本发明公开了一种可遥控密封的防火门,包括门体、门框、遥控器、一或多个第一密封胶条。所述门体包括信号接收器、链条、电机、第一齿轮、一或多个传动杆、一或多个轨道、一或多个进水口、一或多个出水口、一或多个第一管道;所述门框包括沟槽、一或多个孔洞、防火泥、2个第二密封胶条、若干个弹簧、2个第二管道。本发明提供的这种可遥控密封的防火门,所述第一密封胶条与所述沟槽形成密封结构,既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面,又可阻挡燃烧产生的有毒气体通过门缝蔓延至家中或外面,且所述第一密封胶条可通过所述遥控器控制。

可遥控密封的防火门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火门,主要涉及一种可密封的防火门。
背景技术
门,按照其用途可分为室内门与室外门两大类。室内门是指安装在室内房间入口的门,室外门则是指入户门、进户门。
室外门是用于阻隔外界与自家的一道门,室外门一般都要求其安全性能高,安全性能主要包括防盗性能与防火性能。现今的防盗门品种繁多,防盗性能好,但是防火门一般只设在楼梯通道处,每家每户所使用的室外门都只具备防盗性能而不具备防火性能,这便导致当居民区某一住户家起火时,火势蔓延块、受伤人员多,存在不足。
现有的楼梯通道处的防火门,都只具备有不易着火的性能,但是却不具备密封性能。并且家居室外门,为了美观许多人家选择的都是木质门体,一旦着火危险系数特别高,一些居民为安全起见选用不锈钢或铁制门体,这类门体虽不易着火,但是一旦起火门体卡住就会别的极难打开,近年来经常出现消防员无法破门救人的新闻,存在严重不足。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于包括门体、门框、遥控器、一或多个第一密封胶条;
所述门体包括信号接收器、电机、齿轮、若干个轨道、一或多个进水口、一或多个出水口、一或多个第一管道;
所述门框包括沟槽、一或多个孔洞;
所述门体为碳纤维板,且所述门体为中空型;所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体内;所述齿轮与所述电机相连;所述第一密封胶条上有与所述齿轮相匹配的锯齿,且所述第一密封胶条部分位于所述轨道内;所述第一密封胶条为不易燃胶条;所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述第一密封胶条相匹配;所述进水口与所述出水口位于所述门体边缘一侧,且所述进水口、所述出水口分别与所述孔洞相匹配;所述第一管道的两端分别与所述进水口、出水口相连,且所述第一管道在某一方向上的横截面呈“S”型。
较佳的,所述门框还包括防火泥;所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈,所述防火泥与所述密封胶条接触形成密封。
较佳的,所述门框包括2个第二密封胶条、若干个弹簧;所述第二密封胶条通过所述弹簧与所述门框相连;在自然状态下,所述第二密封胶条部分位于所述门框内侧,部分位于所述门框外侧。所述第二密封胶条用于密封所述门体与所述门框两侧的间隙,当关上门时,所述第二密封胶条受到所述门体挤压,将压力传给弹簧,导致弹簧收缩,当打开门时,所述弹簧恢复自然状态,所述第二密封胶条往外移动。
较佳的,所述门框的材料为碳纤维板。
较佳的,所述门框还包括第二管道;所述第二管道绕所述门框一圈,且所述第二管道的一端与所述进水口、所述进水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上;所述第二管道的另一端与所述出水口、所述出水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上,便于对所述门框的降温。
较佳的,所述第一管道、第二管道的材料为耐高温不锈钢材料,耐高温不锈钢材料的熔点高,且不易生锈。
本发明提供的这种可遥控密封的防火门,所述第一密封胶条与所述沟槽形成密封结构,既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面,又可阻挡燃烧产生的有毒气体通过门缝蔓延至家中或外面。且所述第一密封胶条可通过所述遥控器控制,当发生火灾时,可在一定的距离内使用遥控器控制密封防火门的缝隙。所述门框、门体的材料为碳纤维板,碳纤维板融化温度为铁制门体融化温度的双倍,其既可可弥补木质门体易燃的不足,又可弥补铁制门体不耐久烧的不足。所述第一管道、第二管道便于所述门体中的水体流动循环,可以降低门体的温度,便于起火时触碰门体,可防止温度过高的门体烫伤搜救人员或逃生人员。所述第二密封胶条在关门时,可自动密封所述门体两侧与所述门框之间的间隙。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于包括门体1、门框、遥控器、一或多个第一密封胶条5;
所述门体1包括信号接收器、电机、齿轮3、若干个轨道4、一或多个进水口、一或多个出水口、一或多个第一管道2;
所述门框包括沟槽、一或多个孔洞;
所述门体1为碳纤维板,且所述门体1为中空型;所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体1内;所述齿轮3与所述电机相连;所述第一密封胶条5上有与所述齿轮3相匹配的锯齿,且所述第一密封胶条5部分位于所述轨道4内;所述第一密封胶条5为不易燃胶条;所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述第一密封胶条5相匹配;所述进水口与所述出水口位于所述门体1边缘一侧,且所述进水口、所述出水口分别与所述孔洞相匹配;所述第一管道2的两端分别与所述进水口、出水口相连,且所述第一管道2在某一方向上的横截面呈“S”型。
所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈,所述防火泥与所述密封胶条接触形成密封。
所述第二密封胶条通过所述弹簧与所述门框相连;在自然状态下,所述第二密封胶条部分位于所述门框内侧,部分位于所述门框外侧。所述第二密封胶条用于密封所述门体1与所述门框两侧的间隙,当关上门时,所述第二密封胶条受到所述门体1挤压,将压力传给弹簧,导致弹簧收缩,当打开门时,所述弹簧恢复自然状态,所述第二密封胶条往外移动。所述门框的材料为碳纤维板。
2个所述第二管道绕所述门框一圈,且每个所述第二管道的一端与所述进水口、所述进水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上;所述第二管道的另一端与所述出水口、所述出水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上,便于对所述门框的降温。
所述第一管道2、第二管道的材料为耐高温不锈钢材料,耐高温不锈钢材料的熔点高,且不易生锈。
使用安装时,墙体内部应该设有水流通道,用于与这种可密封门缝的防火门相连,便于水流进出。墙体内的水流通道与所述门体1内所述第一管道2之间通过一种可伸缩的通道相连,这种通道穿过所述门框内的所述孔洞与所述第一管道2、2个第二管道相连,且这种通道的材料应当具备有为不易燃、不易磨损、不漏水的特性。这种通道可参考塑料吸管处褶皱状的设计,当开门时其褶皱处拉直,关门时,又恢复为褶皱状,且褶皱处应该设计于墙体内,保证这种可密封门缝的密封性。

