技术领域
 本发明涉及一种涂层织物制备方法,具体涉及一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对针织物的要求也越来越高,不仅要求面料穿着舒服 而且要求面料具有防水透湿和消臭抗菌等功能。防水透湿织物是指水在一定压力下不浸入 织物,而人体散发的汗液却能以水蒸气的形式通过织物传导到外界,从而避免汗液积聚冷 凝在体表与织物之间以保持服装的舒适性,它是一种高技术、独具特色的功能性织物。人们采用层压、涂层、高密度织物等技术来改善织物的防水透气性能,其中织物涂层技术是最常用的方法之一,最初用于防水透气织物的涂层有聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯丁橡胶和其它各种合成橡胶等,它们有良好的防水性能,但是透湿透气性能差,穿着此类服装活动时,大量汗液无法以水蒸气形式排出,在服装内部形成冷凝水,人体有粘湿、发闷等不舒适感,因而服用性能有待于进一步提高。而以聚氨酯为原料的涂层可巧妙地兼具防水和透气性这两个功能,并且保持其原有的优异性能。其中水性聚氨酯树脂以水为分散介质,具有不燃、无毒、安全、环保等优点,成为织物涂层的最佳选择,几乎所有的大的化学公司、中小型的化学公司和大学的研究中心都投入了大量的人力和物力进行了水性聚氨酯树脂的研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物,包括织物基布和水性聚氨酯涂层,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯涂层由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇140-150、甲苯二异氰酸酯20-24、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯40-50、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸8-12、新戊二醇7-9、三羟甲基丙烷3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡6-10、DH-1增强剂4-6、抗氧剂TNP 2-3、紫外线吸收剂9-11、染色剂8-12、液体石蜡6-7、三氧化二锑4-5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇5-7、纳米二氧化硅6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)7-9、去离子水 15-19、助剂7-9;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:季戊四醇8-10、氢氧化镁3-5、滑石粉5-6、丙烯酸 4-5、丝素粉13-16、十四醇6-8、三聚氰胺4-5、氢化蓖麻油7-9、辛酸亚锡5-7、抗氧剂CA 2-4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 7-13;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、滑石粉、丝素粉、辛酸亚锡混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将聚酯多元醇加入反应器中,在90-110℃下抽真空至0.09-0.1MPa,脱水处理2-3小时,将甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入到脱水后的聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇中,加入三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇,在氮气保护下升温至70-85℃,保温反应4-5小时;
    (2)在室温条件下适当加入去离子水控制固含量,经高速搅拌乳化处理0.5~1小时,制得乳状的产物,再加入DH-1增强剂、抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂等其他剩余成分,在60-70℃和真空度为0.09~0.1Mpa的条件下,处理乳状的产物0.5-1小时,得到水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶;
    (3)采用氟系拒水整理剂对织物基布进行拒水处理,然后在80-100℃的温度下预烘1-3min,再在140-180℃的温度下焙烘60-90s; 
     (4)将织物基布表面整理平整或出现细密斜线,然后采用步骤2得到的水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶对织物进行面涂,在90-110℃预烘干40-50s,然后在140-160℃焙烘50-60s形成面胶,最后再次对涂层织物进行据水处理即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用改性聚氨酯配制的织物涂层浆料对织物进行涂覆,可以获得高断裂伸长率、高透湿透气性的涂层织物,采用2,2-二羟甲基丙酸对聚氨酯进行改性,可以有效地提高该改性聚氨酯的断裂伸长率、透湿透气性,添加催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,可以提高甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与聚酯多元醇两者的聚合,添加的其他添加剂有助于对聚氨酯进行改性,得到具有抗老化、阻燃以及抗静电等性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1: 
一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物,包括织物基布和水性聚氨酯涂层,所述的水性聚氨酯涂层由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇140、甲苯二异氰酸酯20、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯40、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸8、新戊二醇7、三羟甲基丙烷3、二月桂酸二丁基锡6、DH-1增强剂4、抗氧剂TNP 2、紫外线吸收剂9、染色剂8、液体石蜡6、三氧化二锑4、聚四氢呋喃二元醇5、纳米二氧化硅6、过氧化二异丙苯0.8、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)7、去离子水 15、助剂7;所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:季戊四醇8、氢氧化镁3、滑石粉5、丙烯酸 4、丝素粉13、十四醇6、三聚氰胺4、氢化蓖麻油7、辛酸亚锡5、抗氧剂CA 2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 7;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、滑石粉、丝素粉、辛酸亚锡混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

    (2)在室温条件下适当加入去离子水控制固含量,经高速搅拌乳化处理0.5~1小时,制得乳状的产物,再加入DH-1增强剂、抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂等其他剩余成分,在60-70℃和真空度为0.09~0.1Mpa的条件下,处理乳状的产物0.5-1小时,得到水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶;
