背景技术
高脂血症是指血脂水平过高,可直接引起一些严重危害人体健康的疾病,如动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、胰腺炎等。高脂血症是由于脂肪代谢或转运异常,而使血浆中一种或几种脂质高于正常的一种疾病。血脂是血浆或血清中脂类的统称,包括许多脂溶性物质,其主要成分为胆固醇、甘油三酯、磷脂、游离脂肪酸等。由于血浆脂质为脂溶性,在血液中必须与蛋白质结合成为水溶性复合物才能转运到全身,故高脂血症又称高脂蛋白血症,在临床上分原发性和继发性。原发性与先天性和遗传有关,是由于单基因缺陷或多基因缺陷,使参与脂蛋白转运和代谢的受体、酶或载脂蛋白异常所致,或由于环境因素(饮食、营养、药物)和通过未知的机制而致。继发性多发生于代谢性紊乱疾病(糖尿病、高血压、黏液性水肿、甲状腺功能低下、肥胖、肝肾疾病、肾上腺皮质功能亢进),或与其他因素年龄、性别、季节、饮酒、吸烟、饮食、体力活动、精神紧张、情绪活动等有关。前者属遗传性脂质代谢紊乱疾病,较为罕见;后者多为未控制的糖尿病、动脉硬化、肾病综合症、粘液性水肿、甲状腺功能低下、胆汁性肝硬化等病所伴发。
高脂血症的临床表现主要是脂质在真皮内沉积所引起的黄色瘤和脂质在血管内皮沉积所引起的动脉硬化。尽管高脂血症可引起黄色瘤,但其发生率并不很高;而动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展又是一种缓慢渐进的过程。因此在通常情况下,多数患者并无明显症状和异常体征。不少人是由于其他原因进行血液生化检验时才发现有血浆脂蛋白水平升高。
中医对高血脂症已有较多的研究,例如中国专利CN104146097,公开了一种降血脂茶及其制备方法,先将丹参、黄芪、女贞子、绞股蓝、荷叶、绿茶分别净制,然后取绿茶,60℃干燥后粉碎,过16目筛,收取绿茶粉,用5kGy剂量的60Co辐照灭菌后,备用,再取丹参、黄芪、女贞子、绞股蓝、荷叶加水提取2次,每次加12倍量水,每次1.5小时,滤过,合并滤液,减压浓缩至清膏,得干膏粉备用,最后将干膏粉与绿茶粉混匀,用70%乙醇制软材,14目筛制粒,60℃干燥,10目筛整粒,即得成品。但是现有中药组合物,一般组成成分较多,造成成本高昂或者成分之间有冲突,中医对高血脂症的研究是无止境,开发针对高血脂症的保健食品具有很大 的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有以中草药组方的针对高血脂症的保健食品效果不理想、或者成分复杂等不足,提供一种成分简单、效果明显的含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品。
本发明保健食品中各组分的用量是发明人经过大量实践总结得出的,由下述重量份的原料制成:
鱼腥草 9-21份 广西甜茶 8-16份 山菊花 9-12份。
优选地,它是由下列原料按重量份计制成:
鱼腥草 12-18份 广西甜茶 10-14份 山菊花 10-11份。
更优选地,它是由下列原料按重量份计制成:
鱼腥草 15份 广西甜茶 12份 山菊花 9份。
本发明所述原料为新鲜或干制后的原料。
本发明所述保健食品的剂型可以是袋泡茶、口服液、颗粒剂、胶囊等保健食品可接受的剂型,它们的制备方法、辅料用量按现有常规工艺进行。
上述的含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品可采用现有常规方法进行制备,优选按以下方法进行制备:按配比量称取各原料,加入原料重量7-8倍的水煎煮提取1-2次,每次1-2小时,过滤,合并提取液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,再将浸膏按常规工艺制成不同的制剂。
本发明所述保健食品组方中:
鱼腥草,英文名HERBA HOUTTUYNIAE,是中国药典收录的草药,草药来源为三白草科植物蕺菜(拉丁学名:Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)的干燥地上部分。夏季茎叶茂盛花穗多时采割,除去杂质,晒干。草药性状:茎呈扁圆柱形,扭曲,长20-35cm,直径0.2-0.3cm;表面棕黄色,具纵棱数条,节明显,下部节上有残存须根;质脆,易折断。叶互生,叶片卷折皱缩,展平后呈心形,长3-5cm,宽3-4.5cm;先端渐尖,全缘;上表面暗黄绿色至暗棕色,下表面灰绿色或灰棕色;叶柄细长,基部与托叶合生成鞘状。穗状花序顶生,黄棕色。搓碎有鱼腥气味。鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。
广西甜茶,学名Rubus Suavissmus S,Gee.英文名Sweet tea,是蔷薇科悬钩子属植物中的一种,为多年生有刺落叶灌木,高1-2m,单叶,矩圆状卵形,长5-10m,叶柄长1.5-4cm。花单生叶腋,白色,直径2-3cm,垂生;萼裂片长矩圆状卵形,渐尖,无毛。聚合果球形、黄色。它和普通悬钩子不同之处是叶子味甜。甜茶全身是宝,根、茎、叶、果实均可入茶 入药。甜茶叶虽然在广西民间应用已久,但我国八十年代初药物调查时才发现这个新变种。广西甜茶生长在海拔800-1000m左右的荒山上,主产区在广西大瑶山地区,主要分布在广西其它地区及广东、湖南、江西等省。悬钩子在我国其它地方都可见到,却没有这种甜味。因此,学者们认为广西甜茶应定为一个新变种。
山菊花,又名山野菊、路边菊、野黄菊、苦薏等,为菊科菊属多年生草本植物,分布于东北、华北、华中、华南及西南各省,生于山坡、荒野、路边。其花具有极佳的药用保健功效和极高的饮用价值,是一种保健饮用茶。野菊花为菊科植物野菊的头状花序。性凉,味苦、辛,归肺肝二经,疏风清热,消肿解毒,治疗风热感冒,肺炎,高血压、口疮、丹毒等症野菊花广泛分布于我国东北、华北、西北、华东、西南等地,野生资源丰富。山菊花含菊醇、野菊花内酯、氨基酸、微量元素等多种活性成分。其水提取液对心血管系统有明显保护作用,能提高心输出量,增加心肌供氧量,保护缺血心肌的正常生理功能。山菊花水提物及水蒸气蒸馏法提取的蓝绿色挥发油对多种致病菌、病毒有杀灭或抑制活性,水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌、伤寒杆菌等的抑制活性强于挥发油;并有抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛活性。具有清热解毒,消肿。对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、链球菌、绿脓杆菌、蒺疾杆菌、流感病毒,均有抑制作用。
