Abstract

本发明公开了一种压缩空气发动机高压进气门,该进气门在传统的进气门结构基础上,加上一柱塞,平衡掉高压空气对气门的轴向作用力,气门下部开有通气孔,使燃烧室与气室联通,平衡掉燃烧室内的气体压力对气门的作用力。当燃烧室气压低于大气压时,大气通过单向气阀进入燃烧室,减少发动机负功。新气门可以在高的压力下工作,而不必过度考虑凸轮的应力和凸轮轴的扭矩。结构简单易行。

技术领域
本发明属于发动机技术领域,涉及压缩空气发动机,具体是指一种压缩空气发动机高压进气门。
背景技术
气动发动机进气压力的高低直接影响压缩空气的利用率,进气压力提高,就可减小高压储气的降压损失。
高压进气对进气门提出很高要求,由于高压压缩空气对传统进气门产生轴向作用力,凸轮轴所受作用力加大,为了减小凸轮轴凸轮的应力,进气门不能做的太大。进气门变小,又影响进气流量。电磁阀控制压缩空气进入气缸是人们很容易想到的方法,但到目前为止,大流量、高速、高压的电磁阀并没有出现。
作为汽车用气动发动机,工况变化频繁,发动机工作过程中,缸内不出现负压是设计中考虑的重要方面。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型的可以控制高压的压缩空气发动机高压进气门,该进气门在传统的进气门结构基础上,加上一柱塞,平衡掉高压空气对气门的轴向作用力,气门下部开有通气孔,使燃烧室与气室联通,平衡掉燃烧室内的气体压力对气门的作用力。当燃烧室气压低于大气压时,大气通过单向气阀进入燃烧室,减少发动机负功。
气门在打开或关闭状态中,气门所受的气体压力时刻平衡掉。从而使气门所受气体轴向力最小。凸轮的设计不必过分考虑进气压力问题。当燃烧室出现负压时,环境空气自动进入燃烧室,从而避免发动机做负功。
本发明的一种压缩空气发动机高压进气门,包括进气门、气室、气门柱塞、通气孔、单向气阀、气门柱塞密封圈和气门杆密封圈;压缩空气进气门设有气门柱塞,通气孔连接燃烧室与气室。气门柱塞上安装有气门柱塞密封圈,气门杆上安装有气门杆密封圈。在气室上方安装有单向气阀。
本发明的压缩空气发动机高压进气门,结构简单,可以在高压力下工作,而不必过度考虑凸轮的应力和凸轮轴的扭矩。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
附图气动发动机进气门,由进气门1、气门柱塞3、通气孔4、单向气阀5、气室2、气门柱塞密封圈6、气门杆密封圈7组成。
由于设计有气门柱塞3,高压空气作用于气门上的合力最小。当打开气门,高压空气进入气缸,气缸内压力升高,压缩空气通过通气孔4进入气室2。平衡掉缸内压力对气门的作用力,使气门1轴向压力最小。进气门关闭,气室2中的压缩空气又通过通气孔4压入燃烧室。气门柱塞密封圈6保证压缩空气不从进气道进入气室2,气门杆密封圈7保证气室2中压缩空气不泄漏。
当燃烧室压力降低,低于环境压力,单向气阀5在压差作用下打开,环境大气进入气室2,再通过通气孔4进入燃烧室。减小发动机做负功。

1.一种压缩空气发动机高压进气门,其特征是,该压缩空气发动机高压进气门包括进气门(1)、气室(2)、气门柱塞(3)、通气孔(4)、单向气阀(5)、气门柱塞密封圈6和气门杆密封圈7;压缩空气进气门(1)设有气门柱塞(3),通气孔(4)连接燃烧室与气室(2);气门柱塞(3)上安装有气门柱塞密封圈(6),气门杆上安装有气门杆密封圈(7);在气室(2)上方安装有单向气阀(5)。
