本发明公开了一种托辊轴铣扁机,沿着机架的长度方向从右向左依次设置有工作台支座、铣扁机刀具总成、驱动总成;所述的工作台支座上设置有直线导轨,所述的直线导轨上安装有工作台总成;所述的铣扁机刀具总成,包括传动支架、传动轴、V型槽皮带轮、铣刀;所述的传动轴为两根,呈水平上下安装在传动支架上,所述的转动轴的左端传动支架的外侧安装有V型槽带轮,其右端传功支架的外侧安装有铣刀;所述的V型槽带轮通过皮带与驱动总成连接。其具有连续生产处理能力大,电耗低、噪音小、操作维修方便及劳动强度低等,还具有对托辊轴的专业加工的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种托辊轴铣扁机。
背景技术
目前在轴径较小的轴上组装齿轮时,一般会使用平面缺口代替键槽以方便加工。常规铣扁装置采用固定刀头,以人力使用偏心轮推动夹紧后的工件进行加工。效率低,质量差,不适用于大批量加工。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高效率、高质量、适用于大批量加工的,并主要适用于各个领域不同的机械的托辊轴加工的铣扁机。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
托辊轴铣扁机,沿着机架的长度方向从右向左依次设置有工作台支座、铣扁机刀具总成、驱动总成;所述的工作台支座上设置有直线导轨,所述的直线导轨上安装有工作台总成;所述的工作台总成,从右到左顺次为减速电机、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、传功支架、连扳、丝杠、工作台、进给轴承座、轴承、手轮;所述的铣扁机刀具总成,包括传动支架、传动轴、V型槽皮带轮、铣刀;所述的传动轴为两根,呈水平上下安装在传动支架上,所述的转动轴的左端传动支架的外侧安装有V型槽带轮,其右端传功支架的外侧安装有铣刀;所述的V型槽带轮通过皮带与驱动总成连接;所述的驱动总成为两个分别与电机通过联轴器连接的减速机。
加工工件用夹具牢固的固定在工作台上面,工作台能自动进给到刀具的位置实现铣扁。刀具主要由两个刀具组成上铣刀和下铣刀,安装刀具时一定要牢固的安装在轴承上,刀具的主要动力是由轴承传递过来的,上下铣刀的轴承安 装在传递机架上。两个减速电机经过齿轮的传递把动力传递到机架上面,再由机架里面的轴承传递到刀具上面,实现刀具的转动。工作台的进给主要是由电机带动通过减速齿轮的变速实现工作台的进给。通过刀具的转动和工作台的进给来实现铣扁。铣削产生的热量主要由冷却液来降温。
托辊轴铣扁机具有连续生产处理能力大,电耗低、噪音小、操作维修方便及劳动强度低等,还具有对托辊轴的专业加工的特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明,做进一步的阐述。
图1~图3为本发明的优选方式,其显示了托辊轴铣扁机,沿着机架1的长度方向从右向左依次设置有工作台支座2、铣扁机刀具总成、驱动总成;所述的工作台支座2上设置有直线导轨3,所述的直线导轨3上安装有工作台总成;所述的工作台总成,从右到左顺次为减速电机4、从动齿轮5、主动齿轮6、传功支架7、连扳8、丝杠9、工作台10、进给轴承座11、轴承12、手轮13;所述的铣扁机刀具总成,包括传动支架14、传动轴15、V型槽皮带轮16、铣刀17;所述的传动轴15为两根,呈水平上下安装在传动支架14上;所述的转动轴15的左端传动支架14的外侧安装有V型槽带轮16,其右端传功支架14的外侧安装有铣刀17;所述的V型槽带轮16通过皮带18与驱动总成连接;所述的驱动总成为两个分别与电机通过联轴器连接的减速机19。
托辊轴铣扁机实现上下一起铣削,使工件能够一次成型。有效的提高了加 工效率。增加了冷却液回收系统。在工作台下面增加一个用来盛放冷却液的水箱,当冷却液从工作台流下来时,首先进入的是一个水槽,在水槽内把废铁屑等杂物沉淀下来,经过沉淀的水再漫过水槽流到水箱里面再次利用。

1.托辊轴铣扁机,沿着机架(1)的长度方向从右向左依次设置有工作台支座(2)、铣扁机刀具总成、驱动总成,其特征在于:所述的工作台支座(2)上设置有直线导轨(3),所述的直线导轨(3)上安装有工作台总成;所述的工作台总成从右到左顺次为减速电机(4)、从动齿轮(5)、主动齿轮(6)、传功支架(7)、连扳(8)、丝杠(9)、工作台(10)、进给轴承座(11)、轴承(12)、手轮(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托辊轴铣扁机,其特征在于:所述的铣扁机刀具总成,包括传动支架(14)、传动轴(15)、V型槽皮带轮(16)、铣刀(17);所述的传动轴(15)为两根,呈水平上下安装在传动支架(14)上;所述的转动轴(15)的左端传动支架(14)的外侧安装有V型槽带轮(16),其右端传功支架(14)的外侧安装有铣刀(17);所述的V型槽带轮(16)通过皮带(18)与驱动总成连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托辊轴铣扁机,其特征在于:所述的驱动总成为两个分别与电机通过联轴器连接的减速机(19)。
