本发明公开一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉,所述的抗菌抑菌纤维棉包括最上层的抗菌纤维层、中间层的抗菌剂层和最下层的纤维素纤维层组合而成,所述抗菌纤维层的表面设有透气膜,所述抗菌纤维层的厚度为1.5mm,所述纤维素纤维层的厚度为2mm。本发明提供一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉,具有保暖、耐化学腐蚀性、防霉防菌的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉。
背景技术
世界产棉区分布在北纬38~46°到南纬35°之间。1983年全世界有74个国家生产商品棉,其中年产皮棉 100万吨以上的有中国、美国、苏联、印度;年产40~80万吨的有巴基斯坦、巴西、土耳其和埃及。以上 8个主要产棉国约占世界棉花总产量的85%。世界产棉区按纬度可分为北、中、南 3带。北带在北纬46°~20°,亚洲、北美洲、欧洲产棉国大多处于此带,占世界棉产的80%左右;中带在北纬20°~ 0°,非洲和南美洲北部的一些产棉国大多处于此带,约占世界棉产的10%;南带在南纬0°~30°,南美洲和大洋洲的产棉国处于此带,约占世界棉产的7%。第二次世界大战前,世界棉纤维的生产量和出口量大部分集中在美国,到1949年,美国棉纤维的年产量仍占世界总产量的55%,出口量占世界总出口贸易的70%以上。50年代后,中国、苏联的棉花生产有了较大发展,一些亚非国家也纷纷发展棉花种植业与纺织工业。60年代苏联已上升为最大产棉国和棉花出口国之一。80年代初,中国的总产量超过了美国和苏联,同时成为最大的原棉消费国。
棉纤维的长度、细度、强度、整齐度、成熟度、色泽等经济性状直接影响纱线布匹质量。当其他品质相同时,纤维越长,纺纱支数越高,纱线强度越大。大体上纤维长度每增1毫米,陆地棉和海岛棉可纺支数分别提高近10公支和10~15公支。但纤维长度对成品纱品质所起的作用常为纤维整齐度所制约。一般纤维整齐、短纤维含量少,则成纱表面光洁、纱的强度提高。纤维强度因种和品种不同而异,与成熟度也有密切关系,一般成熟度好的强力也高。中国规定棉花共分7个品级,纤维长度从23~33毫米,3级为标准级,27毫米为纤维标准长度,7级以下为等外棉。为增强棉织品的牢度和耐磨性能,常用氢氧化钠液或液态氨浸洗棉纤维,称为“丝光处理”,可使纤维强力提高20~30%,并可提高纺织品的光泽和对染料的吸附能力。为使棉织品具有免烫性能,还可作防皱整理 。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有保暖、耐化学腐蚀性、防霉防菌优点的抗菌抑菌纤维棉。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉,所述的抗菌抑菌纤维棉包括最上层的抗菌纤维层、中间层的抗菌剂层和最下层的纤维素纤维层组合而成,所述抗菌纤维层的表面设有透气膜,所述抗菌纤维层的厚度为1.5mm,所述纤维素纤维层的厚度为2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的透气膜厚度为0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透气膜为多孔结构薄膜。
本发明的一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉,具有保暖、耐化学腐蚀性、防霉防菌的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的抗菌抑菌纤维棉包括最上层1的抗菌纤维层、中间层2的抗菌剂层和最下层3的纤维素纤维层组合而成,所述抗菌纤维层的表面设有透气膜,所述抗菌纤维层的厚度为1.5mm,所述纤维素纤维层的厚度为2mm,所述的透气膜厚度为0.5mm,所述透气膜为多孔结构薄膜。
进一步说明,所述的纤维素纤维层为竹浆纤维。竹原纤维可以进行纯纺和混纺,是毛纺、麻纺、绢纺、棉纺、色纺、半精纺等企业开发和推广新产品所要选择的新原料之一,混纺产品更是走向内衣、袜子等领域不可或缺的品种之一。苏州圣竹牌竹原纤维纯纺支数可达60Nm,面料生产企业可以选用圣竹竹原纱线进行交织,增加面料的功能性,例如采用亚麻39Nm和竹原纤维39Nm进行交织,面料在保留麻产品风格的同时,又增加了产品的抗菌除臭功能,提高了产品附加值,竹浆纤维吸湿性能明显高于其它纤维,被业内人士称为会呼吸的纤维,竹浆纤维在标准状态下的回潮率为13%,与粘胶纤维相近,但是,竹浆纤维在20℃、相对湿度95%时的回潮率可达到45%,吸湿速度特别快,回潮率从8.75%上升到45%,仅需6h。粘胶纤维在20℃、相对湿度95%时的回潮率为30%,回潮率从9.12上升到30%,需用8h以上。
在进一步说明,抗菌纤维可广泛用于家纺用品、内衣、运动衫等等,特别是老年、孕产妇及婴幼儿服装。使用这种纤维制成的衣服,具有很好的抗菌性能,能够抵抗细菌在衣物上的附着,从而使人远离病菌的侵扰。抗菌纤维对细菌的抵抗和杀灭作用不是一次性的暂时作用,而是几周到几年的长期功效。之所以具有这种长期的抗菌性,是因为它采用内置式设计,使得抗菌剂能够缓缓溶出,在纤维表面形成抑菌圈,即使表面抗菌剂被洗掉,还会有新的抗菌剂溢出形成新的抑菌圈。所以,用这种纤维制作的衣物有良好的耐洗性。目前,全世界有很多研究机构在开发新型抗菌纤维。
在进一步说明,抗菌剂利用银、铜、锌等金属的抗菌能力,通过物理吸附离子交换等方法,将银、铜、锌等金属(或其离子)固定在氟石、硅胶等多孔材料的表面制成抗菌剂,然后将其加入到相应的制品中即获得具有抗菌能力的材料。水银、镉、铅等金属也具有抗菌能力,但对人体有害;铜、镍、钻等离子带有颜色,将影响产品的美观,锌有一定的抗菌性,但其抗菌强度仅为银离子的1/1000。因此,银离子抗菌剂在无机抗菌剂中占有主导地位。
银离子类抗菌剂是最常用的抗菌剂,呈白色细粉末状,耐热温度可达1300℃以上。。银离子类抗菌剂的载体有玻璃、磷酸锆、沸石、陶瓷、活性炭等。有时为了提高协同作用,再添加一些铜离子、锌离子。本发明提供一种抗菌抑菌纤维棉,具有保暖、耐化学腐蚀性、防霉防菌的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
