一种豆渣面馍的生产工艺,属于食品生产领域,它能有效的解决不能将豆渣有效的利用起来甚至扔掉就会非常可惜的缺点。将2公斤豆渣倒入搅拌机当中,然后加入10公斤精面粉,用搅拌机搅拌均匀后备用;将搅拌后的原料倒入和面机当中,然后加入适量的水和白砂糖后和成面团,然后将面团倒入案板上,用手揉成长条,并用刀切成25克重的块,然后用擀面棒将面块逐个擀成圆饼,并在圆饼的表面上均匀的撒上一层黑芝麻;将制作好的圆饼放入到蒸笼中摆放整齐,然后加温蒸30分钟,将蒸好的豆渣面馍从蒸笼中倒出来,凉冷后即可食用。主要用于生产豆渣面馍。

背景技术    豆腐是人们经常食用的一种食品,但是在生产豆腐后会留下较多的豆渣,如果不能够将这些豆渣有效的利用起来甚至扔掉就会非常的可惜。
发明内容    本发明的目的是要提供一种豆渣面馍的生产工艺,它能有效的解决不能将豆渣有效的利用起来甚至扔掉就会非常可惜的缺点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种豆渣面馍的生产工艺,将2公斤豆渣倒入搅拌机当中,然后加入10公斤精面粉,用搅拌机搅拌均匀后备用;将搅拌后的原料倒入和面机当中,然后加入适量的水和白砂糖后和成面团,然后将面团倒入案板上,用手揉成长条,并用刀切成25克重的块,然后用擀面棒将面块逐个擀成圆饼,并在圆饼的表面上均匀的撒上一层黑芝麻;将制作好的圆饼放入到蒸笼中摆放整齐,然后加温蒸30分钟,将蒸好的豆渣面馍从蒸笼中倒出来,凉冷后即可食用。

具体实施方式  
原料配方:
豆渣2公斤、精面粉10公斤、白砂糖150克、黑芝麻20克、水1.5公斤。
生产方法:
将2公斤豆渣倒入搅拌机当中,然后加入10公斤精面粉,用搅拌机搅拌均匀后备用。
将搅拌后的原料倒入和面机当中,然后加入适量的水和白砂糖后和成面团,然后将面团倒入案板上,用手揉成长条,并用刀切成25克重的块,然后用擀面棒将面块逐个擀成圆饼,并在圆饼的表面上均匀的撒上一层黑芝麻。
将制作好的圆饼放入到蒸笼中摆放整齐,然后加温蒸30分钟,将蒸好的豆渣面馍从蒸笼中倒出来,凉冷后即可食用。
用塑料袋将生产好的豆渣面馍包装好,每袋包装1个豆渣面馍。
