一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置。其特征是:蓄电池与控制模块电源输入端连接,控制模块电源输出端与电机连接,遥控器与控制模块信号端相通,齿轮安装在电机轴上,齿轮与齿条配合,齿条与隔层板固定连接。按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。有益效果:实现了门板能达到全封闭效果。

[0008]本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,由门板、隔层板、控制模块、电机、齿轮、齿条、遥控器、蓄电池组成,其特征是:蓄电池与控制模块电源输入端连接,控制模块电源输出端与电机连接,遥控器与控制模块信号端相通,门板底部设有凹槽,隔层板安装在门板凹槽内,电机、蓄电池设在门板内,齿轮安装在电机轴上,齿轮与齿条配合,齿条与隔层板固定连接。蓄电池借助电源线向室电补充电能按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。

1.一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,遥控器控制电机旋转,借助齿条带动隔层板在门板内的上下升降的作用,其特征是是,按遥控器下降键,控制模块接收到遥控器的信号,导通电源,电机带动齿轮顺时针旋转,齿条移动,隔层板向下伸展,当隔层板伸展到与地面接触时,电机仍然工作,导致控制模块输出的电流增加,控制模块立即切断电机电源;当按遥控器上升键后,电机带动齿轮逆时针旋转,齿条带动隔层板内收缩,此时,电机所逆时针旋转的圈数与顺时针所旋转的圈数一致,控制模块切断电机电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摇控式门板内隔层板下降装置,其特征是,所述的门板底部设有凹槽,其中,隔层板安装在凹槽内。
