Abstract

一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置。由门板、隔层板等组成,其特征是:蓄电池与控制模块电源输入端连接,控制模块电源输出端与电机连接,遥控器与控制模块信号端相通,齿轮安装在电机轴上,齿轮与齿条配合,齿条与隔层板固定连接。按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。有益效果:实现了门板能达到全封闭效果。

本发明涉及一种门板内隔层板的控制装置,具体的讲是一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置。
背景技术
目前人们所使用的门都为标准型,门安装在门框上后,门下面与地板之间产生间隙,导致门板不具隔音和密封的作用,因此给人们带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,有效解决了门板底部的间隙能经门板的开与关来任意进行封闭、拆封的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,由门板、隔层板、控制模块、电机、齿轮、齿条、遥控器、蓄电池组成,其特征是:蓄电池与控制模块电源输入端连接,控制模块电源输出端与电机连接,遥控器与控制模块信号端相通,门板底部设有凹槽,隔层板安装在门板凹槽内,电机、蓄电池设在门板内,齿轮安装在电机轴上,齿轮与齿条配合,齿条与隔层板固定连接。蓄电池借助电源线向室电补充电能按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。
所述的遥控器可采用市售普通遥控车辆发射器。
有益效果:实现遥控器控制电机旋转,借助齿条带动隔层板在门板内的上下升降的功能。

具体实施方式
本发明一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,构造包括:门板1、隔层板2、控制模块3、电机4、齿轮5、齿条6、遥控器7、蓄电池8。
在图1中,蓄电池8与控制模块3电源输入端连接,控制模块3电源输出端与电机4连接,遥控器7与控制模块3信号端相通,门板1底部设有凹槽,隔层板2安装在门板1凹槽内,电机4、蓄电池8设在门板1内,齿轮5安装在电机4轴上,齿轮5与齿条6配合,齿条6与隔层板2固定连接。
在图2中,零件的安装和位置与图1一致,但是隔层板2下降,封闭门板1间隙。
在图3中,遥控器7上有上下两个按键,里面安装有电池。

Claims (6)

1.一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,遥控器控制电机旋转,借助齿条带动隔层板在门板内的上下升降的作用,其特征是:蓄电池与控制模块电源输入端连接,控制模块电源输出端与电机连接,齿轮安装在电机轴上,齿轮与齿条配合,齿条与隔层板固定连接,
按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的门板底部设有凹槽,其中,隔层板安装在凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的门板内安装有电机和蓄电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的遥控器上有上下两个按键。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的齿轮旋转三圈时,隔层板从门板内下降一公分。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的遥控器采用市售普通遥控车辆发射器。
