Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法,该制备方法包括激振振动成型。与现有的相比,本发明保护的具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法制备出的砖耐压强度高、抗折能力好、有透水功能,几何尺寸标准、防滑,且不具有放射性。

具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法
技术领域
本发明市政领域,特别涉及一种具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的人行道路路面砖采用手工方式利用模具盒生产的手工水磨砖,强度低、厚薄不均、色差大、不防滑、不透水、且水磨会造成水污染。
普通透水砖强度低、容易褪色。利用红外线或半自动设备切割而成的天然花岗石强度高、不透水、但普遍具有放射性。
经机压成型和高温焙烧而制得的烧结砖不透水、对粘土的需求量比较大会破坏土壤山林和耕地。
现有的制备方法制备出的砖不能解决上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法,该方法制备出的砖耐压强度高、抗折能力好、有透水功能,几何尺寸标准、防滑,且不具有放射性。
技术方案是:一种具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法,该制备方法包括激振振动成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备出的具有透水性的混凝土路面砖具有以下优点:
耐压强度高,抗折能力好,且有透水功能。
与传统手工制砖工艺无加压相比,可减少水泥30%左右。
解决了手工水磨砖强度低、几何尺寸不标准、不防滑、不透水、易污染,普通透水砖强度低、易褪色,天然花岗石不透水、具有放射性,烧结砖不透水、会破坏土壤山林和耕地的缺点。
几何尺寸标准,能做机场、码头、停车场;防滑;具有天然石材的质感又弥补天然石材、模盒水磨砖不透水的缺陷。
本发明采用废料循环使用工艺,废料零排放。
采用干式抛磨,抛磨粉料可循环使用。而传统制砖工艺采用水磨技术,产生水磨泥浆,不可回用,污染环境。
可做规格为600以内的产品。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1麻面混凝土路面砖的制备
①称取面料和底料。
称42.5号水泥100重量份、石英砂300重量份、颜料4重量份和水25重量份混合在一起,作为面料。
称42.5号水泥200重量份、0.5cm卵石或矿石100重量份、200目卵石碎粉850重量份、200目矿石碎粉850重量份和水110重量份混合在一起,作为底料。
②分别对面料和底料进行搅拌。
③产品成型和脱模。产品成型和脱模在U18—15免托板砖机中进行。
产品成型:将模框下降、压头上升,然后开底料门,底料车送入底料进行布料,抖动模框使得底料平整,然后底料车回位,压头压底料,压紧后压头回,然后开面料门,面料车送入面料进行布料,面料均匀布在底料上,然后面料车回位,压头下压并激振振动成型成砖。激振力为60--240KN,振动频率为8~55Hz,振动时间为4-5S。
脱模:带有砖的模框向前移动到升降台位置将砖放置在升降台上后后退回原位。
④表面处理。表面处理为干式抛磨,磨料为钢丸。
⑤得产品600mm×600mm×60mm麻面混凝土路面砖,面料层厚度为6mm,结合层厚度为450微米。
实施例2仿花岗石面混凝土路面砖的制备
①称取面料和底料。
称42.5号水泥100重量份、石英砂210重量份、花岗石90重量份、颜料重量份、水25重量份混合在一起,作为面料。
称42.5号水泥200重量份、0.5cm卵石或矿石100重量份、200目卵石碎粉850重量份、200目矿石碎粉850重量份和水110重量份混合在一起,作为底料。
②分别对面料和底料进行搅拌。
③产品成型和脱模。产品成型和脱模在U18—15免托板砖机中进行。
产品成型:将模框下降、压头上升,然后开底料门,底料车送入底料进行布料,抖动模框使得底料平整,然后底料车回位,压头压底料,压紧后压头回,然后开面料门,面料车送入面料进行布料,面料均匀布在底料上,然后面料车回位,压头下压并激振振动成型成砖。激振力为240KN,振动频率为8~55Hz,振动时间为4-5S。

称42.5号水泥100重量份、河沙300重量份、颜料4重量份、水25重量份混合在一起,作为面料。
称42.5号水泥200重量份、0.5cm卵石或矿石100重量份、200目卵石碎粉850重量份、200目矿石碎粉850重量份和水110重量份混合在一起,作为底料。
②分别对面料和底料进行搅拌。
③产品成型和脱模。产品成型和脱模在U18—15免托板砖机中进行。

将实施1-3制取出的混凝土路面砖各取30块按JC/T446-2000(混凝土路面砖)中的检测方法进行检测,检测结果见下表一。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法,该制备方法包括激振振动成型,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
①称取面料和底料;所述底料为42.5号水泥200重量份、0.5cm卵石或矿石100重量份、200目卵石碎粉850重量份、200目矿石碎粉850重量份和水110重量份;
②分别对称取好面料和底料进行混合;
③分别对混合后的面料和底料进行搅拌;
④产品成型和脱模;
⑤表面处理;
所述面料为42.5号水泥100重量份、石英砂300重量份、颜料4重量份和水25重量份;
或所述面料为42.5号水泥100重量份、石英砂210重量份、花岗石90重量份、颜料4重量份和水25重量份;
或所述面料为42.5号水泥100重量份、河沙300重量份、颜料4重量份和水25重量份;
所述激振振动成型中,激振力为60-240KN,振动频率为8~55Hz,振动时间为4-5S;
所述表面处理为干式抛磨,磨料为钢丸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有透水性的混凝土路面砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述激振振动成型在免托板砖机中进行。
