴的左端设置有左右滑动于其上的齿套,齿套上方设置有穿在叉轴上的拨叉,叉轴右端连接有操纵气缸,副箱输出轴下方设置有与其平行的中间轴,中间轴上设置有与副箱低档齿轮和副箱高档齿轮啮合的中间轴齿轮。本发明头档速比大,实现多档变速,可满足发动机功率为125-140马力段的各种轻中型载重汽车、工程车、大客车及特种汽车的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车变速箱,具体为一种大速比中型六档汽车变速箱。
背景技术
目前六档变速器,结构上基本采用双中间轴不带同步器或锁销式同步器,双中间轴不带同步器变速器换挡困难,对操作人员的经验要求高,锁销式同步器轴向尺寸大,锁销易断,锁环式单锥面同步器容量小,受中心距限制,头档速比小,档位数量少,不适应多种路况多种速比的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有六档变速器受结构限制存在速比范围较小不适应多种路况需求的问题,提供了一种大速比中型六档汽车变速箱。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:大速比中型六档汽车变速箱,包括主箱输出轴,主箱输出轴的右侧设置有副箱,主箱输出轴上连接有位于副箱内的副箱低档齿轮,主箱输出轴的右端套有副箱输出轴,副箱输出轴上套有副箱高档齿轮,且副箱输出轴的左端设置有左右滑动于其上的齿套,齿套上方设置有穿在叉轴上的拨叉,叉轴右端连接有操纵气缸,副箱输出轴下方设置有与其平行的中间轴,中间轴上设置有与副箱低档齿轮和副箱高档齿轮啮合的中间轴齿轮。
当不需要增大变速器速比时,操纵气缸驱动拨叉将齿套与副箱低档齿轮的锥环连接,此时,主箱输出轴带动副箱低档齿轮转动,进而带动齿套及副箱输出轴转动,实现平稳输出;当需要增大变速器速比时,操纵气缸驱动拨叉将齿套与副箱高档齿轮的锥环连接,此时,主箱输出轴带动副箱低档齿轮转动,进而带动中间轴齿轮、副箱高档齿轮、齿套及副箱输出轴的转动,速比范围翻倍,克服了现有六档变速器受结构限制存在速比范围较小不适应多种路况需求的问题。
本发明结构设计合理可靠,头档速比大,实现多档变速,可满足发动机功率为125-140马力段的各种轻中型载重汽车、工程车、大客车及特种汽车的要求,具有结构简单、操作方便且成本低的优点。

大速比中型六档汽车变速箱,包括主箱输出轴1,主箱输出轴1的右侧设置有副箱2,主箱输出轴1上连接有位于副箱2内的副箱低档齿轮3,主箱输出轴1的右端套有副箱输出轴4,副箱输出轴4上套有副箱高档齿轮5,且副箱输出轴4的左端设置有左右滑动于其上的齿套6,齿套6上方设置有穿在叉轴7上的拨叉8,叉轴7右端连接有操纵气缸9,副箱输出轴4下方设置有与其平行的中间轴10,中间轴10上设置有与副箱低档齿轮3和副箱高档齿轮6啮合的中间轴齿轮11。

1.一种大速比中型六档汽车变速箱,包括主箱输出轴(1),其特征在于:主箱输出轴(1)的右侧设置有副箱(2),主箱输出轴(1)上连接有位于副箱(2)内的副箱低档齿轮(3),主箱输出轴(1)的右端套有副箱输出轴(4),副箱输出轴(4)上套有副箱高档齿轮(5),且副箱输出轴(4)的左端设置有左右滑动于其上的齿套(6),齿套(6)上方设置有穿在叉轴(7)上的拨叉(8),叉轴(7)右端连接有操纵气缸(9),副箱输出轴(4)下方设置有与其平行的中间轴(10),中间轴(10)上设置有与副箱低档齿轮(3)和副箱高档齿轮(6)啮合的中间轴齿轮(11)。
