背景技术
传统的起重机主要由起升机构、桥架、运行机构、电气控制系统等主要部件组成。其存在的缺陷如下:1、整体尺寸偏大,2、有效工作空间偏小,3、能源消耗大,4、运行不够平稳。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种10T双梁起重机用电动葫芦,高效率,最大限度利用空间,精确定位,运行高效,提升物流效率,安全可靠,运行监控,大大提高产品质量并降低了产品的维护成本。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
10T双梁起重机用电动葫芦,包括有小车承重梁,小车承重梁两端分别固定连接有行走梁,行走梁两端安装有行走轮,行走轮传动连接有行走电动机,小车称重梁上固定安装有电动葫芦支架,电动葫芦支架上转动安装有起升卷筒、定滑轮,起升卷筒传动连接有起升电动机,起升卷筒上绕制有钢丝绳,钢丝绳分别穿过吊钩、定滑轮。 
所述的行走梁两端分别安装有缓冲块。 
本发明的起重机高效率,最大限度利用空间,精确定位,运行高效,提升物流效率,安全可靠,运行监控,大大提高产品质量并降低了产品的维护成本。

1.10T双梁起重机用电动葫芦,包括有小车承重梁,其特征在于,小车承重梁两端分别固定连接有行走梁,行走梁两端安装有行走轮,行走轮传动连接有行走电动机,小车称重梁上固定安装有电动葫芦支架,电动葫芦支架上转动安装有起升卷筒、定滑轮,起升卷筒传动连接有起升电动机,起升卷筒上绕制有钢丝绳,钢丝绳分别穿过吊钩、定滑轮。
