本发明公开了自动加料或排料的阀,阀体(6)的进料口和出料口处安装进口法兰(1)和出口法兰(17),左转轴(25)、右转轴(9)安装阀体(6)上,右转轴(9)连接减速箱(12)输出轴,减速箱(12)连接电机(10),位于阀腔(18)内的右转轴(9)和左转轴(25)连接球形阀芯(5),球形阀芯(5)上设U型或V型凹槽(4),阀腔(18)内位于阀体(6)进料口和出料口处分别设配合球形阀芯(5)的进口密封圈弹簧装置(2)、进口密封圈(3)、出口密封圈弹簧装置(16)、出口密封圈(21),整体构成自动加料或排料阀。本发明密封程度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,自动加料和排料,节约用工人员,环保,高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于糠醛生产的水解釜的加料或排料装置,具体涉及一种自动加料或排料的阀。
背景技术
糠醛采用间歇式生产的水解釜,全靠人工操作,加完一次料拧紧上盖,反应完成排出渣后再加一次料,需用水解釜数量多、用工多、废气排放大、产醛率低、生产效率低,严重影响糠醛行业的生存和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对现有间歇式水解釜的缺陷,提供一种自动加料或排料的阀,实现自动加料或排料,减少水解釜的安装数量,节省用工人员,易实现自动化管理,降低废气排放,节能、环保、高效。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该自动加料或排料的阀包括阀体、球形阀芯、减速箱和电机,阀体上设有进料口和出料口,在进料口和出料口处分别安装进口法兰和出口法兰,左转轴通过左轴承座、左推力轴承安装在阀体上,右转轴通过右轴承座、右推力轴承安装在阀体上,右转轴经转轴联轴器连接减速箱的输出轴,减速箱的输入轴经电机联轴器连接电机,右轴承座上安装右固定端盖,左轴承座上安装左固定端盖,位于阀腔内的左转轴、右转轴连接球形阀芯并由右转轴固定盖、左转轴固定盖密封,球形阀芯上设U型或V型凹槽,阀腔内位于阀体的进料口和出料口处分别设有与球形阀芯套合的进口密封圈弹簧装置、进口密封圈、出口密封圈弹簧装置、出口密封圈,整体构成自动加料或排料的阀。
其中,左转轴、右转轴上分别安装转轴密封圈。
其中,在阀体上设压力排放口。
本发明的优点是:该阀的密封程度高,耐高温,耐腐蚀,实现水解釜的自动加料和排料,减少水解釜的安装数量,节约用工人员,水解釜内压力、温度平稳,环保、高效。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,该自动加料或排料阀包括阀体6、球形阀芯5、减速箱12和电机10,阀体6上设进料口和出料口,在进料口和出料口处分别安装进口法兰1和出口法兰17,右转轴9通过右轴承座8、右推力轴承15安装在阀体6上,左转轴25通过左轴承座22、左推力轴承21安装在阀体6上,右转轴9 与转轴联轴器13 减速箱12 的输出轴连接,减速箱12 的输入轴经电机联轴器11连接电机10,右轴承座8上安装右固定端盖14,左轴承座22上安装左固定端盖24,位于阀腔18内的左转轴25、右转轴9连接球形阀芯5并由右转轴固定盖20、左转轴固定盖19密封,球形阀芯5上设有U型或V型凹槽4,阀腔18内位于阀体6的进料口和出料口处分别设配合球形阀芯5的进口密封圈弹簧装置2、进口密封圈3、出口密封圈弹簧装置16、出口密封圈21,整体构成自动加料或排料阀。
其中,左转轴25上安装左转轴密封圈 26,右转轴9上安装右转轴密封圈7。
其中,在阀体6上设压力排放口27。
使用时,将组装调试好的自动加料或排料的阀通过法兰固定到水解釜上,自动加料阀上面固定料箱,自动排料阀下端连接送料器。

1.自动加料或排料的阀,它包括阀体(6)、球形阀芯(5)、减速箱(12)和电机(10),阀体(6)上设进料口和出料口,进料口和出料口处分别安装进口法兰(1)和出口法兰(17),左转轴(25)通过左轴承座(22)、左推力轴承(23)安装阀体(6)上,右转轴(9)通过右轴承座(8)、右推力轴承(15)安装阀体(6)上,右转轴(9)经转轴联轴器(13)连接减速箱(12)输出轴,减速箱(12)输入轴经电机联轴器(11)连接电机(10),右轴承座(8)上安装右固定端盖(14),左轴承座(22)上安装左固定端盖(24),位于阀腔(18)内的右转轴(9)和左转轴(25)连接球形阀芯(5)并由右转轴固定盖(20)、左转轴固定盖(19)密封,球形阀芯(5)上设U型或V型凹槽(4),其特征是:阀腔(18)内位于阀体(6)进料口和出料口处分别设配合球形阀芯(5)的进口密封圈弹簧装置(2)、进口密封圈(3)、出口密封圈弹簧装置(16)、出口密封圈(21),整体构成自动加料或排料阀;左转轴(25)上安装左转轴密封圈(26),右转轴(9)上安装右转轴密封圈(7);在阀体(6)上设压力排放口(27)。