中医认为,中医理论将高脂血症归属于“痰湿”、“浊阻”、“瘀血”范畴。认为此病的发生和年龄、饮食、遗传、体质等因素有关,与肝、脾、肾三脏关系密切。认为素体脾气不足,运化功能失常,导致痰湿内生,浊脂内留;肝肾阴虚,肝阳上亢,木旺克脾土,脾胃功能受损,运化失司则痰热内生。“久病多瘀”、“痰湿”、“浊阻”日久,必然影响气机不畅,气滞则血瘀必生,故可见乏力、短气、胸闷、发胖、口粘、舌苔腻、脉滑等症,故其基本病理为脏腑功能失调、膏脂输化不利,主要病理因素为痰湿、浊脂、瘀血。
本发明组方中,鱼腥草作为君药具有消肿化坚,广西甜茶具有软化血管,山菊花作为臣药具有增强人体免疫力的功效,广西甜茶作为佐药,甜味能调和鱼腥草的腥味,山菊花赋予组方清热解毒的功效。
具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
鱼腥草 90g 广西甜茶 80g 山菊花 120g。
按配比量称取各原料,加水煎煮两次,第一次加7倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤,合并提取液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,再将浸膏按常规工艺制成口服液。
实施例2
鱼腥草 210g 广西甜茶 160g 山菊花 90g。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮两次,第一次加7倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,加入适量的蔗糖粉,按常规工艺制成颗粒剂。
实施例3
鱼腥草 120g 广西甜茶 100g 山菊花 110g。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮两次,第一次加7倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,加入常规用量的硬脂酸镁辅料,按常规工艺制成片剂,规格0.5g/片。
实施例4
鱼腥草 180g 广西甜茶 140g 山菊花 100g。
按配比量称取各原料,加水煎煮两次,第一次加7倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,过滤,合并提取液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,再将浸膏按常规工艺制成袋泡茶,10g/袋。
实施例5
鱼腥草 150g 广西甜茶 120g 山菊花 90g。
按配比量称取以上各原料,加水煎煮两次,第一次加7倍量水,煎煮2小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮1小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.30(70℃时测)的浸膏,加入常规用量的硬脂酸镁辅料,制成胶囊剂,0.5g/粒。
实验例:临床试验
辅助降血脂实验
1、保健食品用量:一个为实施例5所述的本发明含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品胶囊,另一个为安慰剂,两者外观、口味基本相同,人体口服推荐量均为每天2次,每次2粒。
2、受试者及保健食品的用量、时间:受试者选自广西桂林市象山区竹林社区,性别不限。年龄18-65岁,身体健康状况良好,无明显脑、心、肝、肺、肾、血液疾患,无长期服药史,志愿受试保证配合。按受试者血脂水平随机分为服用本发明含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品胶囊的 试食组和服用安慰剂的对照组。试食组的受试者每天服用实施例5所述的含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品胶囊2次,每次2粒,连续服用45天。对照组的受试者每天服用安慰剂2次,每次2粒,连续服用45天。试验期间不改原来的饮食习惯,正常饮食。
3、检验方法:
(1)一般体格检查:试验前详细询问并了解试者的精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便、血压等情况。
(2)血常规:红细胞计数、白细胞计数及分类、血红蛋白含量测定等。
(3)尿常规:pH值、白细胞、尿糖等。
(4)粪便常规。
(5)腹部B超、心最图、X线胸部透视检查。
(6)肝功能检查:血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)测定。
(7)肾功能检查:血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Gr)、血糖(GLU)测定。
(8)功效指标:胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)
4、检验结果判定:
(1)CHOL降低>10%;TG降低>15%;HDL-C上升>0.104mmol/L;各功效观察指标试验前后自身比较和试食后组间比较均有统计学意义,方可判定该指标阳性;
(2)血清胆固醇、甘油三脂二项指标阳性,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇不显著低于对照组,可判定受试样品具有辅助降血脂功能作用;血清胆固醇、甘油三脂二项指标中一项阳性,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇不显著低于对照组,可判定受试样品具有辅助降低血清胆固醇或辅助降低甘油三脂作用。
5、检验结果:
(1)一般情况:试食组64例,对照组64例。经过45天试验后,试验组有3例受试者因无法判断疗效被筛除,对照组2例受试者因间断服用受试品被筛除。最后有效试验人群试验61例,对照组62例。试食前后,受试者精神状况、睡眠状况、大小便状况未见异常;试食前后尿常规、大便常规均未见异常,试食组:男/女为29/32,年龄41.25±6.33;对照组:男/女为25/35,年龄为43.33±5.78。
(2)腹部B超、心电图、X线胸部透视检测:均在正常范围。
(3)试食试验前后血常规指标变化情况,见表1:

