背景技术
如对于工业机器设计者来说所熟知的,支撑机架必须基本满足两个要求:其必须足够坚固以能够支撑机器运行所需的所有机械部件,并且同时其必须具有最小限度(因此是尽可能的小)的体积。
在包装机中尤其需要这样的结构合理的机架,诸如很多不同类型的包装机,其以商业术语“水平循环充填(horizontal flow-pack)”所公知,使用中部折叠或侧边密封机,带有从下部送料的双卷轴或卷轴,适合于通过使用塑料膜来包装可以是食品(也可以不是)的产品,塑料膜缠绕在卷轴上,可被热封或冷焊。
市场上出现的这种机器第一类模型具有由铸铁箱体组成的机架,其设置在工作区域的下面,并且其具有相当大的尺寸以能容纳致动装置,该致动装置包括电动机、链条和主动轴,并且其中电气室由小箱体组成,其也作为控制板。随着技术上取得的进步,机械致动装置逐渐被电气致动装置所代替,整体形成在机器中的电气系统的尺寸随之发生增加。
所谓的“简单悬臂机架”的引入是实质的进步,其中包含机械控制部件和电气装置的盒体相对于工作区域放置在侧面,其被移动到侧面并被悬臂地安装。
在实际中,这种结构方案(我们将提及专利文献US4947605作为示例)的优点是:在机械操作部件悬臂地设置时,正被包装的产品的下部区域是空的,由此使得可能具有更大的清洁度,从而防止材料聚集,该材料在是食品类型时是细菌和发霉源。
另一方面,还是在实际中,盒体的存在还构成巨大的体积,这导致那里存在空间的浪费,并且仅允许悬臂侧可操作,带来的后果是在工人要在相对侧干预的情况下会造成巨大的时间浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是制造一种用于包装机的支撑机架,其不具有类似的已知产品的缺陷。
这样的目的通过制造这样的机架来实现:机架设置有平行布置并且一个位于另一个之上的两个悬臂支撑件,并且其中下面的支撑件支撑机械操作部件,而上面的支撑件支撑电控组件并且可能的话还支撑气动系统。
具体地,下面的支撑件将机械部件放置在工人能操作的工作面的高度处,距离地面70cm~90cm,而上面的支撑件将控制组件支撑在高于人身高的高度处,最好距离地面2米之上。

具体实施方式
如图1可见的,所谓循环充填类型的包装机配备了用参考数字100表示的支撑机架,机架处于其最基本形式,像大写字母的“E”的焊接结构成形,由管件形成或由折叠金属板制成,其中具有下面的第一悬臂支撑件,总体上用参考数字101表示,仅支撑在一侧并在端部穿过两个立柱1;所述立柱在更高的位置支撑第二悬臂支撑件,总体上用参考数字102表示。
在结构上,机架由配备有水平基座2的两个立柱1组成,两个立柱1支撑横板3,机械部件都悬臂地安装在横板3上,机械部件用参考数字200表示,并且特别地在机器中,其包括用于输送产品P的运输带201、热封膜卷轴202、焊接组件203、切割与缝合组件204和用于送走已包装产品P1的运输带205。
两个立柱1的顶部以用参考数字4表示的悬臂架终止,盒体5搁置于悬臂架上,盒体装入了电气装置并且可能的话还装入了气动系统;另外,带有用于控制机器的按钮和界面显示器的控制板7置于所述架上。
特别如图2所见的,根据本发明的机架100的特定形状,对于主管人员可以完美的人机工程学的方式操作,原因是由于控制板7由旋转臂8支撑,所以他能在机器的两侧通过单个的控制板7执行控制机器,机械部件200设置在下面的第一悬臂支撑件101上,下面的第一悬臂支撑件101处于距离地面适当的高度“H”处,并且所有电气和气动部件设置在上面的第二悬臂支撑件102上,为了当工人在工作面干预时保护工人的头部,上面的第二悬臂支撑件102设置在大于人身高的高度“H1”处。
进一步,如图3可见的,机架100的大致管状结构允许电线10在立柱1内部通过进而以完全安全的方式到达致动机械部件200的电机。
进一步,如图4可见的,在机器配备有可能压低盒体5和/或6的控制构件的情况下,或者当机械构件非常重的时候,足以需要向机架100增加一些加强杆11,以加强机架100的结构。
进一步,如图5可见的,本发明预见能够有这样的可能性:把盒体5和6暂时降低,从而将其装回到机架100内,以便于机器定位于(完全地安装于)具有标准高度的运输容器12内。
最后,如图6和7所见的,机架100的形状使得可以用于在机器的两侧上安装安全门13,安全门13优选地由透明的聚碳酸酯制成,由此这构思得非常合理并且具有较小的体积。
从上述描述中可以理解,所提出的目的已被实现,原因是使用根据本发明的机架使得可以获得以下效果:
-工人可以从右侧和左侧两侧(甚至是同时地)操作机器;
-由于掉落在地上的废料可以被容易地去除,因此完全消除了过程废料的可能性;
-侧部体积的显著减小;
-部件定位的合理化,使得工人的视野完全畅通,从而避免与其头部碰撞;
-侧部安全防护元件的合理化;
-几乎完全消除了使用电气装置的工人触电的危险。
当然,根据本发明的机架的尺寸、材料和技术部件可以是广泛的,只要其被下面的权利要求限定的发明构思全部覆盖。

3.如权利要求2所述的用于包装机的机架,其特征在于,机架(100)包括配备有水平基座(2)的两个立柱(1),两个立柱支撑横板(3),所述机械部件(200)都悬臂安装在横板上,所述两个立柱(1)在顶部以第二悬臂支撑件(102)终止,装入了电气装置的盒体(5)搁置于第二悬臂支撑件上,并且还有包含气动系统的盒体(6)搁置于第二悬臂支撑件上,带有用于控制机器的按钮和界面显示器的控制板(7)安装于所述第二悬臂支撑件(102)上,控制板由旋转臂(8)支撑。
4.如权利要求2所述的用于包装机的机架,其特征在于,机架(100)的大致管状结构允许电线(10)在立柱(1)内部通过进而到达致动机械部件(200)的电机。
5.如权利要求3所述的用于包装机的机架,其特征在于,盒体(5,6)被暂时降低,从而将其装回到机架(100)内,以便能将机器完全安装地定位于具有标准高度的运输容器(12)内。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于包装机的机架,其特征在于,设置用于加强机架(100)结构的加强杆(11)。
7.如权利要求1所述的包装机的机架,其特征在于,机架(100)具有的形状使得可以在机器的两侧上安装透明的聚碳酸酯的安全门(13)。
8.一种包装机,其类型通过商业术语“水平循环充填”被公知,其使用中部折叠机或侧边密封机,并带有从下部送料的卷轴,适合用于使用缠绕在卷轴(202)上的塑料膜来包装是食品(P)或者不是食品的产品,塑料膜能够被热封或冷焊,其特征在于,其配备有根据前述权利要求中任一项的机架(100)。
