Abstract

本发明提供了一种污水处理剂,其制备方法如下:先用FeSO4·7H2O和聚氯乙烯空心球混合加热,对铁盐水解,再加入去离子水配成溶液,再往溶液中加强碱,调节pH值至7~9,在聚氯乙烯空心球上负载形成水合氧化铁,干燥,即得。本发明的污水处理剂能优先结合污水中的丝状菌并将其裹覆,形成不易破碎的网状结构絮体,在沉淀过程中上升的水流起过滤作用,吸附截留污水中的小颗粒和游离细菌,从而使污水清澈。由于污水处理剂能优先裹覆丝状菌,使得菌胶团在底物竞争中始终处于有利地位,可提高污水处理效率,并有效预防丝状菌污泥膨胀。

技术领域
本发明属于污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种污水处理剂。
背景技术
在污水处理过程中常常添加一些化学助剂,以絮凝剂最常用。絮凝剂能促进污水中杂质沉降,起到过滤、澄清的作用。传统的无机絮凝剂包括硫酸铝、三氯化铁等,但这类絮凝剂使用后会产生金属的氢氧化物以及金属氧化物等残余物而造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效改善出水治疗的污水处理剂,并能预防由丝状菌引起的污泥膨胀。
本发明提供的技术方案是一种污水处理剂,其制备方法如下:先用FeSO4·7H2O和聚氯乙烯空心球混合加热,对铁盐水解,再加入去离子水配成溶液,再往溶液中加强碱,调节pH值至7~9,在聚氯乙烯空心球上负载形成水合氧化铁,干燥,即得。
上述聚氯乙烯空心球为多面空心球,多面空心球的直径为3~6mm。
FeSO4·7H2O与聚氯乙烯空心球的质量比为3~6:1。
上述去离子水的用量为FeSO4·7H2O和聚氯乙烯空心球总重量的2~3倍。
本产品的使用方法:在常规污水处理工艺的进水口投放污水处理剂,当污水进水COD>100mg/L时,按每吨污水投放5~10kg;当污水进水COD浓度为50~100mg/L时,按每吨污水投放2~5kg;当污水进水COD浓度为30~50mg/L时,按每吨污水投放0.5~2kg。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明的污水处理剂能优先结合污水中的丝状菌并将其裹覆,形成不易破碎的网状结构絮体,在沉淀过程中上升的水流起过滤作用,吸附截留污水中的小颗粒和游离细菌,从而使污水清澈。
2)由于污水处理剂能优先裹覆丝状菌,使得菌胶团在底物竞争中始终处于有利地位,可提高污水处理效率,并有效预防丝状菌污泥膨胀。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
先将FeSO4·7H2O和直径为3mm聚氯乙烯多面空心球按质量比为3:1混合均匀,得到混合物,将混合物加热,使铁盐水解,再加入混合物总重2倍的去离子水配成溶液,再往溶液中加强碱,调节pH值至7,在聚氯乙烯空心球上负载形成水合氧化铁,干燥,即得。
实施例2
先将FeSO4·7H2O和直径为6mm聚氯乙烯多面空心球按质量比为6:1混合均匀,得到混合物,将混合物加热,使铁盐水解,再加入混合物总重3倍的去离子水配成溶液,再往溶液中加强碱,调节pH值至9,在聚氯乙烯空心球上负载形成水合氧化铁,干燥,即得。
实施例3

实验例
以某城市污水处理厂为例,采用A/O处理工艺,表1为该厂2013年10~2014年1月连续四个月的实际运行数据,其出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中二级标准。申请人于2014年3月1~4日连续四天进行投放污水处理剂的试验,这四天分别于进水口投加本发明实施例1~4的污水处理剂,并按照当天进水量以及进水COD浓度调整投放量,检测出水完全达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中一级A标准,详见见表2。

1.一种污水处理剂,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:先用FeSO4·7H2O和聚氯乙烯空心球混合加热,对铁盐水解,再加入去离子水配成溶液,再往溶液中加强碱,调节pH值至7~9,在聚氯乙烯空心球上负载形成水合氧化铁,干燥,即得;所述聚氯乙烯空心球为多面空心球,多面空心球的直径为3~6mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理剂,其特征在于:FeSO4·7H2O与聚氯乙烯空心球的质量比为3~6:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种污水处理剂,其特征在于:所述去离子水的用量为FeSO4·7H2O和聚氯乙烯空心球总重量的2~3倍。