试食样品前、后试食组及对照组血常规变化值均在正常范围内。
(4)试食试验前后肝功能指标变化情况,见表2:

试食样品前、后试食组及对照组血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)均在正常值范围内。
(5)试食试前、后肾功能指标变化情况,见表3:

试食前、后试食组及对照组血清肌酐(Gr)、血糖(GLU)、血清尿素氮(BUN)均在正常值范围内。
6、功效观察:
试食试验前后血清CHOL、TG、HDL-C水平变化情况见表4、表5和表6。试验前,对照组和试食组血清CHOL、TG、HDL-C水平比较,无统计学意义,提示两组之间具有可比性。试验后,自身比较,试食组试食组试食后CHOL、TG与试食前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),对照组试食后CHOL、TG与试食前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。试验后试食组CHOL、TG与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P>0.05)。且试验后试食组HDL-C与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示受试样品具有辅助降血脂功能 作用。

7、检验结论:
采用自身对照及组间对照法,选择符合试验条件的志愿受试者服用受试物45天后,结果表明:服用本发明含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品胶囊试食组自身配对比较,试验组试食后CHDL、TG与试食前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),试食后试食组CHDL、TG与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。且试食后试食组HDL-C与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示本发明含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品具有辅助降血脂功能作用。

1.一种含鱼腥草的能辅助降血脂的保健食品,其特征在于,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
鱼腥草 9-21份 广西甜茶 8-16份 山菊花 9-12份。
