Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶5-10份,嗜酸乳杆菌1-5份,绿色木霉1.5-5.5份,酿酒酵母2.5-4.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份,黑曲霉孢子1-2份,乳酸菌1-2份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.15-0.55份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.01-0.05份。本发明提供的复合微生物发酵剂,将活性酶和多种微生物有益菌种复合制成活性秸秆发酵剂,提高了发酵剂降解秸秆木质纤维素的降解率,提高了秸秆的生物转化率。

一种复合微生物发酵剂
技术领域
本发明属于生物发酵技术领域,具体涉及一种用于发酵秸秆的复合微生物发酵剂。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,农作物秸秆资源十分丰富,年产量达5.560亿吨。农作物秸秆中大约有65~80%的干物质能够向动物提供能量,而目前用作饲料的不足10%,绝大部分农作物秸秆仍直接还田或作燃料用,既造成资源浪费,又污染环境。未经处理的秸秆消化利用率较低,微生物处理技术是提高秸秆消化利用率的绿色环保技术,经微生物处理后秸秆木质素降低、适口性好、消化率高,同时也能避免秸秆焚烧污染空气、浪费资源的问题。现有微生物发酵剂存在降解率低、生物转化率不高等问题。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种复合微生物发酵剂,能够充分利用农作物秸秆,并且提高降解率和生物转化率。
技术问题:本发明提供的一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶5-10份,嗜酸乳杆菌1-5份,绿色木霉1.5-5.5份,酿酒酵母2.5-4.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份,黑曲霉孢子1-2份,乳酸菌1-2份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.15-0.55份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.01-0.05份。
所述复合酶为木聚糖酶和果胶酶按质量比1:2混合而成;所述嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数:≥3.0×10cfu/g;所述乳酸菌为植物源乳酸菌;所述黑曲霉孢子数量为(1~50)*108个/克。
所述谷氨酸发酵菌为谷氨酸棒状杆菌、乳糖发酵短杆菌、散枝短杆菌、黄色短杆菌、噬氨短杆菌中的一种。
有益效果:本发明提供的复合微生物发酵剂,将活性酶和多种微生物有益菌种复合制成活性秸秆发酵剂,提高了发酵剂降解秸秆木质纤维素的降解率,提高了秸秆的生物转化率。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不因此局限于下述实施例,而是由本发明的说明书和权利要求书限定。
实施例1
一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶5份,嗜酸乳杆菌1份,绿色木霉1.5份,酿酒酵母2.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌3份,黑曲霉孢子1份,乳酸菌1份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.15份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.01份。
复合微生物发酵剂的制备按现有技术进行,包括以下步骤:斜面菌种→液体种子培养→种子罐发酵→发酵罐发酵→离心分离菌体细胞→真空冷冻干燥→固体菌粉产品;其中各发酵液经管式离心机分离,收集菌泥,采用5%糊精水溶液与菌泥混合均匀,真空冷冻干燥,得到固体菌粉。
实施例2
一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶7份,嗜酸乳杆菌3份,绿色木霉2.5份,酿酒酵母3.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌4份,黑曲霉孢子1份,乳酸菌1份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.25份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.03份。
复合微生物发酵剂的制备按现有技术进行,包括以下步骤:斜面菌种→液体种子培养→种子罐发酵→发酵罐发酵→离心分离菌体细胞→真空冷冻干燥→固体菌粉产品;其中各发酵液经管式离心机分离,收集菌泥,采用5%糊精水溶液与菌泥混合均匀,真空冷冻干燥,得到固体菌粉。
实施例3
一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶9份,嗜酸乳杆菌4份,绿色木霉3.5份,酿酒酵母4份,枯草芽孢杆菌5份,黑曲霉孢子1份,乳酸菌1份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.45份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.04份。
复合微生物发酵剂的制备按现有技术进行,包括以下步骤:斜面菌种→液体种子培养→种子罐发酵→发酵罐发酵→离心分离菌体细胞→真空冷冻干燥→固体菌粉产品;其中各发酵液经管式离心机分离,收集菌泥,采用5%糊精水溶液与菌泥混合均匀,真空冷冻干燥,得到固体菌粉。
实施例4
一种复合微生物发酵剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶10份,嗜酸乳杆菌5份,绿色木霉5.5份,酿酒酵母4.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌6份,黑曲霉孢子2份,乳酸菌2份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.55份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.05份。
复合微生物发酵剂的制备按现有技术进行,包括以下步骤:斜面菌种→液体种子培养→种子罐发酵→发酵罐发酵→离心分离菌体细胞→真空冷冻干燥→固体菌粉产品;其中各发酵液经管式离心机分离,收集菌泥,采用5%糊精水溶液与菌泥混合均匀,真空冷冻干燥,得到固体菌粉。
对实施例3所得发酵剂进行效果测试,结果如表1所示,其中的对照组为饲喂鲜秸秆的奶山羊;其中的实验组为饲喂发酵秸秆后三天的奶山羊;实验动物为泌乳期奶山羊。

1.一种复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料组成:复合酶5-10份,嗜酸乳杆菌1-5份,绿色木霉1.5-5.5份,酿酒酵母2.5-4.5份,枯草芽孢杆菌3-6份,黑曲霉孢子1-2份,乳酸菌1-2份,谷氨酸发酵菌0.15-0.55份,科菲尔乳杆菌0.01-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于所述复合酶为木聚糖酶和果胶酶按质量比1:2混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于所述嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数:≥3.0×10cfu/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于所述乳酸菌为植物源乳酸菌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于所述黑曲霉孢子数量为(1~50)* 108个/克。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生物发酵剂,其特征在于所述谷氨酸发酵菌为谷氨酸棒状杆菌、乳糖发酵短杆菌、散枝短杆菌、黄色短杆菌、噬氨短杆菌中的一种。
