Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,它由聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布复合而成,其中,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比为0.2~20%、聚四氟乙烯的质量百分比为5~60%、玻璃纤维布的质量百分比为20~90%。本发明通过增强四氟乙烯与玻璃纤维布之间的结合力来实现延长使用寿命。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维布,具体讲是一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料。
背景技术:
聚四氟乙烯是分子主链中含有氟原子的高分子化合物,由于分子中C-F键具有高的离解能,以及氟原子高电负性和屏蔽效应,使其具有优异的耐高低温性能和化学稳定性,并具有很好的介电性能、非粘附性、低磨擦性、耐候性、不燃性和润滑性,是一种性能非常优异的高分子材料。
聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维布是以悬浮聚四氟乙烯(俗称塑料王)乳液为原料,浸渍高性能玻璃纤维布而成的纤维布,是一种高性能,多用途的复合材料产品。具有如下优异的各项性能:1、可用于低温-196℃,高温300℃之间,具有耐气候性。2、非粘着性,不易粘附任何物质。3、耐化学腐蚀,能耐强酸、强碱、王水及各种有机溶剂的腐蚀。4、摩擦系数低,是无油自润滑的最佳选择。5、透光率达6~13%。6、具有高绝缘性能、防紫外线、防静电。7、强度高。因此被广泛应用在航空、造纸、食品、环保、印染、服装、化工、玻璃、医药、电子、绝缘、建筑(棚顶膜结构基布)、砂轮切片、机械等领域。可用于防腐包覆、内衬及衬垫、防粘运输带、高频覆铜板、建筑膜材、绝缘材料、微波干燥输送带、柔性补偿器、摩擦材料等.但由于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)本身性能特性,导致四氟乙烯(PTFE)与玻璃纤维布的结合性能特别差,因而在使用一定时间后特别时在外力直接接触下,四氟乙烯(PTFE)从玻璃纤维布上脱落,导致使用寿命缩短。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种增强延长材料使用寿命的聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,该复合材料通过增强四氟乙烯与玻璃纤维布之间的结合力来实现延长使用寿命。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,它由聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布复合而成,其中,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比为0.2~20%、聚四氟乙烯的质量百分比为5~60%、玻璃纤维布的质量百分比为20~90%。
进一步的,聚四氟乙烯任选四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物、偏氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物、全氟磺酸树脂以及偏氟乙烯-六氟异丁烯共聚物中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述玻璃纤维布的玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维、中碱玻璃纤维和高强玻璃纤维中的任一种,玻璃纤维直径为5~25微米。
作为优选,所述玻璃纤维布的织纹为平纹、斜纹、缎纹、罗纹和席纹中的一种或多种,玻璃纤维布的克重为20~1000克/平方米。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:聚苯硫醚(PPS)是由苯环和硫简单交替健全,具有高熔融流动性的结晶树脂,在加热的情况下通过氧化交联反应发生部分交联形成立方体结构,形成高强度,高耐热性的材料,经过氧化交联形成的氧桥健能增加分子的内聚能和对基材的附着力。聚苯硫醚能牢固地融粘在耐370C(烧结温度)的几乎所有金属和其它材料上。本发明制得的聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料与四氟乙烯、玻璃纤维布复合材料相比,其综合性能特别是抗拉强度、表面硬度、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布之间的接合力等功能指标明显增强,从而延长了复合材料的使用寿命,从而拓宽了复合材料的用途。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例
制成聚苯硫醚含量30-50%(重量百分比)的溶液A,然后与聚四氟乙烯树脂分散液(固体含量为60%)B,按配成不同比例的混合溶液,搅拌2到8小时,然后将玻璃纤维布浸渍于上述混合溶液中然后捞起干燥烧结,重复2至8次浸渍--干燥--烧结过程,制成中间层玻璃纤维布,内层含一定量聚苯硫醚的聚四氟乙烯涂层,外层以聚四氟乙烯为主的聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料。本发明制作的聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,与传统的聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状复合材料相比,在配方上有了重大突破—引入了聚苯硫醚,极大地改善聚四氟乙烯与玻璃纤维布结合力差的本身性能缺陷,从而延长了复合材料的使用寿命,材料的抗拉强度和硬度等功能明显增强,从而拓宽了复合材料的用途。
Claims (4)
1.一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,其特征在于:它由聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布复合而成,其中,聚苯硫醚的质量百分比为0.2~20%、聚四氟乙烯的质量百分比为5~60%、玻璃纤维布的质量百分比为20~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,其特征在于:聚四氟乙烯任选四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物、偏氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物、全氟磺酸树脂以及偏氟乙烯-六氟异丁烯共聚物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维布的玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维、中碱玻璃纤维和高强玻璃纤维中的任一种,玻璃纤维直径为5~25微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯硫醚、聚四氟乙烯和玻璃纤维布膜状三元复合材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维布的织纹为平纹、斜纹、缎纹、罗纹和席纹中的一种或多种,玻璃纤维布的克重为20~1000克/平方米。
