Description
技术领域
本发明涉及注射器针筒的一种制作方法。
背景技术
医疗用途注射器包括前端安装针头的注射针筒,和一个一端抽入注射介质,然后进行注射的活塞。在大多数情况下,针头都是与注射器或注射器针筒和活塞分别包装和运输的。但众所周知,尤其是生产注射疫苗类的注射器已安装针头。生产此类的注射器时,使用处理装置打开的模具,将前端尖锐的针头插入注塑模具的空腔,然后在喷射过程中,通过塑料液体进行部分密封。利用打开的模具安装针头,必须以适当的方式加工针头,使其能够被处理装置抓牢,然后插入打开的模具中间的空腔中。这导致时间单位周期减小和生产成本较高。
WO2012/003221 A1是另一个以结合针头而出名的的医用注射器。在喷注过程中,使用弓形夹将针头夹紧固定,确保与针头磨尖端相对的一端不高出注射器针筒的内壁。有时最好将针头的内端稍微向内固定,使得当注射器针筒的塑料产生任何收缩时,末端不会突出到内部空间,由此不会妨碍按压出全部注射液。另外,喷注过程中,通过线或金属丝(串)使针头的孔保持关闭,以防止塑料的渗透进针头。制造这种带有针头的注射器针筒是非常昂贵的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是,优化针头插入注射模具的方式,以降低固定和可动工具部件移开的时间。
一种生产医用带插入针头的注射器针筒的方法,在注入塑料前将将针头插入到注塑模具中,然后在注模中部分地注入塑料,
在注射器针筒的出模过程中,或者在注塑模具通过注塑模具的固定部件的后部出来之后,针头连同在针筒内部注射的针头通过针头后端插入到空腔中,并在注塑周期期间,通过在插入方向产生的力固定在针尖区域的前端;
其中,针头后端被固定在注射模具中可动部件的核芯前端的盲孔中,插入的同时被在针头中滑动的输送装置所固定,其特征在于:输送装置包括两个摩擦滑轮和一个摩擦辊,其中来自于输入滚筒的所述针头被摩擦辊在两个摩擦滑轮之间滑动并且被按照轴向方向转动的摩擦滑轮推入并且在注入塑料的过程中通过输送滑轮的扭矩固定针头。
固定的模具部件背面插入位置的位移允许注射模具的两个模具部件在迅速喷出新鲜注塑后,在此注射器针筒连同插入的针头,立即再次关闭,并此同时将下一个针头送入空腔中,使其后端可以被封装。针头的后端将同时插入注射器针筒核芯内的精密孔中,这样孔与针头紧密锁住,从而没有塑料可以进入。将针头插入注射器针筒的腔体中,模具外部核芯中的孔穿过固定模具的方法带来了另外一个优点,就是不会将针头的针尖推入,而是由钝面后端反向推入,并且磨尖的顶端在推入过程中不受到损伤。再一个优点是,针头的分离可以通过一种简单的方式完成,而不需要复杂的处理系统,而且也不需要加工针头。

具体实施方式
标号3以示意图显示出注塑模具1的可动部件,标号5显示出注塑模具1的固定部件。注塑模具1的可动部件3上固定了核芯7,同时核芯7在固定的模具部件5中插入到注射器针筒11的空腔9。其次,在右侧的图中可看到,例如,圆柱形空腔9旁是针头采集15形成的圆锥形空腔部分17。在空腔部分17的末端在针头导向管19中延伸出圆锥形钝面端21。导向管19中的一个轴向内孔23显示出一个直径,当喷射时,针头25的后端尾部24可以基本上无间隙和密封地插入。
核芯7的自由端26形成了一个盲孔27,它主要包括输入端的一个锥形入口区域29。
前端31装配有针尖的针头25由两个输送滑轮33固定。在输入滚筒37的周围,是多个隔开的凹槽35,其中从进料斗39或其它适当的分离设备将各个针头25插入输送滑轮33。
从凹槽35中到两个输送滑轮33之间的输入滚筒37运送针头17,更确切地说,在其周边安装的槽41是通过一个摩擦辊43完成的,用其橡胶表面将针头25沿轴向从凹槽35中传送至输入滚筒37。
在下文中将对所述方法和装置进行简单说明。在打开两个注射模具3.5后,通过从固定部件5移走可动部件3,生产出带有喷射针头17的成品注射器针管11后,注射模具1被立即关闭,即,可动模具部件3将返回到固定模具部件5。同时,之前或之后来自输入滚筒37上一个凹槽35的针头25被摩擦辊43在两个输送滑轮33间,确切地说,在槽41中由输送滑轮33推入,按轴向方向A转动的输送滑轮33通过导向管19中的内孔23推进到核芯7的前端盲孔27中,直至达到停止状态。针头25沿轴向,由输送滑轮33按压到盲孔27中,直至注射器针筒11中形成的空腔9完全充满塑料。如果注射模具1的配料不是通过这里描述的装置,而是通过另一个装置来供应,在注入塑料的过程中固定针头25可以-如已描述-通过输送滑轮33的扭矩或者由另一个在盲孔27中挤压固定装置(无图示)来完成。
注射过程完成后,经过塑料必要的结晶和冷却时间,配有喷射处理针头25的注射器针筒11通过打开两个模具部件3和5被推出,然后立即重新关闭,排出注射器针筒11的同时,已经有一个新的针头25通过固定部件5中的引导管19插在的注射器针筒11的空腔9中。
该插入针头25的装置的结构非常简单,由于针头25从供料斗39,例如通过重力,落入输入滚筒37的槽35中,可以通过在摩擦辊43输送到输送滑轮33中。针头25的定位是被强制地与导向管19和穿过针头25端部的密封盲孔27,填充针头中的内孔来完成的。
Claims (3)
1.一种生产医用带插入针头(25)的注射器针筒(11)的方法,在注入塑料前将针头(25)插入到注塑模具(1)中,然后在注模中部分地注入塑料,
在注射器针筒(11)的出模过程中,或者在注塑模具(1)通过注塑模具(1)的固定部件(5)的后部出来之后,针头(25)连同在针筒内部注射的针头(25)通过针头后端插入到空腔(9)中,并在注塑周期期间,通过在插入方向产生的力固定在针尖区域的前端;
其中,针头(25)后端被固定在注射模具(1)中可动部件(3)的核芯(7)前端的盲孔(27)中,插入的同时被在针头(25)中滑动的输送装置所固定,其特征在于:输送装置包括两个输送滑轮(33)和一个摩擦辊(43),其中来自于输入滚筒(37)的所述针头(25)被摩擦辊(43)在两个输送滑轮(33)之间滑动并且被按照轴向方向(A)转动的输送滑轮(33)推入并且在注入塑料的过程中通过输送滑轮(33)的扭矩固定针头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述输送装置在注塑周期结束时从固定和夹紧位置释放针头(25),和/或在从固定部件(5)中出模时,继续向前推动针头(25)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述盲孔(27)的尺寸使针头(25)尾端(24)紧密地封闭。
