本发明涉及肉类研磨装置,具体涉及一种循环锥形磨浆装置,包括壳体,壳体内设有进料室与出料室,出料室与进料室间设有相互配合研磨的锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀,锥形磨浆刀辊的大径端固定连接有主轴,其特征在于,锥形磨浆刀辊内开设有贯通的中空的锥形腔体,出料室连通锥形腔体的小径端,锥形腔体内的轴心位置设有延伸至内腔壁的分隔板,分隔板将分隔为循环通道,循环通道连通到锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀大径端的研磨缝隙,锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀小径端的研磨缝隙连通到出料室,出料室设有出料口。本发明的目的在于提供能长时间循环研磨肉类的磨浆装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及肉类研磨装置,具体涉及一种循环锥形磨浆装置。
背景技术
食品加工,是直接以农、林、牧、渔业产品为原料进行的谷物磨制、饲料加工、植物油和制糖加工、屠宰及肉类加工、水产品加工,以及蔬菜、水果和坚果等食品的加工活动,是广义农产品加工业的一种类型。
现有的技术中有锥形的食材磨浆装置,主要的结构为锥形的磨浆刀辊配合外套于磨浆刀辊的底刀对食材进行研磨,由于结构上的特点,磨浆刀辊较长,能研磨的面比较的,带来的优点是研磨快速,研磨量大。但在用于研磨大量的肉类或者鱼产品制成肉糜与鱼糜之类的产品时存在问题,由于机构上相当于从锥形的磨浆刀辊与锥形的锥形底刀的锥形的小端到大端,快速研磨带来的问题时由于研磨的时间不足,肉糜的研磨程度不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能长时间循环研磨肉类的磨浆装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:循环锥形磨浆装置,包括壳体,壳体内设有进料室与出料室,出料室与进料室间设有相互配合研磨的锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀,锥形磨浆刀辊的大径端固定连接有主轴,其特征在于,锥形磨浆刀辊内开设有贯通的中空的锥形腔体,出料室连通锥形腔体的小径端,锥形腔体内的轴心位置设有延伸至内腔壁的分隔板,分隔板将分隔为循环通道,循环通道连通到锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀大径端的研磨缝隙,锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀小径端的研磨缝隙连通到出料室,出料室设有出料口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明与现有技术的主要的区别点在于设有贯通的中空锥形腔体的锥形磨浆刀辊,锥形腔体内通过分隔板形成了独立的循环通道,然后锥形磨浆刀辊由主轴带动,进行旋转,在从进料室进入锥形腔体的物料由于是从小径端进入循环通道,由于离心力的原因,物料从循环通道进入研磨缝隙时产生正向压强,由于锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀大径端的速度大于小径端的速度,物料在进入锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀缝隙研磨时,有从小径端到大径端产生逆向的压强,物料在研磨时由于逆向的压强存在延长了物料研磨的时间,提高了物料的研磨质量。
进一步,出料室还设有内循环调节阀,内循环调节阀连通进料室。根据需要可将研磨不充分的物料通过内循环调节阀再次进入进料室研磨。
进一步,循环通道还连通有杂物收集管。一些杂物因为重量较大,离心力大会进入杂物收集管中。
进一步,内腔内均布六块分隔板。六块分隔板可将腔体均分为6个大小一致的循环通道,循环通道大小一致压强一致才更稳定。

结合附图1所示的循环锥形磨浆装置,包括壳体1,壳体1内设有进料室2与出料室4,出料室4与进料室2间设有相互配合研磨的锥形磨浆刀辊7与底刀8,锥形磨浆刀辊7的大径端固定连接有主轴10,其中,锥形磨浆刀辊7内开设有贯通的中空的锥形腔体71,出料室4连通锥形腔体71的小径端,锥形腔体71内的轴心位置均设有延伸至内腔壁的六块分隔板,分隔板将分隔为循环通道3,循环通道3连通到锥形磨浆刀辊7与底刀8大径端的研磨缝隙9,研磨缝隙9连通到出料室4,出料室4设有出料口,出料室4还设有内循环调节阀6,内循环调节阀6连通进料室2。循环通道3还连通有杂物收集管5。

1.循环锥形磨浆装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有进料室与出料室,所述出料室与所述进料室间设有相互配合研磨的锥形磨浆刀辊与底刀,所述锥形磨浆刀辊的大径端固定连接有主轴,其特征在于,所述锥形磨浆刀辊内开设有贯通的中空的锥形腔体,所述出料室连通锥形腔体的小径端,所述锥形腔体内的轴心位置设有延伸至内腔壁的分隔板,所述分隔板将分隔为循环通道,所述循环通道连通到所述锥形磨浆刀辊与所述底刀大径端的研磨缝隙,所述锥形磨浆刀辊与所述底刀小径端的研磨缝隙连通到出料室,所述出料室设有出料口。
2. 如权利要求1所述的循环锥形磨浆装置,其特征在于,所述出料室还设有内循环调节阀,所述内循环调节阀连通进料室。
3. 如权利要求1所述的循环锥形磨浆装置,其特征在于,所述循环通道还连通有杂物收集管。