    (3)采用氟系拒水整理剂对织物基布进行拒水处理,然后在80-100℃的温度下预烘1-3min,再在140-180℃的温度下焙烘60-90s; 
    (4)将织物基布表面整理平整或出现细密斜线,然后采用步骤2得到的水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶对织物进行面涂,在90-110℃预烘干40-50s,然后在140-160℃焙烘50-60s形成面胶,最后再次对涂层织物进行据水处理即可。
实施例2: 
一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物,包括织物基布和水性聚氨酯涂层,所述的水性聚氨酯涂层由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇145、甲苯二异氰酸酯22、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯45、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸10、新戊二醇8、三羟甲基丙烷4、二月桂酸二丁基锡8、DH-1增强剂5、抗氧剂TNP 2.5、紫外线吸收剂10、染色剂10、液体石蜡6.5、三氧化二锑4.5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇6、纳米二氧化硅7、过氧化二异丙苯1、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)8、去离子水 17、助剂8;所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:季戊四醇9、氢氧化镁4、滑石粉5.5、丙烯酸 4.5、丝素粉14.5、十四醇7、三聚氰胺4.5、氢化蓖麻油8、辛酸亚锡6、抗氧剂CA 3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 10;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、滑石粉、丝素粉、辛酸亚锡混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物,包括织物基布和水性聚氨酯涂层,所述的水性聚氨酯涂层由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇150、甲苯二异氰酸酯24、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸12、新戊二醇9、三羟甲基丙烷5、二月桂酸二丁基锡10、DH-1增强剂6、抗氧剂TNP 3、紫外线吸收剂11、染色剂12、液体石蜡7、三氧化二锑5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇7、纳米二氧化硅8、过氧化二异丙苯1.2、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT) 9、去离子水 19、助剂9;所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:季戊四醇10、氢氧化镁5、滑石粉6、丙烯酸5、丝素粉16、十四醇8、三聚氰胺5、氢化蓖麻油9、辛酸亚锡7、抗氧剂CA 4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 13;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、滑石粉、丝素粉、辛酸亚锡混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物的性能检测如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物,包括织物基布和水性聚氨酯涂层,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯涂层由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇140-150、甲苯二异氰酸酯20-24、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯40-50、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸8-12、新戊二醇7-9、三羟甲基丙烷3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡6-10、DH-1增强剂4-6、抗氧剂TNP 2-3、紫外线吸收剂9-11、染色剂8-12、液体石蜡6-7、三氧化二锑4-5、聚四氢呋喃二元醇5-7、纳米二氧化硅6-8、过氧化二异丙苯0.8-1.2、6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)7-9、去离子水 15-19、助剂7-9;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:季戊四醇8-10、氢氧化镁3-5、滑石粉5-6、丙烯酸 4-5、丝素粉13-16、十四醇6-8、三聚氰胺4-5、氢化蓖麻油7-9、辛酸亚锡5-7、抗氧剂CA 2-4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 7-13;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:称取上述重量份的氢氧化镁、滑石粉、丝素粉、辛酸亚锡混合后研磨,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为300-350转/分下搅拌10-15分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将聚酯多元醇加入反应器中,在90-110℃下抽真空至0.09-0.1MPa,脱水处理2-3小时,将甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡加入到脱水后的聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇中,加入三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇,在氮气保护下升温至70-85℃,保温反应4-5小时;
    (2)在室温条件下适当加入去离子水控制固含量,经高速搅拌乳化处理0.5~1小时,制得乳状的产物,再加入DH-1增强剂、抗氧剂TNP、紫外线吸收剂等其他剩余成分,在60-70℃和真空度为0.09~0.1Mpa的条件下,处理乳状的产物0.5-1小时,得到水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶;
    (3)采用氟系拒水整理剂对织物基布进行拒水处理,然后在80-100℃的温度下预烘1-3min,再在140-180℃的温度下焙烘60-90s; 
    (4)将织物基布表面整理平整或出现细密斜线,然后采用步骤2得到的水性聚氨酯防水透湿涂层胶对织物进行面涂,在90-110℃预烘干40-50s,然后在140-160℃焙烘50-60s形成面胶,最后再次对涂层织物进行据水处理即可。