Claims (6)

1.一种可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于包括门体、门框、遥控器、一或多个第一密封胶条;
所述门体包括信号接收器、电机、齿轮、若干个轨道、一或多个进水口、一或多个出水口、一或多个第一管道;
所述门框包括沟槽、一或多个孔洞;
所述门体为碳纤维板,且所述门体为中空型;所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体内;所述齿轮与所述电机相连;所述第一密封胶条上有与所述齿轮相匹配的锯齿,且所述第一密封胶条部分位于所述轨道内;所述第一密封胶条为不易燃胶条;所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述第一密封胶条相匹配;所述进水口与所述出水口位于所述门体边缘一侧,且所述进水口、所述出水口分别与所述孔洞相匹配;所述第一管道的两端分别与所述进水口、出水口相连,且所述第一管道在某一方向上的横截面呈“S”型。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于所述门框还包括防火泥;所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于所述门框包括2个第二密封胶条、若干个弹簧;所述第二密封胶条通过所述弹簧与所述门框相连;在自然状态下,所述第二密封胶条部分位于所述门框内侧,部分位于所述门框外侧。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于所述门框的材料为碳纤维板。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于所述门框还包括第二管道;所述第二管道绕所述门框一圈,且所述第二管道的一端与所述进水口、所述进水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上;所述第二管道的另一端与所述出水口、所述出水口对应的所述孔洞位于同一直线上。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的可遥控密封的防火门,其特征在于所述第一管道、第二管道的材料为耐高温不锈钢材料。
